“Overall a terrific Hotel with great pools staff and rooms. Everything was super clean and ready for guests. We had a terrific time and are really enjoying the hotel. The food at Oceanside was fantastic as well as Hunter and Zen and Rio. The experience at Zen is worth your evening and the chef's go out of their way for a stellar experience of you get an early seating. Cons, we hated having to book our restaurants each night and stand in line with other people every morning to ensure we would get to eat that night. As this is vacation this really takes away from the experience. What if we want to sleep in? When we went on excursions we had no choice but to go to the fast food restaurant because even going to front desk won't get you reservations. If you leave early or return late you are out of luck for food. We also didn't like that there are two options for lunch. You can have burgers and hotdogs by the beach or you can get out of your bathing suit and go into the buffet. There are other food options but they are closed during the pandemic. We got very tired of burgers. I think this hotel would be very good to add a couple more options for those who don't want to go inside to eat. The pizza or smoothies would be terrific. Also, although there are fridges in the rooms with complimentary drinks in two weeks were didn't get ours restocked so don't expect that.”

This stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is warm and welcoming. The food was great! The vibe team is fantastic. They really bring the energy all day long and make your visit that much more fun and exciting. Coffee, a member of the vibe team was incredible! He was so kind and really helped me and my friends have so much fun. He made us feel so comfortable and made sure we participated in all the activities and dancing. I can’t wait to go back again.

Had a great experience at the Royalton. Staff is amazing! Food selection was outstanding. Some restaurants you need to book a reservation and that was a bit competitive. The beach was great, one of the best on this stretch.
The only thing that was a bit annoying was the peddlers at the beach. They can walk freely through the area to try and sell whatever. The resort does have security people there, but most of the time they just make sure everything is peaceful.

Hotel was outstanding. Rooms were well appointed and extremely clean. The entertainment was top notch, and the staff went out of their way to make your stay memorable. It had one of the best gyms in the Caribbean. The pools were large and clean, and the bar staff friendly. The buffet was very good, and even my picky eater (16 year old daughter) could find something to eat. The servers were outstanding. I have been to the DR seven times, and this was by far one of our best stays. We will be returning.

This resort is beautiful, not too big but a great size for what we needed. They did their best to make sure you had a great time but no one really spoke English so if you aren't fluent in Spanish have your translate ready. They had nightly entertainment, most of which was very good. Food was good, tried just about all the restaurants and my favorite was probably Rio. They had various themed nights in the main restaurant and the seafood night was great. My room was beautiful, however, there is a lot of humidity in the room and no ventilation, which left the room smelling stale. We also had a hole in the ceiling of our shower and we paid extra for a Swim Out room, so this was upsetting. It didn't get fixed while we were there and they knew it was busted before we got in there because when we walked up there was a maintenence man walking out of it. No room change or discount was offered. Pools were nice and ocean was good as well.... I'm not an ocean girl. The spa however, was the highlight of the trip. The massage was AMAZING and the pool was refreshing. Highly recommend!

Rooms are nice enough. All have balconies except 1st floor, 1st floor has shared swim-out pool. Complimentary soda, beer, and juice restocked daily. Our touchscreen AC module stopped working on the second to last day for whatever reason.
Service is very inconsistent. Some bars have excellent service (like the main lobby bar), while others seem to serve much more slowly and inattentively. Food's pretty good. Buffets are relatively small if compared to larger resorts but overall a good variety of food. The on demand protein grills in the buffets are cool but somehow all the fish comes out oversalted.
Location is fine I guess? The beach is rather small and there was an uncomfortable amount of seaweed in the water for most of our stay. Pretty big waves too, which I enjoyed but some elderly people or people with young children might not. Pools were nothing special. There's a lazy river right in the middle of the resort which is actually quite nice, but they do not have enough public tubes to go around.
Overall it was a nice experience but I would not come back to this location. Every resort I've visited in Mexico so far has been superior to this one.

