“Outstanding - blew my expectations out of the water. Customer service from ALL staff is top notch. I mentioned to my wife this evening about how pleasant every one of the staff have been - whether it is the concierge, front desk, room service, groundkeeping staff, security, etc. We had an initial issue with the noise coming from a neighboring room very late at night (at no fault of the resort) and the front desk found us a new room the next morning. All four of the restaurants on site have an excellent selection of food and knowledgeable staff. The beaches are great, snorkeling is amazing, and the staff are able to provide honest recommendations to our questions about off-site activities. Borrow one of their complimentary Trek bicycles and take the short ride into town for the day. We will definitely be back.”

“Grand entrance, friendly hardworking staff, well-manicured beach, resort is kept very clean, expansive ocean views, good food and attentive wait staff. The staff really make a difference at this hotel, and were consistently good throughout.
Lots of nice decor and lighting details around the hotel. The maintenance staff are often in evidence keeping things looking great.
Breakfast buffet was good, but hampered by Covid restrictions that slowed down the lineup, and pastries were not fresh.
Snorkeling in crystal clear waters right in front of the hotel was a highlight, and the snorkel gear we rented was in good shape.
The spa was beautifully designed and had a restful atmosphere, and I enjoyed the tranquil pools, but the prices for services were too high for me to partake of massages.
Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay.”
