Great experience from the start. Services were very nice and attentive. Easy communication and amenities are pretty good: heated pool, rooftop bar, restaurant, fitness, and laundry. Location is at prime, close by the downtown and ski lift.

Excelente lugar para ficar em Aspen. Mesmo ao lado da gôndola também. hospedado em um quarto de beliche queen. Foi perfeito para férias em família. A piscina na cobertura é aquecida e tem apenas 3,5 pés de profundidade. Ótimo para todas as idades e aberto 24/7. Com certeza voltará

La piscina de la azotea está climatizada y tiene solo 3,5 pies de profundidad. Genial para todas las edades y abierto 24/7. Definitivamente regresaré

Excellent place to stay in Aspen. Right next door to the Gondola too. Stayed in a Queen bunk room. Was perfect for a family vacation. The rooftop pool is heated and only 3.5ft deep. Great for all ages and open 24/7. Will most definitely be back

¡Realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía! Fue hace un poco más de un año y justo ahora mirando las fotos estoy recordando lo bien que lo pasamos. ¡Un poco caro, pero lo valdremos! La habitación era increíble y todas las áreas comunes estaban súper limpias. El personal fue educado y alegre.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a bit over a year ago and just now looking at pictures am I remembering what a great time we had. A bit on the pricey side but we’ll worth it!!! The room was amazing and all the common areas were super clean. Staff was polite and cheerful!

There is nothing more romantic than an open plan bathroom. I am surprised the concept hasn’t taken of in more hotels. Hot tub is a vibe. But skip the dessert menu. As with everything book with your Amex to be showered with extras.

Trust me when I say there are better places to spend your money in Aspen. While I’m sure it was a true luxury experience at one point, that is clearly no longer the case. I hope you enjoy warm wine and cold food.

Loved this hotel - the location especially. Rooms are great. Unfortunately my wedding ring was stolen from my room and the hotel did virtually nothing about it. Lock your things in the safe! They will not help you with any aspect of a theft.

O gerente noturno John é além de incompetente, muito desdenhoso e nada do que eu esperava de um atendimento ao cliente em uma propriedade W. Reservei uma estadia de 3 noites, mas percebi que pretendia reservar uma estadia de 4 noites. The night manager John is beyond incompetent, very dismissive, and not at all what I have come to expect from a customer service at a W property.I booked a 3 night stay, but realized that I meant to book a 4 night stay.After booking online, I called 5 minutes later and spoke to him and he said all rooms were booked and I was out of luck.Just cancel the reservation he says.I let him know that per the online terms, it was non-refundable.He says don't worry, I will authorize the cancel.I cancel the room, go online to book a 4 night stay, and what a surprise, the room is available online after he told me on the phone the hotel was full.I booked the new 4 night stay online, but now he is refusing to refund my original 3 night stay.WHAT IS GOING ON

Meu melhor amigo e eu tivemos o melhor mini refúgio lil por uma noite aqui. O quarto standard com cama king-size valeu o preço; quarto com design exclusivo, arte incrível e ótimas comodidades (roupões / vapor / estação de café de alta qualidade / alto-falante blue tooth / chinelos / etc.) Seth se lembrou de tudo o que pedimos, foi tão cortês e folheou os livros no saguão conosco para nos mostrar as melhores partes. Jake era um barman tão divertido e fazia balas de limão e uísque azedo. Mesmo que tudo na cidade estivesse fechado, Liam nos levou para verificar e acabou nos dando um pequeno tour. Foi tudo fantástico! Nós voltaremos! :)

Mi mejor amigo y yo tuvimos la mejor mini escapada para una noche aquí. La habitación estándar de matrimonio valía la pena el precio; habitación de diseño único, arte de la droga y excelentes comodidades (batas / vaporizador / estación de café de alta calidad / altavoz de dientes azules / pantuflas / etc.) Seth recordó todo lo que pedimos, fue muy cortés y hojeó los libros en el vestíbulo con nosotros para mostrarnos las mejores partes. Jake era un barman muy divertido e hizo gotas de limón y whisky sour. My best friend and I had the best lil mini getaway for one night here. The standard king room was well worth the price; uniquely designed room, dope art, and great amenities (robes/steamer/high-quality coffee station/charged blue tooth speaker/slippers/etc.) Seth remembered everything we asked for, was so courteous, and flipped through the books in the lobby with us to show us the best parts. Jake was such a fun bartender and made fire lemon drops & whiskey sours. Even though everything in town was closed, Liam drove us around to double check and ended up giving us a lil tour. Everything was fantastic! We will be back! :)

