Eu sou brasileira, morando em New Jersey. Gostaria de deixar registrado aqui a minha alegria e satisfação com este Magnifico Hotel IberoStar em Cozumel-Mexico. Viemos, eu e meu esposo passar meu aniversário aqui e como estamos satisfeitos, tudo e todos estão de parabns... recepção, empregados dohitel, comida, a limpeza e conforto dos bangalos, os shows que apresentam todas as noutes... beleza, suntuosidade... que MARAVILHA!!!!! Parabéns IberoStar Cozumel!!!! Até um Chef brasileiro chamado Claudio há por aqui, fazendo da Gastronomia IberoStar Cozumel um espetáculo à parte!!!!! El hotel es precioso si te gusta el ambiente selvático,Te encontrarás todo tipo de animales por las instalaciones!! La atencion siempre ha sido muy buena por parte de todos los trabajadores y sobretodo la animación son un gran equipo que te hacen pasar buenos días.El buffet está correctisimo tb!!! Super recomendable hacer submarinismo que se coge en el mismo hotel, fue ESPECTACULAR

Acho que alguns funcionários braseiros se encaixariam muito bem no ResortVanessa e eu amamos todos vocês que como uma família nos serviram um serviço imensurável Muito obrigado a todos

Estrutura ótima,quartos confortáveis,ambiente para relaxar,muitos animais,praia ótima.Onque deixou a desejar foi que a carta de vinho não tem os vinhos que tem nela,ela é fale,pedimos um vinho e veio a moça que cuidava dessa parte e disse que não tinha,que aquela carta estava em mudança que só tinha o vinho da casa.Depois apareceu um gerente muito grosseiro e antipático chamado Luis e disse que tinha sim,nós pedimos para experimentar entao ele voltou atrás e disse que não tinha,foi grosseiro,arrogante no atendimento a nós e disse "suba a reclamação,não dá nada".Acho que com a estrutura que tem a rede Iberostar não poderia ter esse tipo de falha muito menos um gerente com tamanho despreparo.

Quartos bem confortáveis, com banheiro grande e chuveiro e ducha de qualidade. A estrutura geral do hotel é boa, estilo hotel fazenda, com flamingos e iguanas no pátio do hotel. Poucos restaurantese o que maisme deixou decepcionado com o hotel foi a baixa qualidade no atendimento. Tivemos umepisódio desagradável no restaurante nodia 15/09 quando solicitamos a carta de vinhos ALL Inclusive.. A somelier disse que não tinha os vinhos relacionados na carta, só tinha um tinto e um branco.Chamou o seu gerente ou que se intitulava o gerente, chamado Luis que disse que tinha todos os vinhos que estavam relacionados na carta. Pedimos um e em seguida ele já desmentiu, foi extremamente grosseiro e disse que a carta estava desatualizada e que podia subir o assunto a seus superiores se não estivéssemos satisfeitos.Me senti lesado em ver vários vinhos na carta e na prática tinha um que não sabíamos a real peocesencia. Total despreparo, sendo que um gerente deve ser um mediador de conflitos com foco total na retenção dos clientes. Não tive uma boa experiência, por isso não indico este hotel a amigos e familiares.

The accommodations are top notch/fabulous! The reason why you go to Cozumel. The lunch at the steakhouse and breakfast at the main dining room are both top notch. However, the food at the main dining area in the evening leaves a lot to be excellent. In my humble opinion, Iberostar should forget the international flavor and stick with good seafood/ Mexican flare. Those dishes, when available, are absolutely fabulous. We will always stay because of the lodging but May choose to eat elsewhere in the evening.

Thank you Iberostar Cozumel! My group of families came to stay initially at another resort, but the experience was so terrible I looked for a better option to save our vacation. Iberostar, and Isabelle at the front desk, came to the rescue. They had availability and as soon as we arrived we realized we made the right choice. From the lobby you are greeted by beautiful sights and friendly staff. The food was great (even though restaurant options were limited in the off-season - still got to check out 4 different restaurants). Drinks are light (like all all-inclusives) but very tasty. Rooms were nice, and the "jungle hut" vibe is unique. The kid pools were wonderful and safe. The entertainment team were energetic and extremely talented. Lastly the staff were always attentive, and always wore masks. We had a great time, and left with many fond memories. We'll be back for more!

I can't say enough good about this place...but I'll try. We visited in Oct 2021. Cleanliness was 10/10. Daily maid service kept your room really nice and they stocked your in room fridge with water, sodas and beer. The food was 10/10. You'd have to stay a few weeks to sample all of the different foods they offer at the buffets. There's also 3 restaurants you can order off of menus. Everything tasted great. The grounds were 10/10. This resort has a "jungle" look to it. There are unusual birds and other animals to see. It's not like a "hotel" style resort that is all cement. Family friendly. It was mostly adults but there were a few families there with kids. Never a problem at all. Nights were very quite unless you went to the stage for night life. The beach was beautiful with lots of umbrellas and shade trees. You could also snorkel off the pier for free. We went mainly for diving and Dressel, which is on the grounds, is a great dive shop. Everyone was very friendly, the reefs and sea life were incredible. The guides were very polite and nice. My only complaint is that every morning at 7:30am they spray for bugs with a fog machine and it stinks for about 15 minutes until the fog settles. Staying in your room you don't notice it, but if you go outside it smells like insecticide. Anything that is sold there is negotiable. We even got a 25% discount of the scooter we rented just by asking. If I go back to Cozumel, this is without a doubt where I will stay. Don't forget to explore the island. It's safe and easy to do.

