Almohadas con mal olor, con cabellos debajo de la almohada y en el baño. Muy mala experiencia sobre todo cuando tendrían que cuidar más la higiene por covid. Comida deliciosa y atención muy amable por el personal

Excelente atención del personal, albercas amplias, habitaciones en excelentes condiciones, bebidas muy ricas, las medidas de seguridad e higiene al 100%...en verdad que solamente le pongo 3 estrellas porque la comida es bastante incipida, el menú no es muy amplio pero sin embargo el menú que ofrecen está bien, lo que no es grato es que todo esté muy insaboro. :(

La atención de todos los empleados en general muy bien, el mayor problema un solo restaurante para los alimentos con la cantidad de gente haciendo fila en situación de Covid. Con una sola persona asintomática que estuviera en fila es un foco rojo. Ojalá prevean ese tipo de situaciones.

Boa localização, instalações em bom estado. Terrível atitude de garçons e gerentes de restaurante, com exceção de um cara chamado humberto, todos os outros servem com relutância, eles se viram quando você está falando com eles e parece que estão incomodados com o trabalho.

Siempre excelente atención, buena ubicación y solo como punto a considerar deberían checar el tema de abrir los restaurantes toda la semana ya que la fila que se forma cuando cierran uno no esta padre.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones en buen estado. Pésima actitud de meseros y responsables de restaurantes, salvo un chavo llamado humberto, todos los demás atienden de mala gana, se voltean cuando les estas hablando y parece como si les molestara trabajar.

Os seguranças parecem carcereiros, não deixam você entrar até que você explique tudo, como se você não fosse um cliente. Para entrar tarde depois das 22h fecham o portão e não abrem, talvez se distraiam no estande, tive que sair do carro quando estava chovendo e abro o portão e vou o mais longe que eles me enxergam. levante a caneta. Os copos em que servem as bebidas são mal enxaguados, têm gosto de produto químico para lavá-los, sinal de que não são bem enxaguados com água pura. A comida está gostosa embora tenhamos tocado duas vezes que o frango não estava bem cozido, sangue vermelho era visível em algumas partes das juntas do frango. As camas são muito boas Os funcionários da Recepção trabalham muito bem mas não explicaram os horários das refeições, os diferentes restaurantes e actividades, limitaram-se a entregar-nos as chaves e as pulseiras. Em vários momentos não havia garçons nas áreas do albergue e não sei se é cultural, mas parece que os garçons estão fazendo um favor e não seu trabalho, acredite, viajei o suficiente para comparar o serviço por país e cidade em México. Apesar de ter cerca de 35 centígrados, eles não têm dispensadores de água gelada disponíveis, espero que seja devido à saúde da Covid19 No geral a limpeza é muito boa, o prédio já é antigo, a TV de ontem, tela plana de plasma, a internet é boa, digo que você está de férias Roupa de cama e toalhas muito limpas, muito boas aqui. As bebidas então no nível do que você paga, tequila, rum, vodka, mas eles foram afetados por copos mal enxaguados.

El personal de seguridad parece que son carceleros, no te dejan entrar hasta que les explicas todo, como que si no fueras cliente. Para entrar tarde despues de las 10pm cierran el cancel y no lo abren tal vez estan distraidos en la caseta, tuve que bajarme del carro cuando estaba lloviendo y yo abir el cancel y avanzar hasta donde me vieran para que levantaran la pluma. Los vasos en los que sirven las bebidas estan mal enjuagados saben al quimico que se usa para lavarlos, señal que no los enjuagan bien con pura agua. La comida sabe bien aunque nos toco dos veces que el pollo no estaba bien cocido, se veia la sangre roja en algunas partes de las articulaciones del pollo. Las camas estan muy bien El personal de Recepcion trabajan muy bien pero no explicaron los horarios de las comidas, los diferentes restaurantes y actividades, se limitaron a darnos las llaves y las pulseras. En varios momentos no habia meseros en las areas de la alberc y no se si es cultural pero parece que los meseros te estan haciendo un favor y no su trabajo, creanme viajo lo suficiente para comparar el servicio por paises y ciudades en Mexico. Apesar de estar a unos 35Centigrados, no tienen dispensadores de agua helada disponibles, espero que sea por sanidad del Covid19 En general la limpieza esta muy bien, el edificio algo ya viejito, la TV de hace algunos ayeres, pantalla plana de plasma, el internet esta bien, digo estas de vacaciones La ropa de cama y toallas muy limpias, muy bien aqui. Las bebidas pues al nivel de lo que se paga, tequila, ron, vodka, pero se veian afectadas por los vasos mal enjuagados.

Ixtapa Zihuatanejo by itself is a lovely place but if you add the great service, candid people, wonderful beach, pools, comfort rooms at Holiday Inn Resort your vacations will be full of unforgettable moments. You have to make a morning walk on the sand to watch the sun rise.

Hot.....even in the rain its beautifull! Pools , all food drinks and snacks included..... Right on the beach..... I will be back

The buffet has no food and there are so many mosquitos in the rooms. The pool isnt clean and there is not enough chairs outside to sit on. I asked and there wasnt enough. I sat on the floor. I will never go back. Do not recommend!

I’m going to star just DON’T, go somewhere else. Really bad service, we have to get our own forks and drinks waitresses always yelling at the costumer! My grandma is a handicap and need a room close to the restaurant and pool since the beginning then there they said it wasn’t so I have to pay extra, then when we were at the room I took her to the restaurant and they told me it was only for a group. Then my wife was at the room with my kid and they yelled at her cuz she has to used the other door to get in, even my wife explained to the housekeeper she said she was about to report her! My kid had a injured in the head and nobody around thank god another person was there to help us, and then we get charged 95 dollars to get help, and much more a just can keep going so just do go I ask for a refund to go somewhere else but nothing. My advice is just don’t go there. MANAGEMENT the worsts ever is about tha the manager just don’t care at all!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ixtapa January 2020. Had a great time. Excellent friendly staff throughout. Food is good and would certainly go back.

Rooms are not cleaned enough and they are small old and broken furniture, food is not great cold snacks and food, good service but I feel I paid a lot for the quality of the food/drinks and room.

No appropriate handicap ramps and the ones that were there were blocked with plants. In order to get to the restaurants you need to use stairs. My handicapped dad got yelled at by a young server for entering through the exit, because the exit does not have stairs. I had a small speaker in the pool area for my parents and no one was beside us and one employee came to tell me to turn it off, the hotel did not had music at all. My shower was literally flooded every time we took a shower since it was half covered. I spent most of the time picking up the water instead of relaxing. I went there for relaxation and I came back more stressful then before. I had stayed in the past in this hotel when it was call Presidente Continental and it was way better, the owners are still the same and they change the name because the brand Holiday Inn requires less employees and the ones that work there are under more stress specially in high season. Also it was very hard to get milk for my baby, they provided me a refrigerator but no milk, also if you get the top rooms those used to be the best with fridge and things the others don’t have and they charge the same.

Great service. Friendly employees. The rooms could use some updates. Door handle to balcony was held by rivets - a temporary solution. Door was also hard to slide closed. Bathroom sink flowed slowly, found later that the stopper wasn’t even connected as the sliding pin at the back of the sink would not actuate the stopper. The shower glass was not sealed properly so water kept going out of the shower area and into the main bathroom area.

Wonderful people!! Very friendly and accommodating! They took care of our Covid testing and trip to airport.
