The cleaning staff was exceptional. We always came back to a very clean room. I just wish we had extra pillows. Breakfast always had some variation from the previous day and items were continually replenished. Pool was nice and clean but it was just too cold when we were there last week. Good spot for sunbathing though.

The hotel is decent, but it's a little far from downtown where all the activities are as well as the beaches, unless you willing to pay for uber or a taxi or uber. The rooms are pretty nice but it's a struggle to get fresh new clean towels. The views from the rooms are not that impressive. The pool is not a bad rooftop pool but is kinda small and freezing cold. Pool towels can be a struggle to get as well. Pool bar is hit or miss when it is open. As far as food spots the Koral or Marketplace is hit or miss as well when the restaurants are open or not. The food is not bad but it's what's convenient.

Clean hotel and updated rooms. Convenient to highway and San Jose. Breakfast was hot and free and excellent. Fresh fruit, yogurt, chilaquiles, pastries and drinks. Great start to the day. They also have a small snack bar on sight for purchase.

New hotel but already run down …electrical outlets are broken, furniture ripped. Reception staff is half asleep, can’t multitask and it takes forever to check in. The room itself is clean but no balcony and you can’t open the window, you are stuck with humming AC all day. Wi-Fi is not the best either. Breakfast decent, housekeeping staff friendly. No signs or directions to the hotel and parking. They even didn’t bother to pin it correctly on google map 🤦‍♀️

Lugar maravilhoso. Funcionarios educadíssimos. Piscina com vista para o mar. Proximo a mercados e bancos. Lugar perfeito para relaxar!!!

O hotel está localizado ao lado de um hospital e de um complexo de lojas e mercado gourmet. Instalações modernas e aconchegantes. O quarto que ficamos estava limpíssimo com kit de higiene da Neutrogena. O colchão muito bom e lençóis deliciosos. O café da manhã estilo buffet contempla frutas, pães, waffles, sucos e 4 pratos quentes. O terraço é amplo com varias espreguiçadeiras ao lado da piscina e com vista lindíssima para o mar. A sinalização do estacionamento deixa um pouco a desejar, mas a cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários compensa. Excelente custo benefício. Adoramos!

Um check-in embaraçoso com filas gigantescas. São vários, mas atendem apenas uma pessoa e não estabelecem filas para quem já fez check-in e para quem ficou retido por um voo. Mal organizado e tive que esperar uma hora para conseguir algo que custou um minuto. Atenção ruim. Um gerente que ajuda, nem tem visão do problema em mãos. Uma pena como eles carregam isso e que não tenham alguém mais competente. Eles não têm toalhas na piscina nem se importam. E ainda por cima no meu pequeno-almoço, como sou grato por estar incluído, mas cozinhe as batatas porque são servidas duras, ainda não cozidas. Pouca atenção aos detalhes. Mais uma vez eu acho que o gerente que é um desastre é o responsável.

Un check-in vergonzoso con unas colas gigantescas. Están múltiples pero solo atienden una persona, y no establecen colas para los que ya hicieron el check-in y los que se han quedado varados por un vuelo. Mal organizado y tuve que esperar una hora para que me dieran algo que costaba un minuto. Mala atención. Un manager que ayuda, ni tiene visión del problema entre manos. Una vergüenza como lo llevan y que no tengan a alguien más competente. No tienen toallas en la piscina ni se preocupan. Y para colmo en mi desayuno, que agradecido estoy de este incluido, pero que cocinen las patatas porque las sirven duras, todavía sin cocinar. Poca atención al detalle. Una vez más creo que es responsable el manager que es un desastre.

Em primeiro lugar a facilidade é grande. E a capacidade de visitar vários restaurantes de boa qualidade a uma curta distância é um bônus maravilhoso.No entanto, tive que deduzir pontos porque o que parecia ser práticas de gerenciamento míopes que tornavam a experiência menos perfeita. A recepção foi necessário preencher papelada...não entradas de computador, mas papelada para tudo. Até ter que registrar o número de garrafas de água que eles deram aos membros do Hilton Honors quando fizeram o check-in. Não apenas números, mas detalhes sobre o quarto, nome do hóspede, etc. Portanto, o check-in foi especialmente lento. O bar da piscina não tinha funcionários porque era o dia de folga regular dos barmen. Sério. O que então exigia uma viagem pelo saguão para ter mais papelada preenchida para comprar uma cerveja.Tivemos o prazer de ficar aqui antes e tivemos uma ótima experiência. Este, não muito.

