“Reservamos el restaurante para 6 personas, cuando llegamos nadie nos dejó entrar porque no pudieron encontrar nuestra reserva… empezó mal. Una vez allí, dieron nuestro pedido a otra mesa, esperando 1 hora para tomar 4 Coca Cola .. el servicio fue muy malo. Finalmente, nos hicieron pagar la factura equivocada, o 700 euros en lugar de 200 € ... UN VERDADERO ESCÁNDALO. No lo recomiendo.”

Vou dar a minha opinião sobre o restaurante. O preço está correto em comparação com o lugar muito bonito e de pé. Mas falta consistência em relação à qualidade dos pratos. A carne marmorizada é muito boa e abundante, o que é raro. Mas a polenta é muito líquida em comparação com a última vez.Salada César, o frango é muito tenro e não empanado o que é muito apreciável mas o molho não tem sabor e falta as aparas de parmesão que no entanto é indicado. Mas nem tudo do parmesão!

Habituado a hotéis devido às minhas numerosas viagens profissionais, estou indignado com os serviços prestados por esta rede, embora seja bem conhecida e da qual tenha ouvido o maior bem. Hotel para evitar +++++ Quarto sem isolamento acústico, impossibilidade de descanso ou trabalho durante o dia com as donas de casa que batem nos corredores até pelo menos as 16 horas. Na mesma noite em que há uma festa. Música ouvida até o último andar. Limpeza aproximada dos quartos. A comida é boa mas pedimos que deixemos as mesas às 21h, porque o restaurante está reservado para pessoas que nem são hóspedes do hotel. Sem serviço de quarto (o Covid tem um bom back). Café da manhã: Eles servem café da máquina e depois dizem que há mais às 9h se você quiser se reabastecer. Nenhuma possibilidade de tomar um café ou ter uma garrafa de água no quarto é ultrajante! Para o preço dos quartos, recomendo fortemente que você reserve em outro lugar. Hotel muito decepcionante. Endereço deve ser feito apenas para catering, mas certamente não para o hotel.

Daré mi opinión sobre el restaurante. El precio es correcto en comparación con el lugar muy bonito y de pie. Pero le falta consistencia en relación a la calidad de los platos. La carne veteada bastante buena y abundante, lo cual es raro. Pero la polenta es muy líquida en comparación con la última vez.Ensalada César, el pollo es muy tierno y no empanizado lo cual es muy apreciable pero la salsa no tiene sabor y carece de las virutas de parmesano que sin embargo está indicado. ¡Pero no todo el parmesano!

Acostumbrado a los hoteles por mis muchos viajes profesionales, estoy indignado por los servicios que ofrece esta cadena, aunque es muy conocida y de la que había oído el mayor bien. Hotel para evitar +++++ Habitación no insonorizada, imposible descansar o trabajar durante el día con las amas de llaves que golpean los pasillos hasta al menos las 4 de la tarde. La misma noche cuando hay fiesta. Se escuchó música hasta el último piso. Limpieza aproximada en las habitaciones. La comida es buena, pero se nos pide que dejemos nuestras mesas a las 9 pm porque el restaurante está reservado para personas que ni siquiera son huéspedes del hotel. No hay servicio de habitaciones (el Covid tiene buena espalda). Desayuno: Te sirven café de la máquina y luego te dicen que hay más a las 9 de la mañana si quieres recargarte tú mismo. ¡No es indignante la posibilidad de tomar un café o tener una botella de agua en la habitación! Por el precio de las habitaciones, recomiendo encarecidamente que reserve en otro lugar. Hotel muy decepcionante. La dirección debe hacerse solo para el catering, pero ciertamente no para el hotel.

Reservado para 4 pessoas às 20h30 e 22h30 para receber nossos pratos frios. Entradas caras para uma quantidade mínima e pratos quase sem graça. Pela minha parte, um salmão seco. Meus amigos pediram o bife de flanco e o tártaro. As fritas fritas sem sal lutaram para passar. Em relação à sobremesa, lembre-se de esperar até que a pêra caia da árvore para colhê-la, isso me impedirá de quebrar um dente a cada gancho. Pague esse preço para encher meu estômago de 3/4 de pão, não, obrigado. A simpatia do garçom compensa esta noite. Eu não vou voltar.

Primeira experiência ontem à noite e muito decepcionado! Esperamos 1h30 para pedir, tínhamos reservado para 21h00 e fomos servidos às 23h15 .. Coquetel muito bom mas evite o prato de atum (arroz, meio abacate, atum e soja) a 20euros não vale a pena! Tanto para te dizer que quando saímos do restaurante todo o meu grupo ainda estava com fome ...

Nice rooms with nice organic products(lotion, soap, etc.) The restaurant is amazing! Great breakfast options( waffle, cake, pudding, fruit, cereak, coffe, juice, eggs,etc.) Lunch and dinner were great too (try the fried octopus and the tiramusu- delicious cocktails too) with a nice terrace and either live musix or a dj. The servers were amicable. Only advice is: bring your own clothing iron.

Best hotel experience ever. All of the staff were great - nothing was too much trouble and they were just really welcoming. Cocktail bar was the place to be in the evening.... great music and brilliant selection of drinks and food. We loved it. Will be back!

Not a good period to stay in Marseille due to Covid restrictions, but the experience was not very good in general. Restaurant was closed and I had to have breakfast in my room (nice service, well arranged). In my humble opinion hotel is more an expensive hostel. The bed was in the middle of the room, leaving not much space for living. The same for the luggage, the wardrobe shelf is 50 cm wide at most. Didn't understand the presence of the microwave...if it's a hotel.... Position is not very good as well.

Definitely cool and quirky. The room was spacious enough for the price and comfortable. I had issues with the bathroom: tiny towel, sink that is too modern for its own good (when the sink is flat, water doesn’t flow easily) and horrible toilet paper. Breakfast was a disappointment. The neighborhood isn’t one: it’s neither central, neither hip, it’s nothing really and not convenient. I think there are probably better choices in Marseille.

Nice Hotel but the location is not that great. A bit fare from the city centre. The room was clean and nice, good bed and pillows. The bar downstairs is cool but the staff behind was not that nice. Parking is 19 euros a day but you've got lots of place outside (free on weekends).

I really loved this place! The location is central, I love the decor in the entrance lobby, the cafe restaurant and the DJ over the weekend create the kind of vibe you want on a chilled night. The patio is the coolest place in Marseille and Lily is the most amazing hostess. Lily took a wonderful care of us and we received a great welcoming. As a result, I came back as a guest a week later.
