Café da manhã muito limitado, além de ser servido em local apertado, chegando a ser incômodo no horário de maior fluxo de hóspedes. Variedade de frutas, queijos e frios muitíssimo pobre. Nesse caso, não vale o investimento maior para ficar num Styles, o Ibis que está próximo tem melhor relação custo benefício.

Espaço agradável. Limpeza impecável e pequeno-almoço variado e em quantidade. Ótimo para famílias ou grupos de amigos. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

Esse Ibis Styles é fantástico. Começa pelo pessoal do atendimento, limpeza, decoração da recepção, bar e área externa. No alto do prédio tem uma pequena piscina com bar (ótimo para os dias quentes). Os quartos são amplos e bastante silenciosos. Está muito próximo à estação de metrô, o que facilita e muito o acesso a toda a cidade. O café da manhã é muito bom.

El hotel está bastante bien. Sorprende que sea un hotel 2 estrellas ya que la apariencia es más de un 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones individuales me sorprendieron mucho, ya que las camas son muy grandes y están bien equipadas. El trato del personal fue muy bueno y profesional. Tienen un desayuno buffet completísimo más que recomendable, incluso mejor que muchos hoteles de más estrellas. Cuando estas lejos de casa por trabajo es muy agradable poder llegar a una habitación, darte una buena ducha y descansar en una buena cama, y no padecer ruidos ni del exterior ni de las habitaciones vecinas. La relación calidad-precio es de 10. Lo recomiendo.

Está bastante bien. La piscina de la azotea es un buen punto, pero a nada que hayan 20 personas se masifica, haciéndose incómodo. Además cierra muy temprano, a las 20h. Las habitaciones son modernas aunque algo pequeñas. Todo estaba limpio. No hay escaleritas, sólo 3 ascensores, por lo que en hora punta es un suplicio para subir y bajar, más ahora con la pandemia. El desayuno merece la pena aunque podría estar mejor: el zumo no es natural y faltaría algo más como huevos, etc. Está algo lejos del centro pero tiene una boca de metro al lado. En general le daría un 8/10.

Buen hotel,muy limpio, con piscina. Ubicación excelente, con estación de metro a la vuelta de la esquina para moverte por Barcelona. El desayuno bastante completo, pero lo mejor la atención del personal sin duda, muy amables y atentos.

Was a nice stay. Close to the beach

Usually I rarely complain but the service and attitude of this place is not what I expect as an ALL Platinum, or as a guest at all. First of all, the room does not have a hairdryer. When asking for the reason at the front desk I was told that they would have to desinfect them after each guest, so they removed them from the rooms completely instead. Really? It's too much work to desinfect a hairdryer? All other hotels I used during my travel through Spain did it! The sanitary bag holder was empty. There was only one apple, one bottle of water and one glass (!) for two people booked. Also, just one towel per person to be used for both showering and all other body/facial hygiene - I'm used to a large bath towel and at least one smaller one per person, also in hotels within this category. When checking in I wasn't offered an upgrade to a higher room category - In fact I wasn't even properly welcomed at all. When I asked for the room upgrade, the clerk didn't really understand my question at first. Being used to getting an upgrade at all my previous stays due to my Platinum status I told her that it's not common that I won't get one with this stay. She said she has no availability but the ALL app clearly showed Standard and Superior Family Rooms available. She then kind of told me that she can't give me those rooms. After asking for her manager, the manager told me that they don't have any other higher room categories available at all. I showed her the availability in the app and asked if she has an explanation. She replied that this is a bug in the app and if I'd booked such a room now she would have to cancel the reservation. Sounds quite dodgy. I assume they just didn't want to give me a family room which would have been great traveling with a friend. I received upgrades to family rooms at ibis hotels in e.g. Kyiv and Budapest without even having to ask for it, so I'm not sure what the issue is. And knowing it's a "bug" I'm not sure why they didn't sort this out earlier - If it is one... Also, when checking in I asked for a late checkout until 4pm which was confirmed, but I was asked to come back to the reception the next morning to validate my hotel keycard until 4pm which is strange already. Usually it's no issue to validate the card immediately. When I showed up the next morning I was told they're fully booked and can't give me a late checkout. Only with some pressure and telling that it was confirmed to me the evening before, I was given 2pm. Rooms are rather small and so is the rooftop pool. Just way too many people and not enough space for chairs and loungers. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The welcome drink we had to get before check-out because in the evening we sat at the outside bar area for 15 minutes but no waiter paid any attention to serve us at all, hence we left. All in all the worst experience in an ibis Styles so far. A lot of room for improvement. No recommendation from my side to stay here...

