“This place used to be awesome! Now. Not so much. Everything needs an upgrade. The prices have actually increased since we started going, and definitely not worth it. If you’re cutting back on the amenities andthe times you can use them, you shouldn’t be charging outrageous prices for asubstandardresort. Our lake view room was blocked by a tree. 😒The adult swimming pools and hot tub needs cleaning. It looks disgusting, and with everything going on you would think you wouldn’t have to tell them that. The rooms aren’t being serviced right now, which I understand...but can you offer clean towels, and come pick up all the trash that people leave outside the rooms? Which leads me to my next concern. Roaches!!!! I found two roaches crawling around in the drawers. No ma’am. Will not be returning.”
