“Just seeing news about The parent company pulling the plug on the expansion and it prompted me to check if I had left a review. Personally, it has been the best All Inclusive experience I have had in Jamaica. What was initially a surprise turned into a mini family vacation. Everything about the property is top tier, the rooms, the lobby, the restaurants, the entertainment and activities we some of the best I’ve had. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay to the point where my family purchased a vacation package and stayed extra days. I just wanted to commend each and every staff and implore you to keep doing a great job.”

“We just finished our vacation at moon palace Jamaica and there were a couple of people that made it special and were amazing.
First Crystal from the towel hut was very nice and always welcoming. It was very nice to see her face every morning and be greeted by her. She always asked how our day was going and if we needed anything. Her service was 5 star.
Also, Omar was our server by the pool and he was always nice and attentive. He came by often and always took care of us.
I would recommend you to see Crystal and Omar during your visit!”
