So for my wife and I this place was great! Our room was clean and very modern compared to other hotels. It was a very basic room but proved everything we needed. We love the fact that there were so many outlets and USB plug ins everywhere. The staff were nice however I did the entire check and check out process via the Hilton Honors app so my interaction with staff was very minimal but everyone was very nice and pleasant. The free breakfast was great and the facility itself was very impressive. The lobby has a decent bar with a pool table as well. It was only 15-20 mins outside of the city give or take with traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Very modern and clean hotel. Comfortable beds and room temperature. (I'm usually up and down all night adjust the temp in the room, but not here!) Plenty of breakfast choices. Best fitness room ever! (Be sure to check it out!) 3 working elevators made coming and going quick. I will definitely look for Tru hotels for future travels!

We had an end of business day flight and booked at the Tru Hilton. Fast shuttle service, bar stayed open a little later and the bartender gave me a nice strong pour. There’s a nice common area down in the lobby that is homey/social area. Lots of tables so you don’t need to eat in your room and there’s even a pool table! Also a great place to take Zoom calls or other virtual meetings. The Hampton is connected and they hosted breakfast; cereal, eggs, turkey sausage, home fries, fresh pancakes and waffles, fruit, juice, coffee. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels - such a good price for location and service. The staff are diverse, and each one of them are SO kind and welcoming. I really enjoy having the two hotels connected with the lobby areas as functional social/working areas.

Pros: 1.Nice customer service. 2.Great gym. 3.Very clean and neat rooms. Finally a hotel restroom extractor that works👏👏. 4. Parking lot protected from main road good visibility to check your car at night. 5. Nice and clean surroundings. Cons: 1. The breakfast, very basic, taking into account that there are two hotels merged. 2. The air console in the room is set just in front where the desk is making it hard to focus with the air hitting your left side. 3. The desk table is small for office work.

So many reasons to book this hotel! The staff was polite, helpful and overall lovely. The airport shuttle was free and convenient, not even 10 minutes away! The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Location was safe and quiet. The breakfast was filling. Many options! Staff helped with local suggestions on where to go and what to eat. Very modern and friendly place to stay!

Staff was so great and accommodating! Our flight was unexpectedly delayed a day so we made last minute reservations here - so happy we selected this place. The staff were very welcoming and dealt with difficult customers (there were some frustrated people) well, even when the customers weren't always polite to them. They even watched our baggage for a bit when we had to go and return our rental car. Shuttle is easy enough - we just gave them a quick call and the shuttle was there in under 10 minutes.

The hotel is new which of course has its perks it's very clean the staff is very nice and helpful. The bathroom is very bright which I love and I LOVE the soaps and lotion dispensers that was very cute. The desk is not connected so I could move it around which I loved so I could do work not looking at the wall. The breakfast is not that continental stuff it's a real hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles. The breakfast staff is very helpful and accommodating just ask and they were on it. Check in and out was super easy. The floor is not carpeted which I also love because we all know hotels never shampoo those carpets. The only things I didn't love was 1 not being able to connect/cast my phone so I could watch my shows. I hated not having a microwave in my room. Ugh that's a drag to have to go to the lobby they should at least put one but the ice machines so they would have one on every floor. Oh and the cute frame is too big for the bed so sometimes the bed moved and that was annoying. If that's the look they are going for then they definitely need to make it so the bed doesn't move.

If I had the option of selecting no stars I would, This was by far the absolute worse hotel I've stayed in especially for that of the Hilton's I've been in. First I'll start off with the reservation process to the check in. I called in from the airport and was given information in regards to the room and pricing. Was not directed to give CC info over the phone however from the time I made the reservation to the time I was checking in the price was significantly higher. When I questioned it I was told the price is what the price is and I didn't have a choice and of course by this point I had already taken a shuttle to this location. hesitant I decided to stay anyway. The sheets had stains around the bottom, the room had not been properly cleaned which would leave anyone to believe it wasn't sanitized and the soap dispenser was empty. These items were noticed within the first few minutes of getting the room and trying to get settled in....The associate in the morning is what led me to write this review to warn others to not bother going here. She wouldn't give me her name however there were only two woman working that morning and she was the bigger of the 2 with curly hair.So around 3 am I go down stairs to purchase water. I asked her What kind she had and very rude and disrespectfully she replied " Were all out, what you see is what you get...If you want water you can get some from the faucet in your room" Is what was said to me. I ended up getting a sprite and where i tried to pay with my card yet again her response was short and extremely rude. She appeared to have "friends" in the lobby who appear to be drinking so it honestly came across that she was trying to be intimidating, maybe I was treated that way because of my skin color I don't know. But I do know others that I saw her interact with the tone and attitude, overall character was beyond different and Friendly. Later that morning My wife and I got up and went down stairs where we were going to wait for the shuttle to take us back to the airport. I went over to the breakfast area to get orange juice and maybe a quick bite to eat because I was told breakfast was included, That was inaccurate as I was told by the same disrespectful staff member We don't allow anyone to get breakfast until 6:30 yet allowed others to get things as they were passing by. The last thing that took place with this same individual is she try to tell me the shuttle was too crowded and I needed to call an "uber" ...yet We had a reservation with our room number to take us back., All in all it seams like this was a personal attack on us and clearly to myself whether or not it was due to my skin color or gender there was clearly something that allowed her to find it acceptable to disrespect me. Again this was by far the worse hotel , and Hilton experience I have ever came across. PLEASE do not waste your time or money going to this place and find somewhere close nearby that would treat their customers much differently than the way this one treated me...

Great place to stay the double bedrooms had plenty of space the bathrooms were clean loved walk-in showers and you don't even have to worry about bringing your shampoo conditioner body wash because they have the little containers inside the shower where you just squeeze what you need and as an added bonus you can have breakfast there bacon or sausage eggs and waffle iron where you can make you a waffle but bring your own drink the juice machine the stuff that came out of there was like water oh and one more thing they don't tell you not to put your door pass near your phone I found that out the hard way when I tried to get in my room and my door past wouldn't unlock the door had to go downstairs and get it reactivated other than that I had a great stay and we'll stay there in the future when I go back

De longe, meu hotel favorito! Pessoal foi agradável, muito limpo, transporte para o aeroporto operacional, perto do aeroporto. O xampu, a loção, o sabonete, etc. cheiravam maravilhosamente bem! Todo o hotel cheirava bem. Café e chá no lobby em todas as horas. Muito espaço no lobby. A academia foi ótima! A cama ... ah, a cama! A cama de hotel mais confortável em que já dormi!

Loved it! Modern, clean, comfortable. Loved the quiet location. Food and stores just down the road. Will be my new staycation spot. Love how close it is to the airport. Love how clean they are and the many precautions they take to help keep guests safe. The room was cleaned and sealed so that I knew no one else had been in it since it was cleaned. Sanitizing wipes available all around.

By FAR, my favorite hotel! Staff was pleasant, VERY CLEAN, operating airport shuttle, close to airport. The shampoo, lotion, soap, etc smelled wonderful! Whole hotel smelled beautiful. Coffee and tea in lobby at all hours. Lots of lobby space. Gym was great! The bed....oh the bed! Most comfortable hotel bed I've EVER slept in!

Good deal. Everything seems so new, and it certainly is very clean except for the general microwavein the lobby. The front desk staff are super friendly and will go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The room furniture and decor is basic without looking cheap. Thanks to Covid-19,the breakfast has been reduced to a prepackaged white bag. I would definitely stay here again.