Todo ha estado excelente! Las habitaciones súper lindas, la atención de todo el personal increíble, la comida deliciosa! El único punto negativo, es que solo abren un restaurante a la carta por noche y es muy complicado alcanzar una reservación. Fuera de eso, todo lo demás perfecto.

A economical stay at an all-inclusive in Cozumel, with great diving right on your door step. Rooms are clean and spacious, fast wifi, and helpful staff. Good variety at the buffet for all meals, with good snacks at the pool.We have been very pleased, and hope to come back soon

One of the best resorts I've ever stayed at in cozumel. The food is better than something you'd get at 5 star restaurant. They have activities and entertainment almost everyday. They got a big private beach. The scuba diving is one of the best on the island. Dive masters are all very knowledgeable. Hector taught my 2 friends that didn't have a license how to scuba, then we went to the ocean. They both enjoyed their first time. Lucas, Rodrigo, and the unicorn French lady are also very good. Sunset and the night stars is another amazing thing about this place.

This resort has offered me an excellent opportunity to meet some beautiful people, enjoy fantastic food, maintain a beautiful view, and sleep in a clean room every night. Iberostar should indeed provide Alejandra with a raise. She is an absolute asset to this resort. She is such a joyous, patient, talented and loving person. She brings an entirely new light to the entire community! That being said, every single staff member goes above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of, and they genuinely make you feel welcomed. They have also been making some significant changes to become more environmentally friendly as well. While there have been some disadvantages to this (broken water refill stations), they marked clearly where to go in the meantime to ensure you’re taken care of despite the complications. My only complaint about this entire establishment is how catered to the white gaze it is. While I understand the desire to cater to your audience, it would have been a true joy to see some of the more authentic aspects of the local culture invited into the resort.

Excelente lugar, ideal para descansar. La playa es hermosa pero tiene piedras, se soluciona llevando zapatillas para el agua y podes estar súper tranquilo. El personal súper amable. Las habitaciones muy confortables.Sin duda es el mejor hotel de Cozumel.

stayed at this place and it was amazing better resort then beaches and sandals amazing staff three pools best food, try the lionfish patty's there amazing and the tacos better then at home in the us. The staff were kind and helpful with everything rain was here and there but did not stop me from enjoying the beach. Drinks hit the spot and the entertainment was great thanks for the great trip . even survived hurricane grace at the resort with no issues .

Great resort and friendly employees!!!The dive shop is amazing.Eva and Miguel are amazing dive instructors and you will not find a better place to dive. Luis at the concierge desk is the best!He went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of out stay from making dinner reservations, scheduling our Covid test and introducing us to the Iberostar Club.We had a large group and getting everything coordinated was not an easy task and he did it with ease and a smile on his face.

Disappointed... we stayed here 4 years ago and loved it.We decided to return in celebration of our wedding anniversary.Unfortunately, this experience is lacking.We chose to upgrade to an ocean view room. 1). Room has a musty odor upon entrance. 2) Shower has mold in corners.Room is clean otherwise, but some bleach cleaner would go a long way in bathroom. 3) Mattress is thin, creaky, and uncomfortable.Hence I am up during the night writing this review.One cannot even turn over without waking the other due to the noise. 4) They do not provide bottled water under the guise of conservation.Rather, you have to take a bottle to a fill station to get water.The fill stations were not open on our arrival, and we were told to walk to the restaurant to fill them.I am concerned drinking water that is not bottled and purified. 5) We are staying 5 nights, however we are only allowed to make reservations at their “nicer” restaurants two nights.Again disappointed, especially since we purchased the upgraded room.I expected better. 6) Drinks from the beach bar today at least were flavorless.I am used to little alcohol at an all inclusive, but Daiquiris had no fruitiness either. 7) Last visit, we enjoyed walking on the pier and watching the fish.There are two sets of steps into the water, however one set has a broken step so it is closed off.The other seems to have missing steps.There is about a 4 foot drop from last step to ocean floor making it impossible to get out.Again, disappointed that simple maintenance to repair steps hasn’t been done.My suggestion is to use another resort.Iberostar did not live up to their rating, nor to the standard they set on our previous visit.Update: Iberostar responded to the water bottle issue... did not address the broken pier steps, mold in shower or uncomfortable mattress...

Visita realizada em novembro de 2020. Resort a beira-mar com opções variadas de alimentação e bebidas. Os quartos são espaçosos, a piscina é otima. Possui um grupo de entretenimento, o Star Friends, que realiza atividades durante o dia e shows após o jantar. Destaque para os recreadores Ângelo, CezarAriane e Ismael que foram bastante simpáticos e receptivos.
