Gostei do hotel, única coisa que não gostei foi que os quartos são muito escuros, a piscina no terraço é baixa, mas o atendimento e a limpeza são excelentes. O café da manhã é no estilo americano, entãonão espere coisa leve...(ovos, bacon, empanado...)

No lo recomiendo, ya que tenían falta de personal. No realizan el servicio de habitación aunque dejes indicado. Tenía que pedir las cosas y las llevaba el vigilante. Cortan el agua a la media noche y hasta las 7 la reanudaban. Ha y mi compañera de viaje encontró una chinche en su almohada. Asco! Solo es un hotel con buena ubicacion. Pesimo.

No fui al hotel, quiero comentar sobre su cafetería “Barista” a la cuál puedes ir sin estar hospedado. El café es excelente, de los más ricos que probé en Playa del Carmen. Y el pastel de chocolate muy bueno. El personal es muy amable

No hay agua caliente, te quejas y no hacen nada 🙄 pésimo 0 recomendado, pedí hablar con el gerente 2 días seguidos y jamás se presentó . El día que tenía que tomar mi vuelo duraronmás de una hora para prender el calentador de agua y súper groseros jamás en mi vida regreso

It's okay but trashy, if you're on a budget. Front desk is rude - everytime you ask for a key they will give you a replacement that doesn't work so you have to go down twice, or 3 times. Kinda smells like mold in the room. You can hear everything in the halls. Expensive resort fee for a bad breakfast and beer, but only for 2 people per room.

Nice location!! I got the package breakfast and beer included which it was pretty decent. You only get one key per room. It was raining for two days and the roof was leaking water

Oh God, if I could, I would give it -5. Our room key didn’t work so we had to go up and down over 20 times in our 5 days stay (as if that’s something that cannot be fixed or replaced). We got the room on the side of the hotel that’s close to Senor Frogs and it’s impossible to fall asleep before 2 am, which is when they stop with “music”. Once we complained at the reception they told us, and I quote: we thought you won’t mind, most of our guests don’t come back to the hotel in the evening before 2 anyways, they’re all party goers. Insane. We got a different room, where the bathroom smelled so freaking bad, man, it was insane. All in all, hotel has a nice concept but no one’s taking care of it, management is doing a horrible job, it looks way older than it is. Also, most employees were quite rude to us, like every time I asked to open the garage for us, the guy at the reception would roll his eyes, crazy. It was a very very VERY disappointing experience. stay away from this place

Mucho ruido por la noche insoportable con la música los borrachos etc ,ponen el hilo musical todo el día y es insoportable. La piscina es un charco solo te mojas los tobillos ,el mantenimiento es el ninguno todo roto y descuidado.El desayuno pico variado y la fruta no sabe a nada . No lo aconsejo.Busca otra cosa

Lamentables las condiciones del hotel: un elevador fuera de servicio, el otro asqueroso, sanitario de la habitación sin funcionar y el personal sin capacidad de arreglarlo, cero acogedora la actitud de la gente de recepción. Las instalaciones tienen el potencial de dar mas.

Good location in Playa just off 5th but not as noisy . Industrial look, quite fun but need a bit of TLC . Good wifi everywhere and spacious bathrooms but water pressure sometimes is no existent. Here with friends and RR is a good base

Loved my stay here. It delivered the experience needed for my time in Playa. I heard about what to expect but this place delivered way more. Staff was very accommodating, and such a friendly bunches of people. Daily breakfast and open bar added to my overall experience. No to mention the rooftop pool and the occasional exceptional DJ stepping up to play a day set. Everything about my room was perfect, ignore the loud music outside till late hours that was expected. I found myself unbothered throughout my stay and when in need accommodated. I would gladly stay here again. It made my trip.

O hotel é ótimo, tem uma decoração sensual e moderna. A localização é perfeita, apenas 1 quadra da 5a. Avenida. Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos. O quarto é bastante amplo com espelhos enormes, um armário que atende muito bem para guardar os pertences, banheiro espaçoso e com uma ducha maravilhosa...as toalhas bem fofinhas... O café da manhã é quase um almoço, bem no estilo americano, com ovos mexidos, legumes, carnes, tortilhas...mas sem variação dos itens... todos os dias serviram suco de laranja, mesmas frutas, queijo branco, presunto, pão de forma...mas achei muito bom. O terraço do hotel é lindo com uma piscina longa, tipo espelho d'água, rasa...tem bar e você pode incluir na diária bebida liberada, o que é ótimo. O estacionamento é bom, mas as vagas são estreitas e com colunas que dificultam manobrar. Gostei bastante do hotel e recomendo.

