I stayed here in March for 6 nights. Hotel is nice, the room was clean, and staff is very helpful and accommodating. I like that they have 24 hour room service. The only complain I have is the food. It is terrible. The only thing that I can eat at breakfast is the fruits and omelet. We ordered room service almost every night and food always comes on time, staff is great. But food is not edible. Only decent food was fruits and chicken soup. Huge shout out to the room cleaning guy, Yanya. He was so quick and efficient in cleaning while we were still in the room. I really appreciated his work ethics.

Absolutely perfect stay. I was here for 6 nights and in that time, I was well taken care of. I had an issue with my phone and had asked to be woken up on several occasions and this was always adhered to accurately. They even helped me to print my flight information and fix the printer so I could get this information. This is a clean hotel with welcoming staff. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. They take security very seriously at this hotel too, which is excellent. The decor is nice and the food was pleasant too. Most of the time, I ordered room service with no issues. I'll gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you to everyone that looked after me in December. Room 507🤗

Amazing hotel, would definitely stay here again. Rooms are very big and spacious. Metro is a 10 minute walk which is a nice walk to start your day. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Yahya took care of our room everyday and cleaned it well and quick. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel around this area. And enjoy your cookies😀

It is very good hotel. I have stayed in this hotel for almost 10 nights. I really like it and I’ll stay again for sure if I come to Istanbul next time. The hotel is convenient, but it was in busy street. The breakfast was buffet and was very good. The hotel has restaurant that closes at 11 and room service for 24 hrs. There are coffees, market, and restaurants near to the hotel, you can go walking, like “Big chef’s” and “Midpoint” There is a guy in the reception, his name is Ali. He’s super nice and helpful. The hotel was wonderful. All the staff were respectful, kind, and helpful. The service was excellent and fast, all of our needs were met. The staff working in the hotel restaurant were all kind and respectful. The food was great. The hotel was very clean in general as well as the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there for my next visit.

The stay was good all in all. My favourite part of it was the friendly and helpful staff. They get 5 stars. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms were not as good as I had expected for a Hilton and the location is not the best (in my opinion). The traffic and congestion was a turn off. The facilities and communal parts were good and stated, the staff was the best part of the stay.

About 10 minutes of invigorating walk every day to Gayrettepe Metro. Surrounding full of banks and eating places. Helpful staff. Clean room though it had an unusual scent.

Good hotel, in good location. 600 m to metro station. The staff are very friendly but weak in english language. The hotel is clean but it is not perfect in cleanness.

My guest mentioned that the all meals and the room seems to be perfect. It gives a good price for the accomodation . Beside that the location is in the center of the Istanbul. You can reach everywhere in a short time.

With a few minutes walk from metro station, brand new biz cevahir feels nice to me. We had a room and served well.

THEFT INSIDE THE HOTEL ROOM BY THE CLEANER!!! This hotel is the worst nightmare you can ever live and if you want to absolutely ruin your holiday I would recommend this hotel. I wish I could give this one zero stars. From the dirty socks you find behind your sofa in the hotel room to the extremely rude and disrespectful staff there is nothing about this hotel that makes you feel like you’re in a 5 star hotel. On top of all of this, the most shocking thing happened to us here; on the second day of our one-week trip where we had a family reunion after five years (visiting from England and Iran) we found that while we were out of the room, the cleaner who had cleaned our room that day had stolen quite a few of our valuable items - these included a few high-street branded, new make up items which were on the counter in the bathroom, my mother’s valuable pen in her bag in the closet, and my gold necklace in my bag. We had kept our money, passports and most jewellery in the safe but surely we couldn’t fit our 8 luggages there. We reported this straight after we noticed but the very care-free staff took the situation very lightly. They told us they searched the lady that day and didn’t find anything on her. After the card readings we were sure that no one apart from her had entered our room on that day. After insisting to see the CCTV recordings, we found out that the cameras don’t capture the entrance to our rooms AT ALL! This shows the extremely weak security of this hotel. We did not feel safe throughout our stay there and in return the hotel did absolutely nothing to try to make up for what had happened to us. We had paid the hotel in advance and they refused to give us our money back or any compensation. Their behaviours towards us made the situation even worse and at the end we were made to report to the police. It took one day for us to do that and at the end we found out since we live abroad, the case will eventually drop. The hotel know nothing about customer service and I cannot express the amount of distress, anger and time-wasting we experienced there. The very last night we were offered an upgrade to the suit room with a meal through one of my Turkish friends who requested it - as they have no value or respect for the foreigners or the guests they have. I had visited Istanbul and other Turkish cities multiple times in the past, staying in lower-grade hotels but never lived anything like this. This time I lived something that has made myself and my family never visit Turkey again.

Biz Cevahir Hotel Istanbul: Five stars hotel, not big, but good class well furniture, The reception staff are welcoming cooperative helpful, and their response will take less than minutes upon your call. The room its self, deluxe room is well furniture and it looks new, with enough space overall comparing with Istanbul hotels. The breakfast is good, but limited options. The gym is good, but swimming pool is small.
