“The photos of the hotel does not do the hotel justice. It is a little piece of paradise in Puebla. The staff was incredible and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The food at both restaurants was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, but the staff exceeded all expectations. They were excellent.”
