easy to access property, great location for business or personal, quiet rooms, but not a damned feather pillow anywhere. usually minus 1 for that, but the breakfast begins at 6am.

Usually I enjoy staying at Hilton’s. It’s a little more pricey then other hotels but I m ok with that because I know what kind of experience I will get. With that said, my last stay at the Hilton in Carson city Nevada, was not up to standard. It started with the hotel Switching my room from a two queen room to a one king room. I order the queen beds because the people in my group have back injuries and sleeping on a pull out bed or roll away hurts. If I had known that I was not getting the queen beds I would have gone to a different hotel. Next, The person at the front desk had a dismissive attitude. Did not help at all, told us that even thought I prepaid for my room and booked early, there was nothing to be done and I had to deal with it. That even though I prepaid for a 2 queen room, they were under no obligation to provide me with that, they only had to provide me with a room. The second part is that when I went to the hotel and was trying to get everything situated it was clear things had not been cleaned very well. When I opened the pull out bed, someone’s used orange ear protection fell out and one of the blankets had a huge black stain on it. When I went to ask for new blankets, I was told to wait for 10 minutes only to be told they are all out of blankets. 30 minutes later they found 1 extra blanket. This went to my son who opted to sleep on the floor as it was more comfortable than the pull out. The next morning, the hot breakfast ran out early and they were unable to restock half of it. the second morning the hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy) was cold. When asked to talk about this to someone I was told no one is available.

One of the best hotels I stayed in awhile. Very clean overall, safe and quiet. They also have free continental breakfast every morning!

We paid $130 for this hotel for the purpose of the indoor hot tub and pool. We arrived not only to the attitude of the lady at the front desk. But upon check in she only tells us about the fitness center. I said well wait we booked the hotel because online it says hot tub and pool. She's like oh yeah well that's closed because there's "maintenance on it". I said well we booked this specific hotel for this and I called ahead of time to make sure y'all had this amenities. She didn't have a care in the world and wouldn't even tell me if or when it would be open..I was angry!! I would have booked else where. I booked this hotel ONLY for this purpose because I have a bad back and needed to relax in the hot tub. I could have paid less than half the price else where. Let's not get to the ice make broken on our floor so I HAD to go to the first floor for ice. Way to start my 9 year anniversary night. Smh. Oh and the next morning we see the cleaners and notice they don't change all the linens nasty.... The blankets don't get changed

This Hampton Inn was a pleasure for myself and the group I was traveling with to stay over Nevada Day weekend. The hotel is very modern and new. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast is hot and substantial. Most importantly, though, the staff was friendly, kind and responsive to the needs of a large group. We had over 160 people in our group staying in their hotel and they didn’t miss a beat. The hotel is located right as you come into Carson City from Reno and it is quiet and peaceful. Thanks to the staff at Hampton Inn for hosting us!