Las habitaciones bastante pequeñas (el baño el menor tamaño posible) , y el desayuno poca variedad y calidad regular. Buena ubicación pero calidad precio elevado. Supongo que se paga la zona , aunque nos dio la sensación de ser un hotel tipo “mochileros”...

Habitación correcta y limpia. Cena en restaurante bién de precio y correcta en calidad. Grata sorpresa. Entrada muy rápida y senzilla. Saluda aún más

Nice place at value for money in excellent, postindustrial location. Breakfasts bit boring, room shakes when neighbours close the door.

Ha sido una placer alojarnos en este hotel, principalmente porque la atención de todo el personal ha sido magnífica. Su cuidado y cariño han hecho de la experiencia un 10. La piscina del ático una maravilla. Volveré sin duda. Gracias a todos, muy buen trabajo.

This hotel is great. You can walk from here to everything in Central Madrid in 30 mins, has secure underground parking, the rooms aren't huge but they are clean, good quality and modern. Best of all the rooftop pool area is fantastic. Decent pool and lovely views. For a 2 star this top end and definitely as good as 3 or even some 4* places I've been to. Very COVID sensible, not many people at all when I visited either. Would definitely stay here again, the only downside is that it isnt super central but is walkable to both beach and Gaudi Segreda etc.

Lindo, bem localizado e comida muito agradável. Bom para alugar bicicleta e andar por Barcelona.

Vou dar 5 estrelas pelo atendimento. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom, muito próximo a uma estação do metrô, peça no fato de não ter um frigobar, mas é um excelente custo benefício. OBS: Comer no hotel, apesar um cardápio com poucas opções, é mais barato que na rua.

Tivemos problemas com a limpeza do quarto e com o atendimento dos funcionários do turno da noite. Tivemos que trocar de quarto após um dos funcionários tomar a iniciativa para resolver o problema. O espaço para o café da manhã é confuso e a reposição dos alimentos não ocorre de forma satisfatória. Os funcionários também não são simpáticos. O hotel mais se assemelha a um hostel do que um Ibis Style.

Lugar bacana de ficar alguns dias em Barcelona. Bem organizado e funcionários gentis.

Ambiente agradável, ótimo custo x benefício. Atendimento razoável. Alto custo de estacionamento.

Loved our stay here! Friendly helpful staff. Rooms lovely and clean, shower was amazing. The rooftop pool is very small so can be packed, but if you time it right you'll be able to get a seat and enjoy. Close to the metro station and could walk to a lot of places. Breakfast is great too. Would definitely stay here again.

If all the 2 stars hotels were as good as this one the hotel industry would certainly be better! I decided to give 5 stars because considering it as a 2 stars it was an excellent choice. Great service, super helpful front office, breakfast far better than many 3 stars, really a decent breakfast... rooms with no fancy stuff but with all the essentials and perfectly clean. I would say not be guided by the stars, this place is comfortably comparable with a very good 3stars!

They say they are "100% smoke free" but at the pool there's people smoking all the time... specially a french group of people that smoke both tobacco and marijuana... we came with a baby... it's impossible to enjoy... we informed the reception who did nothing about it... we chose this hotel specifically because they were smoke free which they are not. #notrecommended
