“Let’s see first room the heating didn’t work so we had to get it fixed, maintenance came fixed it but it didn’t fix… we had to move rooms. Second room the toilet overflowed and had to be fixed. The happy hour was AMAZING and the hotel staff was pretty nice. What has prompted this review was the interaction I received after I left and needed clarification on why I was charged so much more from what the total pay was from when I booked. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never had an employee with the Hilton be this disrespectful and honestly makes me look at Hilton a little different.”

“Me encanto el ambiente, muy cerca de todo, cuartos muy espaciosos y muy limpios, buen precio, el Gerente muy amable y nos brindo mucha ayuda. El desayuno muy bueno. Porfavor traigan nuevamente la recepcion en las tarde y la apertura completa de el Rest y la Barra. En general todo excelente regreso nuevamente y lo recomiendo”
