A colleague and I stayed here for work. The hotel, overall, is a good one, despite some minor drawbacks. Good stuff: the rooms were had were really rather nice. Big room, really nice desk and couch area, stocked mini bar/fridge (pay to consume), tea and coffee, big bed, rain shower. I really enjoyed my relaxation time in the room. I also had a really marvelous view of the sea. The service was also really good. The hotel is pretty well-equipped to provide you with anything you need while you are there. I only took a video of the room itself that I can't share, but I did take a couple pictures of the view. The biggest problem is location. You are a full 30+ minutes drive away from the actual city. You are somewhat near a metro line, but if it's cold (and it was!) then that's not convenient. Furthermore, taxi services are massively corrupt. Getting from the hotel to a place is fine... Coming back on your own is another story. Besides a couple of other little hiccups (like my key card not wanting to work in the slot to turn on the room lights more than half the time), the stay was lovely.

A really great hotel ! It might be expensive but it deserves it , the rooms were clean with a breathtaking view , the breakfast was awesome , friendly staff , a really nice pool , and it's next to a large mall (it used to be a mall but most of the shops are closed now) which is galleria mall , but there are still lots of cafes and restaurants next to the galleria , also if u cross the road (there's and underground way to reach the other side) you can find a lot of stuff like capacity mall , carousel mall , and many many other shops , also you can get to marmaray metro station which leads you to fatih which is the busiest place in istanbul and it leads you to the asian side i think , overall it was a really nice trip while staying in this hotel , thanks sheraton❤️

The room was great and view was awesome. I did have two problems one with the hot water didn't work properly. Second problems was with the Air Conditioners lowest setting was 23.9c. The bar downstairs was awesome and the bartenders did an amazing job. The bed was comfortable and the front desk personnel were nice. I will stay again if in town.

This is not a 5 star hotel!!! We stayed there on August 2022 and had 5 rooms as a family reunion. The hotel is very poorly managed, the rooms and furnitures are all old and dysfunctional. In most rooms hairdryers , AC , etc don’t work. The hotel services were very bad. They didn’t restock the stuff which were used like shower gel or tissue, we had to call every time and ask for them. There are massive constructions around the hotel and the access is awful. There is a partially built building in front of the hotel blocking the sea view which is not on any of the hotel website images. The sold us 5 sea view rooms, 2 rooms had a massive building in front of them, they weren’t sea view at all! Last but not least, they charged our bank account twice for the same stay and then denied it, had to take it to the higher up! Definitely not recommend this hotel. Over priced with very unhelpful unprofessional staff!

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fui! Mas não tomem a Marguerita, não gostei! Rs Mas quem dera se todo hotel que fosse assim, tivesse problema somente com a Marguerita! Rs Piscina venta muito, passem protetor porque esse vento engana e você vai sair de lá um camarão! Atendimento ótimo, quarto confortável, enfim, TUDO! ;)

Venimos de Antalya con mi mascota y dijeron que nos aceptarían, me cobraron 100 euros por mi mascota. Pero cuando bajé a desayunar por la mañana, no nos dejaron entrar al pasillo. ¿Qué servicio le dan a mi perro cobrando tanto? Dañarás la habitación, recibirás una tarifa, pero no hay área de juegos, ¡no la llevas a la parte del restaurante! No merecías el precio que pagué ...

Viemos de Antalya com o meu animal de estimação e disseram que nos aceitariam e cobraram 100 euros pelo meu animal. Mas quando desci para o café da manhã, eles não nos deixaram entrar no corredor. Que serviço você presta ao meu cachorro cobrando tanto? Você vai danificar o quarto, vai receber uma taxa, mas não tem parquinho, você não leva pra parte do restaurante !!!! Você não merecia o preço que eu paguei .....

A sua localização é muito perto do Aeroporto Ataturk. Pode ser avaliado em eventos e reuniões. Não há palavras para dizer ao hotel, mas o hotel realmente leva a estrada da vida de uma pessoa. Espero que essa forma seja corrigida em breve.

Junto com minha esposa, fizemos este programa para comemorar nosso 14º aniversário de casamento. Durante o dia era calmo, confortável, a vista do quarto era magnífica e tudo imaculado em termos de higiene. O buffet de café da manhã foi servido com uma variedade muito rica.

Suas características :. o site:. Bom, longe de estar lotado, perto do shopping lotado Quartos: o tamanho é bom. Piscinas: excelentes, com piscina interior e exterior para adultos e crianças.Desvantagens :. Constantemente realizando festas de casamento que causam distúrbios ao som de canções e música.Os inquilinos reclamaram mais de uma vez, mas a gerência do hotel não respondeu a eles. Café da manhã: os mesmos itens todos os dias, sem alteração Clube: a maior parte do equipamento está quebrada

Chegamos ao Havaí em 27 de agosto de 2021 e minha família, minha filha e minha esposa estavam no vestiário, meu dinheiro foi roubado da carteira do vestiário, embora a polícia e a equipe de investigação da cena do crime tenham vindo ao hotel, não outro oficial que não o guwenlik cuidou de nós, fomos desgraçados com nosso dinheiro, lamentamos ter ido e recomendamos a todos os nossos amigos. O lugar oficialmente nos decepcionou, todos os nossos amigos que recomendamos sabem sobre este assunto e eles estão todos confusos. 2 horas após a entrada do hotel, este incidente aconteceu e a taxa de entrada foi paga, e saímos sem nos divertirmos e tivemos um incidente que roubaria nosso dinheiro. Spacious room, excellent foods at the breakfast buffet. It took time to check in as there was only one staff, but my 2 night stay at this hotel was really comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

It's a nice hotel, however the location is not the best for those looking to walk around to nearby places for site seeing. Seems like there are some construction there and also to get a taxi during summer can be pretty hot if you have to wait even for 15mins in the sun. However if your planning to just stay inside the hotel and have all the fun, then yes it has most of what you need.

The hotel absolutely stunning but need some renovations .. Hotel staff and security are very helpful and friendly opposite of reception team never introduced them self or ask guests about their needs etc..As a member «bonvoy club elite»and stayed there twice for more than a week I can tell that :I have never seen Front desk staff without tag names, it’s hard to identify them maybe that is the reason they are so cold absent towards guest and didn’t care whatsoever :(

Came to the pool only. Weekday adults was 150 liras. Kids under 6 are free. They give you towels at the entrance. You are also able to order food from the poolside bar. Prices are normal for a hotel can’t complain. Overall good experience and I would go again.

Not very clean rooms. Pictures on the site show the rooms cleaner and bigger well in reality they are not. Towels were dirty and yet they put it for us to use. The room cleaning service is bad. You do not feel you are staying at a Sheraton hotel but more likely a cheap motel. Most of the people working there are rude with an attitude. I will definitely not stay there again. In addition there was one reception lady to answer you request, in the whole lobby. So if you need something you u e to wait for her to be free. Very disappointing for a Sheraton level.

The rooms are alright, views are nice, however are a bit old. Guest reception is TERRIBLE. Good luck with trying to call them. Hardly ever anyone picks up. Also lacking HUGE customer service skills, except Volkan, the head of security who is great and looks out for the customers. The others are useless and it's definitely not worth the stars.
