“The reception offered to upgrade us for an extra 120 pounds for 2 nights. He said free breakfasts and lounge access he says open from 6 pm to 8pm. When I was checking out, I got charged for almost 100 pounds for 2 breakfasts. I questioned this to be told, that because we had breakfasts at the restaurants. Turned out the breakfast was in the lounge, not in the restaurant ( we were not informed , as in other hotels and resorts I stayed, breakfasts are served in the restaurant in the morning). There is lack of communication. Very misleading indeed. The receptionist did not point that out to us ,where the breakfast will be. I was really disappointed. The fridge in the room was not even working, and the toiletries were so tiny and limited like 10 ml for a bottle of hand wash. I feel like this hotel is just interested to get your money. For the price it is not worth coming here. I don't recommend this hotel. You can get a better deal somewhere with same price. Very disappointed.”
