First time at the Courtyard, but as Bonvoy members we love Marriott hotels, so here why this time a low rating: no coffee available 24 hours in the hall, and breakfast not included. Maybe this is why the price are not high. The hotel isn’t new, but it is in good conditions. The room was big enough and clean, same for the bathroom. The parking lot on site is really big. Lots of restaurants in the area and the i95 is really close.

This was one of the cleanest and comfortable Marriott properties we have stayed in in recent years. The young gentleman on the front desk was very helpful and extremely personable. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Devido a cancelamentos e atrasos, não chegamos até tarde. Ao chegar às 2 da manhã fomos recebidos por uma jovem descuidada que claramente não queria estar ali, Cassandra. Ela nos atribuiu um quarto sujo, desceu e culpou a arrumação e nos realocou. Como estávamos saindo, fizemos um check-out antecipado e solicitamos um transporte para o aeroporto (eles têm um log e ela não leu claramente o log e novamente culpou outra pessoa). Todos os outros funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e amigáveis. Claramente, o retreinamento é recomendado para Casandra ou um novo campo fora da hospitalidade.

Não sei se normalmente é um hotel muito bom e foi apenas um acaso comigo, mas não tive uma boa experiência. No primeiro dia, eles perguntaram se eu queria arrumação todos os dias, eu disse que sim, eles não vieram até o quarto dia, mesmo depois que eu fui para a recepção e eles declararam que iriam corrigi-lo. Parte do teto da pipoca caiu ontem enquanto eu dormia. Quando eles finalmente vieram hoje para limpar o quarto, ela levou mais de duas horas para completá-lo. A equipe é muito boa, apenas não é uma configuração muito boa. Eu amo Marriotts, eu viajo para viver e os utilizo o tempo todo. Escusado será dizer que fiquei desapontado e não voltarei a este hotel.

Debido a cancelaciones y retrasos, no llegamos hasta tarde. Al llegar a las 2 am, nos recibió una joven descuidada que claramente no quería estar allí, Cassandra. Nos asignó una habitación sucia, bajó y culpó a la limpieza y nos reasignó. Cuando nos íbamos, salimos temprano y solicitamos un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto (tienen un registro y ella no leyó claramente el registro y nuevamente culpó a otra persona). Todo el resto del personal fue extremadamente servicial y amable. Claramente, se recomienda volver a capacitarse para Casandra o un nuevo campo fuera de la hospitalidad.

No sé si normalmente es un muy buen hotel y fue solo una casualidad para mí, pero no tuve una buena experiencia. El primer día me preguntaron si quería el servicio de limpieza todos los días. Dije que sí, no vinieron hasta el cuarto día, incluso después de que fui a la recepción y me dijeron que lo corregirían. Parte del techo de palomitas de maíz se cayó ayer mientras dormía. Cuando finalmente vinieron hoy a limpiar la habitación, tardó más de dos horas en completarlo. El personal es realmente agradable, simplemente no es una muy buena configuración. Me encantan los Marriott, viajo para ganarme la vida y los utilizo todo el tiempo. Así que no hace falta decir que me decepcionó y no volveré a este hotel.

Due to cancellations and delays we did not get in until late. Upon arriving at 2 am we were greeted by a careless young woman who clearly did not want to be there, Cassandra. She assigned us to a dirty room, came down and blamed it on housekeeping and reassigned us. As we were leaving we had an early check out and requested a shuttle to the airport (they have a log and she didn’t clearly read the log and again blamed someone else). All other staff was so extremely accommodating and friendly. Clearly retraining is recommended for Casandra or a new field out of hospitality.

I don’t know if normally it’s a really good hotel and it was just a fluke with me but I did not have a good experience. On day one they asked if I wanted housekeeping every day I said yes they did not come until the fourth day, even after I went to the front desk and they stated they would correct it. Part of the popcorn ceiling fell off yesterday while I was sleeping. When they finally came today to clean the room she took over two hours to complete it. The staff are really nice it’s just not a very good set up. I love Marriotts, I Travel for a living and I utilize them all the time. So Needless to say I was disappointed and I will not be returning to this hotel.