Het is zogezegd een allinclusive resort, maar eigenlijk moet je iedereen omkopen om te kunnen bekomen wat je wilt of de upgrade nemen van de Diamond club. We vroegen om te upgraden naar Diamond club, maar dit was helaas niet mogelijk. Ze hadden een ganse dag geen spuitwater ter beschikking. Ook Pepsi light is enkel voor de Diamond club. De kamers zijn mooi ruim, ruiken een beetje muf, maar dit is normaal met dit klimaat. De service kan veel veel beter, ze bedienen je enkel goed als je veel fooi geeft. Personeel spreekt niet zo goed Engels en verstaan je slecht of willen je niet verstaan. Het eten is wel lekker voor een resort. Er zijn verschillende restaurants, maar is moeilijk om te mogen gaan. Want hier ook terug kan je enkel reserveren als je Diamond bent. Dus waren we verplicht altijd zeer vroeg te gaan eten. S avonds zijn er shows maar de muziek staat veel te luid.

Absolutely loved this resort. Family vacation over Xmas with ages ranging from 3 to 71. Something for everyone to enjoy. Big enough to offer everything we needed but not too big. Great variety of restaurants and fantastic buffet. They really put out an impressive display for Xmas and New Years eve. Great beach! Easy to set up excursions. Very nice rooms and comfy beds.

While we are now still here at Royalton I felt the need to edit my original rating based on one additional employee here that we have just met.Her name is Desiree and she is the Food Concierge.She has a personally made sure that we have been well taken care of with getting reservations and meeting our dietary needs.No meat (me) and gluten free (wifey)….by “personally” I mean she has been at each restaurant since we met her and has assisted with some incredible meals.With a few more employees like her and Steavens ( the aforementioned assigned butler) this place might stand a chance.They have been incredible and the only reasons we haven’t left this resort early.It’s a shame we didn’t meet Desiree at the beginning of our trip however late is better than never and we are now optimistic about our last few days. As of today we have 3 days left and I’ll be sure to follow up with a complete review of pros and cons upon departure.Stay tuned!

Amazing resort and services. Stayed here for 7 nights in November. Rooms were amazing. Lazy river was a lot of fun and the cave bar in the lazy river. We had the diamond club package which was awesome. Juan who assisted us during our vacation was amazing and constantly checked in on us and gave us recommendations. Would give 10 stars if I could. Would definitely go back.

No momento, estamos hospedados neste hotel via Tui.nl E realmente uma decepção, os quartos não são limpos a tempo. Tive que ligar duas vezes para limpar agora 4:50 da tarde e ninguém foi ainda. Só se der gorjeta será feito na hora certa. Mas infelizmente os nossos últimos 300 euros aqui 2º dia de férias foram roubados do SAFE e não tivemos oportunidade de o trocar. ps. Muita umidade na sala e móveis se desfazem + mofo no secador de cabelo Para o resto comer e beber é bom Praia linda e boa animação

This is not for singles or a girls trip. This is strictly for families. I came with my two girlfriends and felt this was not the resort for us. This is labeled as “luxury resort spa and casino”- screaming children outnumbered the adults and the casino consists of 3 table games and a dozen slots. The staff was friendly and attentive- you will not ever be without a drink and it’s all top shelf. They will make you anything you want!. Food was really great too which included lots of options. As far as the screaming children were concerned, this was by far the most disappointing of the trip. Kids were running towards the stage during the shows, flooding the pools, and every inch of the hotel. I’ve been to other all inclusives where there are staff that take the kids for the day I’m not sure why that’s not offered here. I really Hope they consider having “adult only” sections- with 6 pools they could definitely reserve just 1 for adults. Same with the restaurants- maybe one adults only? No night life either- consider an alliance with a local club or another hotel maybe. Also make sure you book with your Marriott number. One girl in our party did not have Marriott and it was a giant inconvenience the entire trip. She couldn’t get into some of the restaurants, not the same check in process, no butler service, couldn’t go to the same pool as us or beach section. All in, it’s a beautiful resort, the drinks were flowing, the food was great, the service was amazing but definitely not for adult couples or friends.

A great place to relax in the Punta Cana area. Many hotel to choose from but Royalton Bavaro all inclusive is a great experience. The best experience is the service, from the guest services personnel to the cleaning ladies. They go above and beyond to make sure your time in the hotel is the best and most enjoyable.

All hotels have suffered a loss of quality due to the pandemic, including this resort, but they are very close to 100% recovery.with my husband's recent disability, we now notice things like limited access to the beach, didn't see a ramp, but I may be wrong. stuff is super friendly throughout. Also, today is my birthday and they put a birthday banner on my door! I don't know how they knew but it's really cute idea.

