“Very beautiful Hotel. The rooms were spacious.Beds very comfortable.Room was cleaned so well and staff very accomdating and professional and also friendly.We had a fantastic time on the roof top bar and pool. There is also a gym.. The restaurant at the facility is 5 star. We will definitely return when in Puebla. We'll recommended. Worth the extra.”

“Breakfast and service was disappointing. Pancakes were excellent, but the Benedict eggs were first wrong, then totally overcooked. Avocado toast was ok. Service was slow and deficient. Overall we expected much more from Rosewood, other branches are much better.”
