L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone de Cozumel propice à la détente, à seulement quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville. Une belle plage et la mer bleu turquoise se trouvent à proximité. Des commerces variés, de nombreux restaurants, des bars/pubs, des cafés et de multiples autres divertissements vous attendent dans les environs, tout comme une vie nocturne très animée.Rénové en 2006, l'hôtel dispose d'un bâtiment principal de 2 étages et compte en tout 220 chambres. Le bâtiment comprend un hall d'accueil avec une réception ouverte 24h/24h. Un bar et un restaurant sont également à votre disposition. “We were there through hurricane Delta. We felt perfectly safe there. Patrick and his staff were wonderful and took care of every possible detail. They all went out of their way. I don’t think the service would have been better anywhere else on the island. We felt fortunate that we chose the Presidente. Our friends that stayed at the Palace didn’t fare so well. They were forced to leave the island and had such a horrible experience that they ended up going home and having no vacation. The Presidente worked very hard very quickly to get everything back to normal and have us in our rooms the very next morning. We would gladly stay there again.

“We made a last night decision to stay over from the main land. Pulled into the resort, booked a room and they were great, very accommodating. Food was great, drinks were top notice and the service was very friendly. Atmosphere and cleanliness definitely 5 stars. We’ve traveled to the island a lot and for Cozumel, this is one of the best places on the island.”
