“The reservation was an easy process. I wish they had asked if I wanted an upgrade or if we'd be willing to pay a little more to not have the rooms that are very close to the freeway. The constant noise of it was a bummer. The check-in (around 23:00) was minimally efficient and again- I would have paid more if asked and informed about the room and the freeway. After checking in, I went to get a drink at the lobby bar. The bartender said he had made last call, took my order anyway- and didn't ring in the order on his cash register, brought my change, tipped himself- in the strangest exchange I've Ever Experienced with a server. The building is old so the construction standards are a little dated. Many people stay there (us included) for it's proximity to Disneyland. Given these two factors; When the guests staying in the room above ours were rehearsing their rendition of the Hippo Balet from Fantasia- we could hear and feel every move they made. It was a Noisy Experience. The daytime front desk staff were better and the valet guys were good - but there was no bell desk service to help with luggage; or at least it wasn't offered (I prefer to tip someone and have them bring up the travel bags). The Rooms were Very Clean, and that's why we give it more than a one-star rating.”

“La reserva fue un proceso fácil. Ojalá me hubieran preguntado si quería una mejora o si estaríamos dispuestos a pagar un poco más para no tener las habitaciones que están muy cerca de la autopista. El ruido constante era un fastidio. El check-in (alrededor de las 23:00) fue mínimamente eficiente y nuevamente, habría pagado más si me hubieran preguntado e informado sobre la habitación y la autopista. Después de registrarme, fui a tomar una copa al bar del vestíbulo. El cantinero dijo que había hecho la última llamada, tomó mi pedido de todos modos, y no marcó el pedido en su caja registradora, trajo mi cambio, se dio una propina a sí mismo, en el intercambio más extraño que he experimentado con un servidor. El edificio es antiguo, por lo que los estándares de construcción están un poco anticuados. Mucha gente se queda allí (incluidos nosotros) por su proximidad a Disneyland. Dados estos dos factores; Cuando los invitados que se alojaban en la habitación de arriba ensayaban su interpretación del Hippo Balet de Fantasia, podíamos escuchar y sentir cada movimiento que hacían. Fue una experiencia ruidosa.