Localização excelente, piscina da cobertura muito boa com direito a algumas festas. Hotel com uma proposta bem diferente e com bar/balada na entrada. Preço excelente e perto de tudo, vale ir no WalMart para comprar água, comidinhas e etc mais barato, mas no quarto tem café e água de cortesia. Cama muito gostosa, elevador meio antigo e pequeno mas o suficiente para o local. Atendentes muito simpáticos e com boas dicas. O chuveiro não é muito bom, a temperatura oscilava bastante mas dá pra encarar numa boa.

Cheguei morrendo de calor e o chuveiro estava entupido, deu a impressão que não há manutenção. A garagem também é bem ruim. Fora isso, tudo muito bom: localização, atendimento, estrutura. Amei a piscina no rooftop!

Suubicación es lo único bueno, la comida es pésima, su supuesta barra libre es hasta las 6 de la tarde y sólo dan cerveza o vino tinto o blanco de muy mala calidad, su terraza/alberca es muy mala, desde que llegamos nos dijeron que si nos robaban nuestras cosas el personal que trabajaba ahí no se hacían responsables (te hacen firmar un papel de conformidad). Nos despertaron el Domingo muy temprano porque se les ocurrió hacer reparaciones con martillo y taladro en una habitación cercana

Unfortunately you have to give a star to write a rating, the hotel doesn't even deserve a star. The hotel was booked and paid for through Tui. When we got there they wanted us to pay 300 US dollars in cash, for an all-inclusive offer which we didn't booked or wanted, but which has been part of every room recently. Our travel agent did not know anything about it and we were not made aware of it when booking. The staff was unfriendly and not cooperative, they threatened to kick us out if the money wasn't paid. After three days of discussions we decided to check out ourselves. Pure rip off from the hotel, 300 $ for a small breakfast and a bit of beer and wine on the roof terrace. We only wanted the room without extras, as booked. I can only advise everyone against booking the hotel.

Me gusto bastante el concepto del hotel. Tiene un toque místico y tiene una muy buena ubicación. A pesar de ser un hotel algo viejo, me fui contento y disfrute la experiencia así como su barra libre de cerveza en el roof. Si a este hotel le invierten un poco mas podría volver a ser un top de playa del carmen. Volveré pronto.

We end up paying almost double the price. On hostelworld it shows 3 nights 2 rooms is 327 usd.after bookining it shows price to pay on arrival is 472usd.hostelworld says it is 194 dollars tax in that price. That makes no sense at all as it shows 19%tax is not include and 194 is almost 60%tax. Not the End of paying more, on site they charge 11usd per person per night on top so that was another 66usd.hotel was not very cooperative. Don't book here for that money you get something decent.

Buena ubicación y la mayoría de los trabajadores fueron amables. Sin embargo, se requiere pagar un impuesto de 230 pesos por persona por noche. También nos cobraron 100 pesos extra por noche por dejar el auto en el estacionamiento. Tampoco nos informaron al llegar, que para que limpiarán nuestra habitación teníamos que colocar un anuncio en la puerta. En general, a las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento.

I didn't go inside but me an my friends hung out outdoors an chatted while we waited for our ride an i can say this place looked interesting. Kinda had Amsterdam's red light district feel. The architectural feel was pretty cool. It was Something that I never seen before an i appreciated the Artsy side, there was also piping and plants. Red lights, with mannequins demonstrating sexual/ dominatrix or role play posing while wearing different outfits... Not naked or private parts diplaysled from what i could see. An that was just the lobby area. There was a nice worker that greeted us an told us a little about the place. It seemed like a unique spot if you're open to it.

Stayed here for several days. My experience was initially quite positive! Room is nothing special but nice and the redlight theme is cool. The rooftop pool area is rather mediocre with an extremely shallow pool that no one bothered to get into. Its a nice location which is a plus, make sure to request a room away from the street noise so you can sleep at night. Having said this, they would not let my friend visit the room to hang out with me for 5 min! This after having paid hundreds of dollars and having spent over a week at their hotel. The service Score is a 0. That’s all.
