“We loved the room. From the furniture and wall decor to the super comfy bed. The bathroom was well laid out and the entire room was very clean. We got a corner king and it was worth a few dollars more to have the extra room. The check in and check out was quick and friendly. The only issue we had was that we bought beers from the front desk and there was no bottle opener. I called and they had one at the front desk we could borrow but decided to pop them off with a little leverage and strength. We would definitely return.”

“Great hotel each time I've visited. Staff, facilities and rooms are all of a decent standard. Breakfast is decent and the restaurant is clean and well-presented (before lockdown days). Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are straightforward, everything's clean every time, fairly modern decor, and you get a free cookie when you check in. (Tastes good as well.) Decent rates and ideally situated for people travelling into Manchester. Practically on Piccadilly station's doorstep. Just be aware that current roadworks in the city centre may make car journeys an effort. If you're getting taxi, there's a convenient area at the front entrance that cars can pull up in.”