We went there for our honeymoon and we just got back, I am so happy we upgraded to the diamond club. One of the main reason our vacation became super especial was because of Our butler Max. He has been absolutely amazing. He arranged for everything, super nice and professional, We will Definitely come back because of him, super caring, We really enjoyed Hunter steak and zen restaurant, buffet was actually pretty good though, All the bartenders at the beach and at the bar were super nice as well, especial thanks to Niciana, she was super friendly, The Martini bar nighttime bartenders were absolutely amazing too, Best vacation ever, definitely will come back

El peor hotel que he visitado en los últimos años. La comida de muy mala calidad. Los restaurantes eran por orden de llegada y cuando llegabas te decían que ya estaban full, no pude disfrutar de ningunos- Solo tuve acceso al bufet y muy mala la comida. Encontré mosca en mas de un plato. El servicio muy malo. 0% recomendado.

Buen hotel. Hay que tener pendiente los restaurantes que estarían abiertos en las distintas horas pues podrían pasar un largo rato esperando entre comida y comida. Buen servicio a la habitación y cómodas facilidades.

This is our fourth stay in the DR and the Royalton has made my party feel as if we were not able to receive the “royal treatment”. You are told that you do not need to make reservations for restaurants however you are turned away from restaurants immediately. Assistance was asked of staff who offered very little and then disregarded our requests. At one restaurant, staff seated other guests prior to our party stating that we needed to wait. Our party will never visit this resort again!!

I've only had good times at this resort. The spa is wonderful and the layout is great because it isolates the evening noise from the rooms, at the downside of having a bit of walking to do. The food is wonderful, beaches great. I've gone twice so far, the second being in Nov 2021 which I brought a group of friends along.They loved it so much they want to plan for 2022 already. That should say a lot about the quality of this resort in Dominican Republic.

Had such an awesome experience with my family for our first ever family vacation. I would put 5 stars but there was an issue with an added fee they continually wanted me to pay for a room upgrade we never received even after we addressed this with a manager. We did have the diamond club package but only used part of it. The huge benefit to the diamond club was our Butler (Felix Felix) he was amazing, friendly, helpful and one of the big reasons we as a family want to come back. Food at buffet was good but the Hunter steakhouse was unbelievable.

El hotel es bastante grande, las habitaciones son grandes, siempre limpias tienen un parque acuático, la atención cuando están en la playa y piscinas no es tan buena, para que te vallan a dejar a la habitación y te entreguen las maletas es muy lenta la espera. La playa actualmente no está tan limpia y lo que hacen es mezclar las algas con la arena y eso hace que huele mal.

The service was immaculate and the entertainment was great, The staff kept the place super clean an in a timely manner and wander and Jay from the entertainment staff were great at engaging with the guests. I would recommend to anyone. The only down fall to me, was the big wig standing over the entertainment staff with a stop watch, it really took away from the available fun they were trying to get you invloved in, and even at that they were excellent at not letting it show.

Let me start by saying that I’ve stayed at multiple Royaltons (in Cancun Mexico and Jamaica). Plus I’ve traveled during COVID so there is no excuse for the service I received here. This resort has by far been the WORST! First when we arrived we booked a double bed room and ended up in a single bed room our first night. No we did not arrive late and the resort is not packed so there should have been availability. We asked to be accommodated for our room the next day and when it was time to change our rooms we waited for someone to come take our bags to our new room and no one showed up. We had to take our own bags to the main lobby to get access to our new room. We were alright exhausted from our excursion so to take our bags from our room was too much. The main reason why I’m giving this hotel a 1 star is the food accommodation. I’ve stayed at 4 other Royalton resorts and this is the first one where we could not make dinner reservations. We could not eat at any of the restaurants because all of them were at capacity due each night due to the fact that they had several restaurants closed on the property. In addition golf carts have to transport you around the property. You have to wait for a while to be picked up to get around the resort. We had to wait to be picked up to be taken to the main lobby for our excursion and was late! The driver almost left us. I will NEVER stay at this resort again!!! Also I’m a travel agent and I would not recommend any of my clients to stay here as well!

This resort is very good. Staffs are amazing. Wale ( he is Haitian) is a great bartender. He is super nice. He makes the best drinks in this resort. Make sure to ask for him.

