“EDIT: A manager became involved and ended up resolving the situation. It turned the experience around at that point and I updated to 3 stars - if it wasn’t for the inconvenience I would have rated a 4 based on location, rooms, food. Warning anyone interested in this hotel - we booked for a bachelorette party. We had a full itinerary with a pool day on Sat. They closed the pool and would not allow us to use another Marriott pool in the area. Terrible service - the bride is a gold member and Marriott clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Not safe to book due to the poor service to lack of help resolve the situation.”