Friendly staff and clean accommodations. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We were in Daytona to attend an event at the Peabody Auditorium. It was an easy ride back and forth.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am staying here as the bus driver for a cheer team and when I was given my room keys, the front desk associate informed me that the window in my room was busted, but they didn’t think I would mind since “all drivers do is sleep when you are here and don’t spend anytime in the room…but don’t worry we made sure it’s nice and cold for you.” General manager told me that he made the decision to put me in that room because”I’m over booked, and well I had to put someone in there…so I told them to put you in it since all you do is sleep in it.” He then informed me that the window was a” hurricane window” and would be okay even with the hole in it and tape holding it in spots to keep it from shattering any more.

Terrible customer experience, the food and beverage manager Jasmin needs more training on how to treat guest and especially titanium elite guest. I asked to place a breakfast order at 10:04’AM after waiting on-line for 15 minutes until I could work my way to the counter and place my order. She refused and said we close the kitchen at 10:00AM. She had a really poor attitude, I was surprised at how ridged and inflexible she was. This is a hospitality business or at least I thought. Definitely needs more training on how to accommodate guests. I would not recommend this hotel because of this poor customer experience. Lots of other options for accommodations in the area.

Infelizmente, ainda não analisamos este hotel muito esquecido! Estamos hospedados aqui há vários anos ao mesmo tempo todos os anos por alguns dias durante um evento de trabalho (início de Marchish) e não poderíamos estar mais felizes com este Courtyard. Está em um local conveniente e melhor para alimentação/atividades/estrada/aeroporto/95 (super perto do nosso local de trabalho), os funcionários são sempre incrivelmente simpáticos e acolhedores com nossas chegadas, e estou especialmente impressionado por eles nos cumprimentarem pela memória e não apenas como cortesia. Os quartos, lobby/bistrô e área da piscina são de fácil acesso, muito limpos e confortáveis. Os quartos e as comodidades têm sido bons, mesmo durante a pandemia. E para a época do ano em que chegamos, o preço por noite é imbatível. Definitivamente recomendo.

Foi um hotel bonito, n limpo. Eles tinham jovens adolescentes hospedados naquele fim de semana, então o barulho era horrível nos corredores a todas as horas, mas no 3º dia a tranquilidade foi resolvida, o que foi bom.

Desafortunadamente, ¡todavía no hemos revisado este hotel tan pasado por alto! Nos hemos alojado aquí durante varios años a la misma hora todos los años durante unos días durante un evento de trabajo (principios de Marchish) y no podríamos estar más felices con este Courtyard. Está en un lugar conveniente y mejor para comida/actividades/la autopista/aeropuerto/95 (súper cerca de nuestro lugar de trabajo) el personal siempre es increíblemente amable y servicial con nuestras llegadas, y estoy especialmente impresionado por cómo nos saludan de memoria y no solo como una cortesía. Las habitaciones, el vestíbulo/bistro y el área de la piscina son de fácil acceso, están muy limpias y son muy cómodas. Las habitaciones y las comodidades han sido buenas, incluso durante la pandemia. Y para la época del año en que venimos, el precio por noche es inmejorable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo

It was a cute hotel, n clean. They had young teens staying that weekend so the noise was horrific in the halls at all hours but by the 3rd day tranquility settled so that was good.

Unfortunately we haven’t reviewed this greatly overlooked hotel yet! We have been staying here for several years at the same time every year for a few days during a work event (beginning of Marchish) and couldn’t be happier with this Courtyard. It’s in a convenient and best spot for food/activities/the speedway/airport/95 (super close to our work site) the staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating with our arrivals, and I’m especially impressed by them greeting us by memory and not just as a courtesy. The rooms, lobby/bistro, and pool area are easy to access, very clean, and very comfortable. Rooms and amenities have been good, even through the pandemic. And for the time of year that we come, the price per night can’t be beat. Definitely recommend.
