Does not deliver to its full potential. We were in the king suite on the first floor. The jacuzzi in the room did not work. The ceiling light in the room has residual glow in the dark which is annoying if you like dark room to sleep. The noice insulation is quite poor and hallway and street noise easily transmitted in the room. The breakfast stops at 9 am so forget about sleeping late.

Great rooms with comfy beds. We a small balcony with views on the park. One thing that stands out is the shower pressure, it is amazing! Staff is friendly and helpful. Location wise it is nice and quiet and a 10-15 minute walk away from the city centre.

In two words; quaint and whimsical. This place is a gem in the middle of Arequipa. The best part of this experience was easily the hospitality. It is clear this stems from the owner, Jean Louis, however it is reflected in each of his staff members. They treated us so kindly the whole time, helping us make plans in a PINCH and offering us flexibility when we needed it. Fantastic and cannot recommend enough!

Muito bom hotel. Fomos muito bem recebidos (em francês). Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos. O jardim bem cuidado permite observar beija-flores. Piscina aquecida. A comida é boa e o café-da-manhã perfeito.

Um lugar muito aconchegante, tranquilo, muito bom atendimento, um café da manhã bem variado, tudo muito bom. Ambientes limpos e um lindo jardim, eu definitivamente voltaria. Minha família gostou da estadia.

Minha estada foi agradável, dormi muito bem, o atendimento é muito bom, o hotel é muito bom por dentro, tem um pátio e ampla vegetação e uma piscina tipo jacuzi quente, o dono é o anfitrião principal muito simpático e atencioso e o melhor de tudo para o meu caso é que aceitam filhos 👦 desde que tenho dois e gosto que se sintam sempre à vontade. Na minha opinião pessoal, ficaria novamente na Boutique Villa Hermosa. Obrigado 🤩

Mi estadía fue placentera, dormí tranquila el servicio es muy bueno, el hotel es muy lindo por dentro cuenta con un patio y vegetación amplia y una piscina tipo jacuzi caliente , el dueño es el anfitrión principal muy amable y atento y lo mejor de todo para mi caso es que aceptan niños 👦ya que tengo dos y me gusta que ellos siempre se sientan cómodos. My wife and I spent 4 nights/5 days at this hotel and we both give it the highest recommendation possible. Clean, comfortable and accommodating, the place is an alternative to big hotel chains. Here, every guest is treated like family by the owner and everyone on the staff. With this level of uncompromising service, value, and proximity to the center of Arequipa its easy to understand why the charming hotel attracts guests from all over the world. And the food is delicious! Jean-Louis, thank you for your kindness and making our first visit to Arequipa so special. Our stay at Villa Elisa Hotel Boutique will always be remembered. Great hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The inner courtyard was beautiful. Our room was great. The location is perfect -- one block from the local park and a ten minute safe walk to the historical square -- lots of fantastic restaurants. If you're there, don't miss taking the tour of the monastery. This hotel deserves it's #1 Trip Advisor rating.

What a paradise. Filled with flowers and birds. Not some corporate bland hotel, a small personal treasure with wonderful decor. Really a small slice of calm heaven.

A true10 out of 10. We had planned to stay two nights at this wonderful boutique hotel and ended up staying four, until they were fully booked. We are a family of 3 people from Colorado that have been traveling 3 months through parts of South America. This was our favorite stay. The pros and cons Pros -Clean. -The rooms and common areas are well appointed with quality classic furniture and beautiful art pieces from around the world. -Oasis like outside courtyard complete with flowers and hummingbirds -The wonderful breakfast buffet, the best we had in Peru, complete with the fruits of the region and European tasting breads and jams. -The host, Jean-Luis and his wife, checking on all the details daily and becoming acquainted with every quest. His travels and experiences in many countries shine through to his care and details of his boutique hotel. -Great location with a short ten to fifteen minute walk to the restaurants and shops of central Arequipa. Two minutes to the local park. Cons -Construction noise during the day for the new residence of the hosts. It will be a temporary issue and was the only annoyance we encountered.

So nice! Here on honeymoon - so glad my husband found this place. Everything is spotless, TONS of care into every little detail, staff is genuine and eager to help. Modern amenities. Balcony on room, nice courtyard (shown in pic), breakfast was a simple and great buffet of all the good stuff (soft bread, good butter, cheese, eggs made to order, carefully-chosen avocado slices, jams, olives — ample hot coffee too). This was ~$80 USD per night and being from California this is some of the best 80 bucks we’ve spent in a long time. Very nice and romantic place!
