It was an okay stay when I went there. You have to remember that you are staying at all inclusive resort so you wont get a first class experience here. Don't trust the "Amstar" tour agency in the resort lobby. They will try to sell you tour with empty promises.

I usually don't write reviews but this was definitely the best vacation I've ever had. I stayed at the preferred club tropical view, only to get the surprise of getting an ocean view. The check in was smooth and the desserts at the preferred lounge were over the top. the concierge guys in the pool and beach were very polite. I had a hiccup with the room restocking service that I was not getting enough juice for my toddler. I call the lounge and they quickly resolved the issue. Also deyanira made delicious fruit punch for my son everyday. Food wise, I can't pick my favorite restaurant because all of them were delicious. Literally tried pasta, fish, steak and paella all out of this word. I had a lobster dinner for my birthday which was the best lobster I've ever had. The girls at the cococafe were also very friendly. wish I remembered their names.Now on to my 3 life savers...my son went to the explorer club. first thing everyday when we woke up, he asked for the playground and for Ms lollipop. Ms lollipop and Ms Michael took care of my son like it was me. It got so bad I had to take him twice a day lol. At the arcade, we met sergio who quickly took over my toddlers heart. Sergio made sure my son was safe while playing games and engaged in doing it with him. He liked him so much he left the arcade to go to the room and he had to turn around to give him a hug to say good bye.We can't wait to go back.

First off we got here and moved around rooms 2-3 times... wasn’t too bad.. finally we come to find out all of the pools close at 6pm. We ended up upgrading to the swim out pool so we could swim whenever we wanted too. Well we get to our room and the swim out pools are ice cold. All of the pools on the property are dependent on the sun to warm them up. The “Hot tubs” are more like semi heated pools... this place loooks great online but I won’t come back. Not to mention the Food is all overcooked or undercooked.. besides the hibachi (fantastic). Other than that.. if you plan on coming here make sure you avoid the extra cost of the swim out also don’t get roped in to EVERYONE trying to sell you more stuff at an “all inclusive”. The only thing that’s worth upgrading is the “premium club”. Make sure you talk to Eli at VIP services in the main floor. He shoots it straight and is a great help. Everyone else doesn’t understand half of what your saying and just agrees with you and nothing gets done.

Had a blast. The resort was very clean and the staff was very helpful/attentive. The entertainment staff was great and good with kids. A lot of extra selling of wine, kids entertainment etc. Overall had a good time and stayed eight days with two ten year olds. They loved it and had a blast in the pools and ocean.

Belo resort e muito limpo. Compatível com COVID19. Ambiente familiar fresco e animado. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e têm móveis confortáveis.

Linda praia. Ótimo para iniciantes surfando. Existem vários bares com bebidas e comida. Existem várias lojas com souvenirs - ímãs, charutos, bugigangas, fotos e outras bobagens que eles vão te oferecer persistentemente))

Beautiful resort, and very clean. COVID19 compliant. Fresh and lively family friendly atmosphere. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable furnishing.

O hotel é muito limpo e bonito. Tivemos uma ótima estadia, o resort é muito bem atendido, adequado para casais e famílias. A equipe é muito prestativa e nada é demais para seus anfitriões, fomos até mesmo atualizados na chegada para um quarto melhor. Os serviços do hotel são ótimos, toalhas de praia, comida e bebidas ilimitadas (tudo incluído), entretenimento ... Único ponto negativo: ficamos extremamente decepcionados com os sucos servidos, eles são muito ruins, mas a fruta é excelente

Sencillamente encantador. Su gente waooo todos te hacen sentir especial... Y cuando te paras allá arriba y ves ese escenario a todo lo largo y ancho... Esa vista espectacular donde sea que te pongas... Sin montaje... Nítido. Buena gastronomía, buenas piscinas con su concepto que te sientas dentro... Me encanta este hotel... Lo único malo, es que después que entras no quieres salir... Te lo recomiendo.

I really like the hotel. The bar is good, the food is also good. I had so much fun with the animation team they are really a pro at whatever they are doing. You don't need to worry about anything bc you will be safe there. The architecture is a whole lot different level compares to other hotels. It is really a beautiful hotel. And it deserves my five stars. Absolutely beautiful.

Acho que se tornou o meu Hotel preferido nos últimos anos que visitei, nos tempos do COVID-19 o protocolo que eles têm é excelente, tudo é bastante higienizado, espaços bem sinalizados, pessoal bem treinado a este respeito e instalações de primeira classe.Os quartos são bastante confortáveis, espaçosos e perfeitamente decorados, tecnologia de ponta na configuração e ar condicionado.Excelente comida tanto no buffet como nos restaurantes à la carte.A tudo isto junta-se a Praia de Macau, espetacular em todos os sentidos da palavra, bem cuidada, limpa e segura.Estou ansioso para voltar lá.

Creo que se convirtió en mi Hotel favorito de los últimos que he visitado estos años, en tiempos de COVID-19 el protocolo que tienen es excelente, todo bastante higienizado, espacios bien marcados, personal bastante entrenado en este sentido y unas instalaciones de primera.Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, espaciosas y perfectamente decoradas, tecnología de punta en la ambientación y la climatización.La comida excelente tanto en el buffet como en los restaurantes a la carta.A todo esto sume la Playa Macao, espectacular en todo el sentido de la palabra, bien cuidada, limpia y segura.Looking forward to go there again.

The resort is beautiful but the food was horrible. Also we stayed one whole night and one whole day with no water in our room. We couldn’t shower. We called front desk no one answered. Hotel needs better management and better food. The Pool closes at 6 pm that needs to improve as well