A mí me tocó personal poco amable en recepción, y en el baño sólo un jabón para regadera y lavabo que solicité un jabón adicional, pero fuera de eso mi estancia muy bien

First of all the facility is great. And the ability to visit a choice of multiple, good quality restaurants within walking distance is a wonderful bonus. However, I had to deduct points because what appeared to be shortsighted management practices that made the experience less that perfect. The front desk was required to fill out paperwork...not computer entries but paperwork for everything. Down to having to log the number of bottles of water they gave to Hilton Honors members when they checked in. Not just numbers but details on the room, guest name, etc.. So checkin was especially slow. The pool bar was not staffed because it was the regular bartenders day off. Really. Which then required a trip down the lobby to have more paperwork filled out to purchase a beer. We have had the pleasure to stay here before and had a great experience. This one, not so much.

O hotel é muito bonito e confortável. A arrumação é excelente. Embora não seja possível caminhar até as praias ou o centro a partir do hotel, sua localização próxima à rodovia possibilita o uso de transporte público. O café da manhã incluso é muito bom.

El aire acondicionado no funciona en las habitaciones, además el staff (Jan) ni si quiera se ofrece a revisarlo, simplemente te contestan de mal modo que es culpa del clima. Tengo una oficina en el mismo edificio y el clima exterior no tiene nada que ver con esto. Alfombras en mal estado y olor a humedad. No lo recomiendo

Excelente hotel, personal muy amable habitaciones cómodas y agradables, la alberca limpia y gimnasio muy completo. Dos gasolineras a lado y el merkado enfrente con varios restaurantes. Los desayunos muy buenos, café y té las 24hrs.

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. La limpieza es excelente. A pesar de que no es posible llegar caminando a las playas o el centro desde el hotel, su ubicación cerca de la carretera, permite utilizar el transporte publico. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno.

El hotel tiene las 3 b que todo turista busca. Sin embargó la localización no es estratégica, queda a 15-20 min de cabo san Lucas y de san josé del cabo. El costo promedio de un uber/didi es de 400-500 pesos. Y la parada de bus esta a 10 min.

Well looks like no one has responded to my several emails so we resort to posting a review. I hope this sheds light of my experience of the Hilton Grand Vacations “experience” at this participating hotel. When we first signed up for our AMEX card we got a call from Hilton Grand Vacations asking us if for $500 we wanted to book an experience with them in Cabo, Vegas, or Cancun (I believe was the last option). We chose Cabo having never been and hearing great things. The deal being, we pay pre-pay $500 for the hotel and in return we have to do a Sales Tour. A deal we willingly and knowingly accepted. Unfortunately, what a horrible experience it was. I’m sad to say, I would never recommend this to a friend and in fact I’d warn people about this. It felt like such a scam from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were told we’d be out in one of the Hilton hotels and were put in the Hampton. The hotel was completely run down, not well kept, not the “Hilton” experience we were promised. First off, the rooms were old. The couch was torn, the bathroom mirror had a crack that was sealed with a sticker, the toilet didn’t work, and the pool didn’t even have lawn chairs to sit out in. Just tables and “cabanas” that were full of mud! I’ve attached pictures. So anyone who knows anything about Cabo is that your hotel and resort is about 90% where you spend your day. There was NOTHING to do. And the things there were to do were disappointing to say the least. To top it off the day we had the tour, no transportation was provided. Which we were told about, but seriously, $30 to go to a hotel that’s 5 minutes away? Hilton seriously can’t better accommodate their guests? The sales tour was actually great. However due to a myriad of reasons, we decided not to move forward. I will be honest many of those reasons included feeling absolutely scammed by Hilton. Does Hilton seriously think we are stupid enough not to realize that you put us in a run down hotel and then “impress us” with the fancy hotel for the tour? It was a sales tactic! If anything it just showed us you could’ve given us a better experience, but chose not to! You care more about making money for the tour than the actual experience of your guests. That didn’t give us any confidence to move forward if the Hampton is any evidence of how you take care of your hotels. We were deeply DEEPLY disappointed and will not be recommending this to anyone in the future as we’d hope we would. I really hope they’d respond to my email to help future guests but here I am warning them instead. Don’t spend your hard earned money on expensive flights to be met with a disappointing experience. If this is where you are staying- run.

