“I booked an executive room for my Anniversary. The total price was 359 plus tax equaling 416.25. Halfway through my stay I seen that it went from 416 to 460. The price kept rising. For the price I paid the stay was not worth it. I had to pay full price. They said because of covid they weren't able to make my stay more enjoyable, (Cla, front counter manager). We had a room that was a little dirty that we walked into. After telling clay it was cleaned. But there was no microwave, no club room, no hot tube, and no amenities we were promised before checking in. They never wanted to come down on the price. I was paying full price and not getting the whole experience. No one ever wanted to make this right. I tried to call the manager Austin and he never answered or wanted to call me back. I would recommend the Hilton or anywhere else to stay but here. Give your money to a company that has compassion and not just greedy habits.”

“Service was fine, especially valet. However, room and interior decorations of hallways was dark and dated. Furniture was stained and room lacked amenities. Coffee drinkers will be left to fend for their own at cost on the first floor or have to hit the streets. I was hoping for a special experience. However, the most unusual aspect was noticeably increased cost for less amenities, cleanliness, and modern appeal than the average Fairfield Inn.”
