Hotel funcional. Cerca de aeropuerto y bien comunicado con el centro en bus. Camas cómodas y habitaciones espaciosas y tranquilas. Todo limpio.Tiene piscina y gimnasio.

I’ve not stayed here for about a year but customer service has taken a nosedive. Air conditioning/heating in room broken, and no hot water. I spoke to reception who sorted out a portable heater but the hot water was not sorted so cold showers only. When asked at check out how my stay was I mentioned this only to be told the hotel is under renovation, would i like a paper copy of my bill? - No apology, good will gesture or note made to fix issue for future guests. I have cancelled my December booking and will book elsewhere.

Overall good, rooms were clean and comfortable however the hotel is due a refresh as looking tired in parts, I presume this will happen as part of the Delta rebranding. Good location with a short walk to either the tram or train to get into the city centre, being on the ring road means it’s easy to get to in the car too with plenty of parking. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was of a good standard with the usual selection.

El personal muy atento y las habitaciones muy buenas

Me cobraron desayunos de más y no me atienden la reclamación. No me dieron la factura en el momento del check out porque me dijeron que estaban muy ocupados y cuando vi el cargo en el banco no me cuadraba, les pedí la factura, me la enviaron enseguida, eso sí, y reclamé porque me habían cobrado el desayuno de un día que no lo hicimos y el de otro día me cobraron el de mi habitación y el de mis amigos, cuando a ellos también les cobraron el suyo en su factura. No me han contestado la reclamación todavía y esto fue en agosto.

Absolutely not worth the price.1. Bed was smaller than advertised. If you're going to advertise a king sized bed, make sure it's a king sized bed, not a double or queen at best.2. Food and service at the restaurant were appalling. The guy who took our order ignored basic requests, we were never even offered condiments or a second drink. Staff were a complete ghost. Also, a mandatory 12.5% gratuity added to the bill? Ridiculous.3. Wifi was so slow that tethering a phone was faster.4. Extra charges for parking? Give me a break, you already charge too much for the room - take the parking fee out of that.5. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable.Seriously, shop around and book somewhere else. Pretty much any other hotel near the airport will be a better deal.

Room was old and dated - It was clean but because everything was so old it looked grubby! The breakfast was poor, the little amount that was available tasted as if it had been microwaved - the sausages however where raw! They attempted to serve me the sausages I had sent back! - zero for the kitchen!! The rest of the staff where polite and accommodating although there was not enough staff - 4* somebody needs there head looked at! It’s overpriced, under managed and falling to bits - it should be €10 per night with free breakfast - breakfast you would not feed to a stray animal!!

The good stuff: Nice reception area. Lovely receptionist who’s professional and friendly with efficient checkin. No name badge so no idea who she was. Good food in their restaurant. Steak had a grill taste to it which is hard to find. Friendly bar staff. Spacious rooms. Nice super white bedding. Great pillows. Negative bits Phones just ring at night. I needed help and called reception, guest services and housekeeping but their phones just rang with no answer. Bathroom needs refurbishment. Corridors need maintenance. TV hard to work out. Can’t see instructions of hot and cold taps in bathroom.

Hotel com muitas conveniências, porém é um pouco distante do centro histórico

Hotel muy bien, tan solo que la ubicación no es buena ya que está lejos del centro de la ciudad, si pides un Uber y vas al centro son unos 30 minutos y unas 30 libras.

Spent almost 2 weeks.Food was great in both restaurants and always fresh.Rooms were comfortable, with a fan, and clean.Employees were exceptional with the exception of two, both women in mgmt positions.Noise level was pretty high in both rooms we stayed in up until 11 pm and again at 6 am.Very convenient location but absolutely no assistance with luggage for two women was a setback.Not really sure we'd stay there again but would recommend to others.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate occasions during our trip to Scotland. On the first stay it was lovely! We had wonderful service and the room was well stocked. Only gripe there was that the iron seemed to have some sticky residue on it? But whatever. The second stay was during the fringe, so I understand they were quite a bit busier. However, the staff seemed stretched quite thin. Our room wasn't set up very well, and whenever we tried to contact housekeeping they wouldn't answer. Also, the restaurant staff was quite rude during this stay, though they were perfectly cordial the previous week. Overall, I think they just need to be more prepared and staffed better for the busier parts of the season.

Stayed here for a while as we were working in the area, the location was obviously out of the way of any places to eat, with not much else nearby. But it served our needs well, the place is very large and a bit ominous from the outside. Breakfast was always pretty good and although it could do with another coffee machine, was great with a very good selection of various choices. On level 1 by the lift there was an ice machine which was a very welcome addition. Overall a very good stay.

Whew. These are some dated, broken down rooms. The hotel looks to be on life support until a thorough remodeling, so rooms are scratched and stained with minimum amenities (not even air conditioning). Not what I was expecting given the prices. Good location for travelers - right by airport, with buses trains and trams all an easy walk. Super friendly staff, surprisingly good food and drinks.

Horrível 😕 limpeza horrível, torneira do banho quebrado, demoraram um dia para trocar nosso quarto e agora mandam email cobrando duplamente o pessimo atendimento, ainda bem que temos nossa nota fiscal

Very close to the airport, about a 10 minute and 11 quid taxi ride to or from. The service is barely passable, most of the staff and restaurant staff seem to not understand what the processes are for nearly everything that would normally be their job. All were helpful, but most seemed to need more training. The rooms were clean, the main lobby is very dated with notably worn seating and tables.

Limpo, cuidado, otimo pequeno almoço!

Hotel con parquing, restaurante, bar, wifi gratis, spa, gimnasio, piscina, television inteligente. El servicio es muy amigable y agradable. La localizacion esta un poco lejos del centro, lo bueno es que esta a 20 minutos con un autobus justo delante del hotel, que cuesta 1,70 por persona. La habitacion del hotel no era muy grande, y el mayor problema es el sofa cama, este es muy incomodo, tiene unas muellas muy duras que se notan al dormir y cuesta encontrar una buena posicion para dormir... A parte, cuando el sofa cama esta abierto es muy dificil de llegar hasta la ventana, ya que llega hasta la mesa y hay muy poco espacio para pasar. Y el internet del hotel falla algunas veces, sobretodo al conectarte por la tele si quieres ver youtube o algo por el estilo. La comida del restaurante no esta nada mal, eso si, es poco economica.

Near the Airport. Parking included. No functionally air condition. No hairdryer. Everything in the hotel was outworn. Expensive breakfast. Disappointing for the money. Not again!

Good location with city bus to airport (no hotel shuttle) very nice, clean room friendly helpful staff A subdued thumping noise 24 hours a day --- did not interfere with my sleep

2 night leisure stay. Having arrived at 6sh, went straight for something to eat. Friday night - no burgers, no lager (told by other guest, they had run out of gas). Waitress was clueless. Not a big...

Avoid at all costs!! This is not a 4 star Marriott. The place is like a one star hostel. Firstly check in process was a sham, three hours to find our booking as their system wasn’t working...