Es el segundo que visito de la cadena pero el primero del país, solo me quedé una noche ya que era mi último día en Los Cabos y con mi experiencia anterior en Costa Rica, más la ubicación me hicieron elegirlo, no me arrepiento haberlo hecho. Llevaba ya una semana en Los Cabos y fue el día perfecto para descansar antes de irme, las instalaciones muy confortables y limpias. El cuarto daba hacía la parte delantera del hotel, muy limpio, la cama y almohadas cómodas, el baño muy bonito y con productos de cuidado personal de primera, el frigobar si funcionaba (algo muy raro en los hoteles) y cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventilador. El área de alberca también está en excelente condiciones, me imagino que las reseñas donde dicen que no hay era porque quizá estaba en mantenimiento pero en esta ocasión había tanto alberca como con jacuzzi con una agradable vista, tiene mesas y unos camastros muy relajantes que obviamente se llenan muy rápido. En cuanto al desayuno buffet quizá solo le faltaría un poquito más de variedad y un poco más de sazón pero tampoco es que esté malo. Estacionamiento sin costo y atención al cliente de primera. La verdad si quede con un excelente sabor de boca :)

O estacionamento estava muito escuro e meu carro foi atingido por outro carro, claro que o hotel não reembolsará os danos, mas isso acontece porque está muito escuro nos fundos. A piscina não tem paisagismo, então eu não recomendaria a piscina no verão. A banheira de hidromassagem não funcionou corretamente. Fora isso, a academia era boa, serviço decente, boa localização com lugares para sair.

Ninguém parece saber de nada. A brochura na sala fala sobre uma área de jantar casual de 12 a 6 nunca descobri onde era. Perguntei a várias pessoas que não tinham ideia. A brochura não explica onde está. Apenas encontrar a entrada para este lugar era horrível. Encontrou o estacionamento nos fundos e andou por toda parte tentando encontrar a entrada certa. Entramos em um hospital, um negócio e finalmente o encontramos. Precisa de sinais muito melhores do estacionamento. Apenas não impressionado. Wii fi também fraco para usar.

No one seems to know anything. The brochure in the room talks about a casual dining area from 12 to 6 never found out where that was. Asked several people they had no clue. The brochure doesn't explain where it is. To just find the entrance to this place was horrible. Found the parking in the back and walked all over trying to find the right entrance. We we t into a hospital,a business and we finally found it. Need much better signs from the parking lot . Just not impressed. Wii fi also to weak to use.

Parking was very dark and my car was hit by another car, of course the hotel won’t reimburse for the damage, but this happen because it’s very dark in the back. Pool doesn’t have any landscaping so I wouldn’t not recommend the pool in summer. Hot tub didn’t work properly. Other than that the gym was good, service decent, good location with places to go out.

The service is less than poor. Starting with Yanli and finishing with the manager of the hotel. Yanli the receptionist is very rude. I don't know why she's working there if she doesn't have people skills. There was a situation with my sisters reservation and she made it worse. We wanted to speak with the manager and she laughed and said that it was Sunday and he doesn't work on Sundays.My sister told her that she didn't lime her attitude and she responded that she could get helped by the other receptionist which was super nice and was able to accommodate us. I will definitely won't be staying here if we ever come back to Cabos and definitely will not recommend this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and on our check-out we asked to speak to the manager and he came out. As my sister started to explain the bad experience, he interrupted her and told her he was aware of the situation and that he already had a conversation with the receptionist that was nice and helped us, instead of having the conversation with Yanli, who was rude and unprofessional just like the manager. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We were not the only ones that had a bad experience, there was other people that we heard, were complaining too.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Pool area was a disaster. Opens at 8am. I arrived at 9:30 no cover on cabana beds pads, the pillows on the beds were full of stains, no towels, filthy tables and chairs. There were two emoyees visiting w each other. I asked if the could get towels and put a cover on one of the beds since they were filthy, they said sure and left. I left at noon , they had not come back and no one had attended to the pool area. Stay for the rooms and price not the breakfast or pool.

February 2022: This hotel is excellent and a pleasure to stay at.I’m writing a comprehensive update as there are a number of extremely misleading posts recently. Up until approximately September 2021, reviews for the hotel were outstanding… And very well merited. Unfortunately there was a major hurricane that caused a lot of damage in the general area and in particular to the hotel. For a period of time, the hotel pool was completely closed, and there had been significant flooding and moisture in different parts of the hotel.I am pleased to write to you that the hotel has been very diligent in renovating these areas. The pool has been completely redone and is absolutely stunning. It is on the fifth floor, the rooftop and has a stunning view of the ocean and mountains in the area. There is a full service bar and any of the restaurants in the plaza below will deliver food either to your room, or to the pool area.Any issues to do with mould that had been present in a few areas have been completely addressed. Hallways have been completely repainted. None of the rooms have carpet floors… They are all tile which is a pleasure to see. They are spotless.This is an outstanding hotel for a short stay and or, in particular business trips. I would highly recommend it.I have not been paid by anyone to write this, I just simply want to see an injustice corrected, as the posts over the last number of months that may have had merit are no longer the case.It should also be mentioned that the hotel is directly adjacent to a top hospital, and in the plaza below is a gym, spine health clinic, hair and nail clinic, real estate office, and an exceptionally good plaza filled with numerous restaurants that are quite inexpensive with excellent food.Have a great vacation.
