Location is excellent for Downtown Nashville activities! Also you can park yourself at the library garage across the street. Staff is friendly and helpful, and this is a very clean place to stay. Weve stayed here 5-6 times and always a good experience. However, since they wouldn't honor the State/Federal rate discount that we've received in the past, I'm giving 4 stars overall instead of 5, and will explore other options next visit. There are several nice hotels in the area to choose from and the discount does make a difference to us.

This hotel is a big confusing. The overall stay was good. We were here for 3 nights.Each experience here had a odd mix of good and not good. The room was well accommodating, plenty of towels, fresh clean rooms. They give you pillows that are not very comfortable, and I wonder if they surveyed their national customers and this was the best they could do. Defeats the purpose of a good night's sleep. They have a small quick convenience shop which is good as the location of the hotel doesn't offer close quick grabs. But the water bottle was 6-7 dollars, 6 pack of Coors light was 35 dollars. The hotel has an amazing bar area doubling as the breakfast/lunch/dinner spot. But the bar was 70 dollars for three cocktails and breakfast the next morning was a 40 dollar buffet for breakfast. Menu was also available I will add. The buffet was a 17.99 deal at best. Warmish food, and thawing pastries. It is all you can eat, and you might have to try everything until you find something good. The location of the hotel is the best part of this experience. One block from downtown music row and the opposite direction gives you a walking tour of new construction and other night/day life. You will have to do a bit of walking most attraction are 5-30 min. Depends on what you want to do. Valet parking for the hotel, which is required was 40-50 a day. They have a shared parking lot across the street for 20 bucks a day. This is the better choice What I do it again, probably not. A lot of others hotels I would try next time. This could have better. This place is not cheap and the consumer should expect more at these prices.

Hotel is amazing. Great location and close to walking distance on broadway. Breakfast was really good as well. The attendants are very helpful with carrying and bringing your stuff to your room. Only issue I had was the valet parking. When we were ready to leave, the valet couldn't find my keys or my car for over an hour. They eventually did find my keys that were attached to another person's key. I was refunded for the the valet parking fee because of the inconvenience. Overall it is a great location and the service was good.

Absolutely loved this hotel!!! Great food and service, modern finishes. 5 elevators so pretty good waiting time for most part. Attached conference areas far beyond my expectations! The only part that was not above and beyond was my room. There was some major staining on the mattress cover pad visible when I looked on the side of the bed, the shower curtain kept billowing in the shower and so water got on the floor despite best efforts...plus hot and cold were reversed.

I'm not the person who usually notice these things but I was here for a conference and noticed that the elevators were very fast and I barely had to wait despite the higher traffic. They must have upgraded recently as they were very smooth... The smoothest elevator ride I've ever had! Otherwise, rooms are pretty standard with various charger cables and fridge. The higher floors have a nice view of the area.

Chegamos cedo para o check-in direto do torneio esportivo do meu filho. Como nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto, a recepcionista nos deu acesso à academia para que ele pudesse tomar banho e se trocar. Ela e as outras pessoas que trabalham na recepção continuaram a se virar para nos ajudar e foram os funcionários mais simpáticos e acolhedores do hotel com os quais me lembro de lidar! O hotel é muito bom e as vistas espetaculares! A localização fica a uma curta caminhada de tudo na Broadway! Definitivamente reservar novamente!

We got there early for check in straight from my son's sports tournament. Since our room wasn't ready yet, the front desk lady gave us access to the gym so that he could shower and change. She and the other people working the front desk continued to bend over backwards to assist us and were the nicest, most accommodating hotel staff I ever remember dealing with! The hotel is really nice and the views spectacular! The location is in walking distance to everything on Broadway! Would definitely book again!

Realmente grande centro de conferências e funcionários simpáticos. Comida e comodidades são de primeira qualidade. O centro de fitness também é muito bom. Pesos livres e algumas máquinas permitem um ótimo treino! Além disso, eles têm muitas esteiras. Os quartos são bons, nada de especial. As camas são confortáveis. Não é um monte de canais na TV, mas tudo bem.

A great hotel in an ideal location for Broadway. The reception area is all great with polite professional staff. Housekeeping was not the best but improved towards the last couple of days. Not much options for vegetarians but you have so many restaurants all within walking distance with plenty of options.Thankyou everyone for making our holiday a great one.

Really great conference center and friendly staff. Food and amenities are top notch. The fitness center is pretty good too. Free weights and a couple machines allow for a great workout! Plus, they have plenty of treadmills. The rooms are fine, nothing special. The beds are comfy. Not a bunch of channels on the TV, but that’s fine.

Hotel fica perto da Southern Broadway onde tudo acontece, mas não muito perto de onde se ouve o barulho. No entanto, o hotel está começando a mostrar sua idade.Localização A área é agradável e tranquila, mas duas ruas adiante, é animada. Há um caminho interno através da área de conferências para levá-lo diretamente à área de alimentação e lojas. No geral, uma localização muito conveniente.quartos O quarto de hotel é bom, mas o equipamento começa a mostrar sua idade. O colchão tem um vale detectável, o sofá e as cadeiras não são confortáveis, o banheiro não tem ventilação e a água da banheira não escoa bem. O quarto tem todas as características de um bom hotel, tv grande, espelho grande... Etc.Por preço semelhante, tentaremos outros hotéis na próxima vez.

