“II was traveling here for work and unfortunately had flight delays and did not make it here the first night. I let triple A travel know and the hotel still charged me for 2 nights. Whenever I travel I stay with Marriott and have elevated status with them, I will never stay here again”

“My wife, her parents, and my two young daughters stayed here. In the middle of the night a group of teenagers/young adults tried to break into their room through the main door and the sliding glass door. She called the front desk and the police, police made it there before maintenance and escorted them to the car to get out with their stuff. Front desk refused to book them a new hotel so I had to call around to find them a new one at 1am, overall 0/10 experience would not recommend.”