La calidad de la comida varia... Debes saber que elegir. Algunos empleados muy simpáticos y otros no tanto. Excelentes instalaciones en sentido general. Se camina mucho ya que la playa esta retirada del área del lobby, aunque hay servicio de carros de golfs.

Realmente esperaba mucho más de este hotel, pagué por el club de diamantes y realmente no me sentí bien atendido, pedí varias veces al servicio de habitaciones por leche para mi bebé y me toma 40 minutos traer una caja de leche, en otras ocasionesPedí café y tardé mucho tb, pedí unos postres una noche y nos quedamos dormidos esperando la comida.No recomiendo el servicio de este hotel a nadie, y mucho menos a pagar de más por el club de diamantes. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad y el hotel carecía de mantenimiento.

Good Afternoon-I booked a stay at Royalton Bavaro, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino in punta cana through Expedia. On arrival they mishandled my reservation and could not locate my room despite the fact we had a confirmation and called prior to arrival. The wait was also extremely long as the hotel did not plan accordingly. As I waited for what seemed an extremely long time aguest complained how items were stolen from his safe. At that moment I was somewhat alarmed however I did not think anything major of the issue. I then proceeded to enjoy my stay as I was on a daddy and daughter vacation and went to the pool. We both jumped in and left our personal belongings such as cell phones, handbag, and clothing on a recliner as we have done in every hotel we have visited, thinking my items were secured. However upon our return our belongings were no longer there. We then contacted security and the hotel management who took more than 2 hours to come to the scene and assist us with possibly locating our belongings or finding a solution to our situation. After waiting 2 hours and speaking to the hotel management and explaining what transpired, we were advised that the cameras were not working. Given the fact that the cameras were not working we were advised to go to the front desk after waiting 2 hours. We then waited an additional 2hours to speak to someone to possibly find a solution to the theft of all my personal belongings. To again be informed that the cameras were not working and there was nothing they could possibly do to assist us. The fact of the matter is that this hotel is completely unsafe and it is being poorly managed. It is unreasonable that during my 3 day stay every day there was a theft. The Royalton Bavaro, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino is a 5 star hotel which charges $350-400/nightand should have the proper security as well asprotocol in place to assure the safety and protection of its guest. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as it is completely unsafe. I consider this an urgent matter and would like a response from your corporate office explaining how this is acceptable and what changes you can make from this occurring to someone else while on vacation

Excelente lugar, realmente el complejo es muy hermoso y muyyy grande. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, lo único que encontré mal de estas fue la humedad de las habitaciones. En cuanto a la comida, tienen muchos restaurantes y variedades pero no son lo que se espera, la comida debe mejorar, tienen los recursos pero no saben utilizarlos. El único restaurante al cual le doy 10/10 es el italiano, el servicio de Francisco Rijo fue excepcional y la comida de ahí era lo mejor del hotel. El servicio al cliente es extremadamente bueno, los empleados son muy atentos y educados. Especialmente los de la barra del lobby, Yovany y los demás chicos. El restaurante de carnes Hunter, no es lo que se espera, debe mejorar en todo.

Muy bonito el hotel muy espacioso y limpio. Las habitaciones preciosas.Pero la verdad me decepcionó un poco pues en la comida no había variedad y el bufet estaba muy malo. La comida no estaba bien elaborada. Los restaurantes especializados dejan mucho que desear. No soy de dejar este tipo de críticas pero la verdad el hotel no está acorde al precio que cobran. El servicio no estaba mal. Pero en realidad si no dabas propina no te atendían cómo se debe. No recomendaría este hotel la verdad.

Excelente, la comida es muy variada con varios restaurantes temáticos que abren desde el mediodía, las bebidas nacionales e internacionales y muchos bares en el hotel. Las instalaciones muy bien, y las habitaciones con acceso a la piscina muy buena la experiencia. Muchas piscinas con diferentes opciones para niños y adultos. Las atenciones muy buenas. Recomendado.