Nossa estadia aqui foi incrível. O hotel é limpo e os quartos foram reformados. Eles nos deram um quarto com banheira, serviço de limpeza diário e check-out mais tarde. Eles também seguraram nossas malas para nós. Serviço de primeira classe e excelente localização junto à Strip. Os quartos eram muito calmos apesar de estar tão perto da Strip. O nosso quarto tinha um frigorífico e havia uma máquina de gelo no chão também. Recomendo este hotel!

Hotel is close to Southern Broadway where everything happens, but not too close where you hear the noise. However, the hotel is starting to show its age.Location The area is nice and quiet but two streets over, it's lively. There is an internal path through the conference area to get you right to the food and shops area. Overall a very convenient location.Rooms Hotel room is nice but equipment starting to show its age. Mattress has a detectable valley, the sofa and chairs are not comfortable, the washroom lacks ventilation and the water in the tub does not drain well. The room does have all the features of a nice hotel, big tv, large mirror... Etc.For similar price, will try other hotels next time.

Our stay here was awesome. The hotel is clean and the rooms are renovated. They gave us a room with a bath tub, daily maid service, and later check out. They also held our bags for us. Top class service and excellent location right by the strip. The rooms were very quiet despite being so close to the strip. Our room had a fridge and there was an ice machine on the floor as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was beautiful, staff was amazing. Rooms were really clean. My favorite person was John Fitzgerald at the valet. So cool so welcoming. But was impressive was when we checked in valet was really busy, he took the time to help and then we left rather quickly. About 2 days later we ran into him and he remembered our names which was amazing considering we had a brief interaction. Every time after that he went out of his way to say hello and give us suggestions on where to go. I've been in hospitality 24 years and he really impressed. David the chef was also really cool and friendly and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Wow. The service was exceptional: from the check-in to the restaurant it was quite clear they want you to enjoy your stay. The views from the 17th floor were very cool, with a neat clean room and a comfy bed. The glass bridge on the second floor is a great place to lounge, and the location is fantastic. Top notch experience in my opinion. Thank you Renaissance Nashville!

The shower head was so strong that the tub couldn't drain fast enough. It was good though my feet got a good soaking too! Rooms would be even better with a small microwave. I was there for 4 days and that would have helped some. Everything else was GREAT!!! I did not request room service during my stay. The staff were busy enough without having to do what I could do for myself. I know they can't do anything about traffic and parking but the valets were great when taking and bringing my vehicle. Very nice and helpful with me. We had a business conference there and we were very pleased.

Located just off Broadway you will find this excellent full service Marriott hotel.The lobby is nicely appointed and an excellent place to meet others for drinks.The rooms are very spacious clean and comfortable. The large flatscreen TV is very nice.The bathroom is large and the shower has excellent water pressureThe entire staff is warm, friendly and helpful. As a lifetime Titanium Elite Member of Marriott, I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Nashville for business or pleasure

Great experience except had to leave one day early.Informed the desk at 9 am however they insisted on charging me for that day despite checkout was at noon and maid service hadn't started.Advised it was a new policy initiated in November. However manager was eventually kind enough to make an exception. Staff was very nice and hotel in perfect location. Change the policy and it would be a definitive 5 rating.

We stayed at this hotel for Labor day Weekend. Check in was fast and we even got a room upgrade! Nice decoration and style of the lobby, ideal for a Midwest experience! Location is also perfect as it is a short walk to Broadway.

Good hotel. If you don’t like to be in the middle of the busy area. The hotel is in hill a bit apart from the bars and music area, however is it still waking distance. Nice bar and breakfast was great. Personnel was great and very helpful. Cars are parked far from the hotel, and you must wait quite a long time to get your car. Rooms are beautiful.

I booked an executive room for my Anniversary. The total price was 359 plus tax equaling 416.25. Halfway through my stay I seen that it went from 416 to 460. The price kept rising. For the price I paid the stay was not worth it. I had to pay full price. They said because of covid they weren't able to make my stay more enjoyable, (Cla, front counter manager). We had a room that was a little dirty that we walked into. After telling clay it was cleaned. But there was no microwave, no club room, no hot tube, and no amenities we were promised before checking in. They never wanted to come down on the price. I was paying full price and not getting the whole experience. No one ever wanted to make this right. I tried to call the manager Austin and he never answered or wanted to call me back. I would recommend the Hilton or anywhere else to stay but here. Give your money to a company that has compassion and not just greedy habits.

My friends stayed for their 2 year anniversary and while the view is nice, it has no continental breakfast, no juccuzi, no microwave and it was an executive room. The room was very small for the price of 460. The price they paid for the room felt too high and should have been lowered since they weren’t promised what they were suppose to get. The office staff said there is no refunds, no discounts. Guest get what they are offered and that’s it.

Service was fine, especially valet. However, room and interior decorations of hallways was dark and dated. Furniture was stained and room lacked amenities. Coffee drinkers will be left to fend for their own at cost on the first floor or have to hit the streets. I was hoping for a special experience. However, the most unusual aspect was noticeably increased cost for less amenities, cleanliness, and modern appeal than the average Fairfield Inn.