Eu amei esse hotel! O serviço da equipe de check-in e manobrista foram excelentes, e o vinho na chegada foi um toque adorável. Eles mudaram nosso quarto, embora tenhamos reservado e chegado em um prazo extremamente curto, e o acesso 24 horas à piscina / banheira de hidromassagem na cobertura foi a cereja do bolo; nós realmente gostamos de tomar um banho depois de um jantar muito tarde. ¡Me encantó este hotel! El servicio del personal de registro y el aparcacoches fue excelente, y el vino a la llegada fue un toque encantador. Mejoraron nuestra habitación a pesar de que reservamos y llegamos con muy poca antelación, y el acceso las 24 horas a la piscina / jacuzzi de la azotea era la guinda del pastel; Realmente disfrutamos sumergiéndonos después de una cena muy tarde. El desayuno no era nada especial, pero el espacio en sí gana fácilmente las 5 estrellas.

I loved this hotel! The service of the check-in staff and valet were excellent, and the wine upon arrival was a lovely touch. They upgraded our room even though we booked and arrived on extremely short notice, and the 24 hour access to the rooftop pool/hot tub was icing on the cake; we really enjoyed getting a soak in after a very late dinner. The breakfast was nothing special, but the space itself easily earns the 5 stars.

A melhor vertente foi quando pedimos salada servida em um prato quente sem curativo. e para sua sorte, você será completamente ignorado pelos servidores também. Sem água. Sem talheres. Nenhum pedido de desculpas simples. Tudo que você podia ouvir era a música alta da cozinha e os funcionários ocupados demais conversando. Este lugar é uma piada. We seemed to spend most of our time being annoyed at the incompetence of everyone here instead of enjoying our time. The best strand was when we ordered salad served in a warm plate with no dressing at all. and just your luck, You will completely be ignored by servers as well. No water. No silverware. No simple apology. All you could hear is the loud music from their kitchen and employees too busy talking to each other. This place is a joke. I have stayed at many W and this one is easy 0/5. Never again for the price tag they put on everything.

Fale sobre uma ótima localização se você for esquiador, o W fica na base dos teleféricos. Por esse motivo, é um ótimo lugar para ficar. OW está na moda em um estilo W com um design em que você entra no balcão do banheiro assim que entra. Embora eu saiba que não é um hotel sóbrio de seus pais, houve um formulário sobre o desafio de drogas. A mobília era espartana e o sofá, muito desconfortável. Poucas pessoas vão para Aspen trabalhar, mas se você fizer isso não será um bom hotel para você. A equipe foi excelente e eles ofereceram atenção personalizada que apreciei.

Habla de una excelente ubicación si eres esquiador, el W está en la base de los remontes. Solo por esta razón, es un gran lugar para quedarse. El W está de moda en una especie de W con un diseño en el que entras en el mostrador del baño al entrar. Si bien aprecio que no sea un hotel formal de sus padres, hubo un desafío de forma sobre sustancia. Los muebles eran espartanos y el sofá era de lo más incómodo. Es probable que pocas personas vayan a trabajar a Aspen, pero si lo hace, este no sería un buen hotel para usted. El personal fue excelente y ofrecieron una atención personalizada que aprecié.

Talk about a great location if you are a skier, the W is at the base of the lifts. For this reason alone it is a great place to stay. The W is trendy in a W sort-of way with a design where you walk into the bathroom counter as you enter. While I appreciate it is not a staid hotel of your parents, there was a form over substance challenge. The furniture was spartan, and the couch was most uncomfortable . Few people likely go to Aspen to work but if you do this would not be a good hotel for you. The staff were great and they did offer personalized attention which I appreciated.
