“Estou muito decepcionado com a minha experiência aqui, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando no quarto e fazia 26 graus lá dentro. Tive de ir explicar isso à recepção, pois quando tentei ligar 4 vezes não houve resposta. Ela avisou que enviaria alguém para a sala para redefinir isso e 30 minutos depois de redefinir, ainda não funcionou. Fui para o saguão novamente com todos os meus itens e ela ainda não ajudou. Sou um membro Hilton Gold e sou leal onde quer que vá no mundo. Esta é a minha pior experiência em um hotel da marca Hilton e me fizeram sentir completamente desvalorizado, pois a senhora disse que você não tem nenhum benefício do Hilton Honors neste estabelecimento. Eu tive que sair uma hora depois de verificar a pousada e ainda não me foi oferecido um quarto diferente ou qualquer compensação. INFELIZ!!!!”