Awesome resort. Huge!!! Let's start with how clean it was. From the lobby to the restaurants to the pools. I can't believe how clean they kept this place. My room was kept clean by house keeping everyday. I had Marriott gold member status so they automatically upgraded me to a very nice room. The staff was so attentive at the restaurants. The food was great. Lots of variety for morning, afternoon and night. The sit down restaurants (Italian and the Japanese restaurants) were awesome. Service and food was very good. Pools were nice and comfortable. All of the bars were very good with adequate service except for one of the swim up bars. Those bartenders tried to be attentive but at times they were under staffed. Which is why I can't give the resort 5 stars. But I clearly got more for my money. Very friendly staff alwaysand this was a very comfortable vacation. Btw I tipped often for everything but it was 1-3 dollars at a time. Very small. Keep in mind those small tips add up. The staff really appreciates every single dollar. I wish I could've stayed longer. I hope this review helps!

I had a great time with my family there. My only problem was at the checkout. When we were coming in, the lady at the front desk named "Claudia" put a bracelet key in my baby's hand even though they knew that the baby is not going to open the door. When we were leaving, the baby lost the bracelet because her hands are too small for it. She forced us to pay $50 for it. She told us that she won't check us out until we paid the money. She almost made us lose our flight. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she told us there was no supervisor around to assist us. Really! She knew it was going to fall from the baby's hand and she put it on purpose. Be careful with them because they're all about money.

Foi a nossa segunda visita ao Royalton Bavaro Resort e não nos decepcionou. Meu marido e eu e nossos 2 filhos com idades entre 19 e 14 anos realmente apreciamos nossas férias de 2 semanas. Há muito o que fazer pelos adolescentes, eles se divertiram muito e fizeram muitos amigos. Existem 3 piscinas, rio lento e piloto de fluxo que mantém todos ocupados e entretidos. A equipe do Vibe é incrível e tem atividades na piscina o dia todo. Nós ficamos na suíte presidencial de um quarto no edifício 15, que tinha muito espaço para uma família de 4 pessoas. Estamos felizes que escolhemos o Diamond Club, definitivamente vale a pena. Nosso concierge era Domingo, que nos verificava algumas vezes por dia, certificava-se de que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos e queríamos e fazia nossas reservas para o jantar todas as noites. Eu o recomendo muito, ele foi maravilhoso! Tivemos um ótimo serviço na piscina do Diamond Club todos os dias por Nici, Starling, Jose, Alexander e Juan, todos os garçons e garçonetes nos restaurantes e Billy no lobby DC foi maravilhoso. Eles foram muito atenciosos e lembraram do que gostamos. Nós apreciamos cada momento no resort e sem dúvida vamos voltar.

It was our second visit to the Royalton Bavaro Resort and it did not disappoint us. My husband and I and our 2 sons ages 19 and 14 really enjoyed our 2 week vacation. There's a lot do do for teenagers, they had a great time and made a lot of friends. There are 3 pools, lazy river and flow rider that keeps everyone busy and entertained. The Vibe team is amazing and has pool activities all day long. We stayed in the one bedroom presidential suite in building 15, which had plenty of space for a family of 4. We are glad that we chose diamond club, it's definitely worth it. Our concierge was Domingo, who checked on on us a few times a day, made sure we had everything we needed and wanted and made our dinner reservations every night. I highly recommend him, he was wonderful! We had great service at the diamond club pool every day by Nici, Starling, Jose, Alexander and Juan, the all the waiters and waitresses in the restaurants and Billy at DC lobby desk was wonderful. They were very attentive and remembered what we liked. We enjoyed every moment at the resort and will definitely return.

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it.

Un excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones, la atención fue increíble y las instalaciones muy lindas, definitivamente volvería una y mil veces.El único defecto que le ví, es que no se pueden conseguir cigarrillos en la noche porque solo hay una tienda y cierra temprano, y los bares en mi opinión también deberían estar abiertos hasta más tarde.

Tremendo servicio por parte del personal tanto en las áreas de restaurante y de bar, la comida higiénica y con mucho sabor, variedad de alimentos para todos los gustos. Las distintas piscinas, podías caminar y tenías un lugar cerca para refrescar. Lodestacado a parte del servicio es el restaurante japonés una atención uno A, una comida muy deliciosa y fresca, así como el restaurante de pizzas italiano no se quedó atrás en cuanto a calidad y los distintos sabores experimentados. En general exelente lugar lo recomiendo ya sea en familia, en pareja o solo.

