“We had the most amazing time on our trip. The food was incredible (be sure to visit Humberto at the Fish House for The Level breakfast, he was polite and incredibly attentive) and have drinks with Filippe at the bar by the beach, as he will take the best care of you and make sure you're having a good time. He took the best care of us, we can't wait to come back and visit him. Christian served us for dinner in the evenings and was just the sweetest. Our view from The Level Royal Suite was literally to die for. Toiletries are provided, so no need to pack shower gel, shampoo, or toothpaste. The customer service was excellent and everyone remembered our names. All in all, it was an amazing trip and we're already planning to return.”

“Wow!!! The best all inclusive I've been too! Loved everything about the Melia Cozumel... but most importantly the amazing staff. Shout outs to Hector at baggage, Francesca our house keeper and Lucia our wonderful waitress from the Mediterranean restaurant. Also the resort manager Edwin looked after our every need. Thank you All🙂 The resort itself is not too big.. everything can be reached in a short walk. The beach has many lounge chairs and plenty of shaded areas for those who don't like all the sun. The rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. We stayed in the tower which had a magnificent view of most of the resort and the ocean. Easy access to town for a 8$ cab ride.”
