Great room, super clean, very comfortable, improved WiFi. The staff is very kind and service oriented. Entire hotel presence is always about attention to detail. The only place I stay at when I come to Erlangen, around 6 weeks/year.

Tinha quartos no 15º andar. Quartos Executivos. Nice quartos grandes com uma vista muito boa. Tudo limpo e em ordem. Bebidas e lanches estão incluídos. As paredes são um pouco finas. Café da manhã, buffet, muito bom. A equipe é simpática e prestativa. Lugares de estacionamento disponíveis por uma taxa no parque de estacionamento subterrâneo e parque de estacionamento de vários andares. Não é muito longe para caminhar até o centro.

As camas / colchões são muito desconfortáveis, os aquecedores nunca desligam, então quase todos os quartos estão fervendo (algum congelamento), independentemente de quanto você ajuste os termostatos, os cobertores são muito finos (o que ajuda quando os aquecedores nunca podem ser desligados), mas não t ajudar nos invernos

Las camas / colchones son muy incómodos, los calentadores nunca se apagan, por lo que casi todas las habitaciones están hirviendo (algunas heladas) independientemente de cuánto ajuste los termostatos, las mantas son demasiado delgadas (lo que ayuda cuando los calentadores nunca se pueden apagar) pero no t ayuda en los inviernos

Great breakfast but that’s about it. The beds / mattresses are very uncomfortable, heaters never go off so nearly all rooms are boiling (some freezing) irrespective of how much you adjust the thermostats, blankets are way too thin (which help when heaters can never be turned off) but won’t help in the winters

El hotel en sí es bastante bueno. Pero no excepcional. El desayuno, sin embargo, es excelente. Personal muy amable y cortés. Aparcamiento subterráneo limpio y bien mantenido. La habitación con bañera era un poco pequeña pero estaba bien. No sabía qué hacer con mi maleta.

Very respectable and professional staff. Awesome breakfast. But hotel needs update. You can feel the springs in the bed. WiFi is as if you travel back in time and using dial up. More sound proofing, can hear everything happening outside.

Another NH Hotel on a high standard and very friendly staff in all areas: reception, especially bar and breakfast. As always great breakfast buffet. Rooms very clean and modern. Hallways and lift are hopefully close to renovations... ;-)