This is a beautiful resort, right on the Bavaro Beach. Rooms are very spacious, and clean. Friendly staff, great Butler experience in the Diamond club. Dinner at Hunter restaurant was scrumptious. Nicole the sales manager is just phenomenal. Gave us a tour of the resort. Martini Bar was lit, flow rider OMG!! U gotta experience that. Lazy river was fun, the water was warm and just right. This is a great family resort. Something for everybody to do.

The hotel was really nice staff is amazing and very helpful...the food was ok but I'm picky so it could just be me. The ambience was pretty relaxing granted there is also a pool that younger people really party in very inappropriate behavior for younger eyes.The rooms are really nice and clean, the beach is beautiful however they do battle seaweed...they do clean it but I don't think they do it daily.The one day we went to the beach it was free from seaweed.The other days it was covered in it. Water color varies from day to day it does have a pretty blue to it that is amazing.No filters were put on any of these pictures. Hope this helps.

The two biggest highlights were the service from Alexander The Great and Esteban at our private cabana. These two were absolutely awesome and it made up for the terrible service from the front desk. The resort itself is gorgeous and has everything you need right there in one spot. The biggest downfall here is the front desk. They would never answer the phone when you would call down to the desk. They put us in the wrong room and it took 2 days for them to reluctantly fix it. Gorgeous facility, amazing service from Alexander The Great, amazing service from Esteban, but that front desk really made for some frustrating times when you’re shelling out that much money for vacation.

The place is beautiful. Everything was going perfect. I am from the United States. Went out to Dominican republic to spend a couple days with my family That lives in Dominican at the resort. We made reservations at the Italian restaurant. The manager that night Hector. Told us we cannot sit together you had to sit separately they could not accommodate a table of 10 people. But everywhere you looked there was tables of 10 people but they were all white. So what I’ve come to realize is the Dominicans that work there are racist to the Dominicans that come there to spend money. Sorry to say but if you’re Dominican you live in Dominican republic and you have money don’t go here they’re going to treat you differently than the white people. I approached Hector and told him my concern he was very rude walked away from me told me this is not his problem. So once again if you’re Dominican think twice about going here they’re not gonna treat you like they do the other foreigners.

This was an excellent vacation from start to finish even during Covid, very clean rooms all the staff is very friendly. My concierge person Michael was so pleasant and excellent, we had reservations at all the nice restaurants food was excellent drinks excellent. I have absolutely no complaints. There’s also a free water park that was so much fun. Lazy river and a swim out pool. I miss it already.

If you have a sensitivity to strong odors I highly recommend you avoid booking a ground level swim out room at this resort. The humidity of the environment creates an extremely strong smell of mildew and mold. I actually tried booking a flight home on the first day after I was shown another room and it had the same issue. However, they were able to provide me with a dehumidifier as well as some room spray. The dehumidifier made a huge difference and the room smell was tolerable. I spoke to over 10 other couples that all had the same room issue with their swim outs in different buildings. I have stayed in the Punta Cana before and the smell was not an issue on a previous vacation at another hotel.Also, I do not recommend paying for their romantic beach front dinner. The decorations were not what was shown at the desk. The table was basically one from the ocean side buffet that was drug onto the beach with cheap dollar tree decorations. All of the batteries were death on the flameless led candles. It was a huge let down from the display table in the front atrium.On the positive side, the resort is very well maintained. You constantly see cleaning and disinfecting in the pool areas. The grounds and amenities are amazing. Rio is the best restaurant they have at the resort! I can't say enough about how great their customer service representatives are at this resort. I didn't encounter a single person that wasn't delighted to help me in some way. You can tell every staff member takes pride in being part of the Royalton brand. The drinks were delicious and the food as great! Everything you would expect from an award winning resort.I will personality not return because of the smell but I will have no problem trying another Royalton resort in the future.

The hotel itself is very luxurious, rooms are spacious. In February-March 2021, when we had vacation, was very very very windy. The area of the hotel is bigger compared to near hotels. A lot of walking spaces. Perfect for vacation with little kids. There is kids pool, splash slide pool, lazy river. The party, theater, music is all in the lobby, which is farther from the rooms itself, so pretty quiet even during the evening night party times. The only down side is the service people, but it's possibly due to CoVid19 not so many are working. The hotel is barely 30% full. Also, every morning, you need to make a reservation for the dinner restaurants that will be open that day. You can't make reservations for the next day or two.

