“This is a problem with Google Map reviews. I was here, but did not use much of the resort. We were here only because the conference room of another resort in the Hilton family was being remodeled.We were being treated to a dinner and game night. Yet Google maps does not have anything other than "I didn't go here" to skip giving a review.”

“My first review ever but it had to be done. They couldn't find my reservation so I made another one and then once they eventually found it they said it was non-refundable even though I already had another room so I paid for two rooms while only using one. I felt very scammed and definitely won't be staying there ever again because of that.”
