A man who looked like the manager also stood around allowing this to happen and also ignored us. When they finally got to us, the tone we received was one of indifference. It was pretty shocking to be treated this way.
I've eaten at the restaurant, fl. 2, before. The food was not bad. However, more recently, I was turned away at the door from even getting one quick drink at the bar once when it was 30 minutes from closing. The bar in the lobby, Andy's, had great cocktails though.
It's too bad that it's the only "5 star" hotel in this city because I definitely wouldn't recommend this one”

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. Stephanie was great about keeping my room clean and having plenty of towels for me. We were a large group of 10 people with golf bags and luggage. Anatta, Alex, Conor, and Dakota all were great at servicing my odd requests. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Pittsburgh.

This was probably the worst experience we had at a high $$$ hotel ever. We prepaid for 2 rooms and we’re told we could check in at 3pm. When we arrived at 2 pm they told us our rooms should be ready at 3pm and they would text us when it was ready. We never received any communication from them at all. My wife had to call multiple times to check to see if the rooms were ready. They told her that they weren’t sure when either one of the rooms would be cleaned and ready for check in. Finally after 4pm she called again and they said one room was ready. Checked into one room to discover the carpet was dirty, light bulbs out, mold under the glass on the desk and all in all just nasty for 5 star hotel. To make it even worse they sent a text message at 6pm to tell us our second room was ready. They offered free breakfast and parking. This hotel is in a perfect location in downtown Pittsburgh, but I wouldn’t waste this kind of money to stay there again.

Do you even have a housekeeping staff? Dirtiest room I've ever seen, nothing had been cleaned upon check in other than the beds made. We complained and they came and still barely touched anything. We complained yet again and they came and picked up debris from carpet and that's about it. The front desk was extremely polite and friendly every time. We felt bad having to complain so much. We should have just checked out and went somewhere else. There was hair all over disgusting bathroom and stuff all over the carpet so obviously it had not even been vaccumed. Layers of dust all over furniture. I have never been so disgusted with a hotel which was so disappointing because the hotel is beautiful and location is great!

Went to stay the weekend as a family, including our 5 year old. King suite was clean, spacious and a nice view of the city. Breakfast at fl.2 was awesome, try the pancakes. Room service was prompt. In room dining was delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Brian for helping us unload and load our car.

Covid aside very disappointing experience. Valet parking all but required, at $40 a vehicle, fourteen floor hotel yet elevator skips 4 through 13?, water view..perhaps a thin slice, in room dining necessary due to covid $94 for two sandwiches, a $9 bottle of water $4 coke in a can and a lump of something chocolate..all served in cardboard boxes, literally one ply toilet paper, rooms old..not character old..just old. This is not what I expect from a so called 5 star hotel!

Excelente propriedade com serviço consistente e de primeira qualidade. Uma das poucas experiências verdadeiras de hotel 5 estrelas na área. As restrições da COVID foram tratadas profissionalmente e a qualidade das refeições no quarto era boa. Oh, fiquei agradavelmente surpreso. O Hotel implementou muitas medidas de segurança para manter a residência e os funcionários seguros. Achei os quartos extremamente limpos, especialmente o banheiro, espaçoso e sanitário. O. A cama era excelente, dormi muito bem. E eu podia ver o estacionamento do PNC e a ponte do meu quarto. Eu gostei deste hotel tremendamente. Eu dou a eles a classificação mais alta!

Oh, estaba tan gratamente sorprendido. El hotel había implementado muchas medidas de seguridad para mantener seguros la residencia y los empleados. Encontré las habitaciones magníficamente limpias, especialmente el baño, espacioso y sanitario. Los. La cama era excelente, dormí muy bien. Y pude ver el parque de PNC y el puente desde mi habitación. Disfruté tremendamente de este hotel. ¡Les doy la calificación más alta!

Excellent property with consistent and top notch service. One of the few true 5 star hotel experiences in the area. COVID restrictions were handled professionally, and in room dining quality was good. While we cant wait for normality to return to the property, it still provided a a superb location for a recharge and night away from home.

Oh, I was so pleasantly surprised. The Hotel had implemented many safety measures to keep residence and employees safe. I found the rooms to be superbly clean, especially the bathroom, spacious and sanitary. The. Bed was excellent, I slept very well. And I could see PNC park, and the bridge from my room. I enjoyed this Hotel tremendously. I give them the highest rating!

Very courteous staff, helpful and ready to assist if you had any questions about the city. Due to the Covid there were some services we couldn't access but that was expected of course...
The room was immaculate and comfortably furnished. No complaints!

Highmark nos colocou neste hotel e ficamos muito satisfeitos. Era fácil estacionar embaixo do hotel e passear pela cidade à vontade. As visitas às empresas Highmark eram fáceis com o transporte.O hotel foi incrivelmente agradável, pois eles forneceram a minha esposa um pequeno brunch no quarto dela. A equipe foi muito entalhe ea instalação foi bem mantida.Nós recomendamos! Também é adequado para cadeiras de rodas!

Highmark nos puso en este hotel y quedamos muy satisfechos. Era fácil aparcar debajo del hotel y caminar por la ciudad a nuestro antojo. Las visitas a las empresas Highmark fueron fáciles con el transporte.El hotel fue increíblemente amable, ya que le dieron a mi esposa un pequeño brunch en su habitación. El personal era demasiado muesca y las instalaciones estaban bien cuidadas.¡Nosotros recomendamos! ¡También es apto para sillas de ruedas!

Highmark put us in this hotel and we were very pleased. It was easy to park under the hotel and walk through the city at our leisure. Visits to Highmark companies were easy with transportation.The hotel was incredibly gracious as they provided my wife with a small brunch in her room. The staff was too notch and the facility was well kept.We recommend! It is also wheelchair friendly!