Chegamos ontem e já nos apaixonamos pelo Royalton Bavaro. Muitas frutas, bebidas, peixes, carnes ... para todos os gostos! Ontem visitamos um restaurante japonês, que nos surpreendeu com um lindo show pessoal e comida deliciosa. Obrigado a Robert (apelido Deniro 😋) pelo ótimo humor. Hoje pedi no RoomService para substituir o refrigerante doce (Cola & Sprite) por água pura, já que não usamos açúcar e cafeína. Vamos ver como nossa solicitação é atendida e deixar comentários. E agora vamos à praia para tomar sol e nadar no oceano. UPD: RoomService atendeu a todas as minhas solicitações. A embalagem de água estava na sala para o nosso retorno. Parte na geladeira e parte na mesa. Não bebemos água fria, então pedimos para não refrigerar tudo. ⚡️ Preocupações com os adaptadores europeu-americanos. Os quartos têm pelo menos dois Outlets europeus. Há também um grande número de conectores USB para carregar gadgets. Separadamente, fiquei satisfeito com o cofre com um soquete europeu integrado e duas portas USB para carregar telefones e bancos de energia.

Excelente hotel, muy cómoda las habitaciones y el trato de todo el personal fue de primera, especialmente el del Sr. Francisco, que atiende el bar del lobby. En relación a las medidas tomadas por el Covid-19 les digo que son extremas, dónde quiera existen estaciones de sanitizer y todos los empleados mantienen puesto sus cubrebocas a tiempo completo.

El lugar es muy bonito. El acceso a playa es privilegiado, no habia algas. La atención de la mayoría de las personas fue buena sin embargo hay cosas en las que deberian mejorar. A nuestra salida el bellboy nunca apareció, no hubo disculpa en la recepción.La comida puede mejorar, en panaderia, disponibilidad de fruta en buffet y frescura de sushi en Zen. No repetiria la estadía allí

Place is great, staff is helpful overall. The front desk doesn't answer the phone from your room or if you call the online 800 numbers. Beach is nice. There are a few vendors on the beach that haggle you to buy stuff, but I have seen far worse at other resorts.

This resort was beautiful, clean, and very professional. I travelled with my family and we all had a blast. The lobby was so spacious, the rooms were very clean, and lots of options for food. The food was amazing; they also have this coffee shop that makes the perfect spot for snacks and drinks. The beach was so clean; the only problem was the vicious waves that made it hard to swim in.
Overall this hotel was perfect and I highly recommend it when visiting the Dominican.

Overall a terrific Hotel with great pools staff and rooms. Everything was super clean and ready for guests. We had a terrific time and are really enjoying the hotel. The food at Oceanside was fantastic as well as Hunter and Zen and Rio. The experience at Zen is worth your evening and the chef's go out of their way for a stellar experience of you get an early seating. Cons, we hated having to book our restaurants each night and stand in line with other people every morning to ensure we would get to eat that night. As this is vacation this really takes away from the experience. What if we want to sleep in? When we went on excursions we had no choice but to go to the fast food restaurant because even going to front desk won't get you reservations. If you leave early or return late you are out of luck for food. We also didn't like that there are two options for lunch. You can have burgers and hotdogs by the beach or you can get out of your bathing suit and go into the buffet. There are other food options but they are closed during the pandemic. We got very tired of burgers. I think this hotel would be very good to add a couple more options for those who don't want to go inside to eat. The pizza or smoothies would be terrific. Also, although there are fridges in the rooms with complimentary drinks in two weeks were didn't get ours restocked so don't expect that.

Tem atividades entretenimento durante todo os dias com programação variada.Mas uma dica importante para você que vai para esse Resort,todos os funcionários das recepções, lhe abordarão com muita atenção e sempre perguntando: "- Quando chegou?" e"-Estão gostando?" ... meu amigo,quando isso acontecer se faça de desentendido,como se não entendesse nenhuma palavra em espanhol ou em inglês. Responda em Árabe,mesmo sem saber o que estiver o que estiver balbuciando,rsrsrs!É serio estes funcionários são treinados e recebem comissão, para vender aqueles programas de fidelidade do hotel ... aqueles que os americanos adoram!
