“For my first time in Madrid, the stay was a real winner, in a good location close to the shops and public transport. the stay itself was great very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, really a winner here I will definitely come back.”

“We arrived to this hotel late at night. Sign said reception isn’t 24 hours but to call. We called and called, wait and wait. Finally other guests arrive and let us in. We wait in lobby and call the number again. Phone rings. The phone was at a desk the whole time with no one clearly there. Also it’s not very safe that anyone can sneak in those sliding doors right behind guests. We go into booking and they already charged reservation. The didn’t even bother to call us and ask if we were coming. Terrible customer service and kind of a scam if you ask me.”
