Pronto ,perdi o fôlego!maravilhoso!!

O quarto não era perfeito, mas é bom para uma estadia curta, por sua ótima localização, e o café da manhã também era bom. Eu daria 4 estrelas, mas algo ruim aconteceu depois que fizemos o check-out. O hotel tem estacionamento com manobrista, $ 52 por noite. Mas quando pegamos nosso carro, descobrimos que nosso assento de bebê estava descarregado e não estava na posição em que o trancamos. Nós nunca descarregamos o assento do carro durante toda a viagem, então sabemos que alguém deve usar nosso carro para pegar alguém. Estávamos prestes a deixá-lo ir, até cerca de uma hora depois, notamos que há danos óbvios em nosso carro, um longo e escasso no espelho do banco do motorista e um grande buraco na porta do segundo banco do motorista (foto anexada). Alugamos este carro apenas um dia antes desta estadia e provavelmente seremos cobrados por esses danos. Nós notificamos o hotel, e então eles nos disseram que o estacionamento com manobrista não faz parte do hotel. (Mas fomos cobrados pelo hotel por este estacionamento com manobrista) O hotel disse que deixaria a empresa de estacionamento com manobrista entrar em contato comigo, mas já faz um dia e ninguém me ligou. Acho que ninguém ligaria.Então, resumindo, se você quiser ficar neste hotel, NÃO FAÇA ESTACIONAMENTO COM VALET! Estávamos considerando ficar aqui novamente para a nossa próxima viagem, mas decidimos não para esta experiência ruim.

The room was not perfect but it’s ok for a short stay, for its great location, and the breakfast was fine too. I would give it 4 stars, but something bad happened after we checkout. The hotel has valet parking, $52 per night. But when we got our car, we found that our baby car seat was offloaded and was not in the position we locked it. We never offloaded the car seat the entire trip, so we know somebody must used our car to pickup someone. We was about to let it go, until about one hour later we noticed that there are obvious damage on our car, a long scarce on the mirror out of driver’s seat, and a big hole on second driver seat door(the picture attached). We rented this car just the day before this stay, and we probably will be charged for these damages. We notified the hotel, and then they told us the valet parking is not part of the hotel. (But we were charged by the hotel for this valet parking) The hotel said they will let the valet parking company contact me, but it’s been one day and no one called me. I don’t think anyone would call.So in short, if you want to stay in this hotel, DON’T DO VALET PARKING! We were considering stay here again for our next trip, but we decide not to for this bad experience.

The staff were great. The rooms were small but comfy and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. They have a complimentary breakfast and a well stocked workout room. The breakfast was very busy the days I was there, but the staff kept it pretty well stocked. It was your typical continental breakfast. It is located in China Town, just a 5 minutes walk from the Capital One Arena, and you can get on the Metro in even less time. It's a 30 minute walk to the White House or the Capital Building. This is a good place to stay.

The reception staff was very pleasant, informative and welcoming as was the valet staff. The entire facility was immaculate and the view from our room was lovely. Our family members mentioned the gentleman who managed the breakfast service and how friendly he was as well as how encouraging to the other staff members we noticed him to be. It was one of the most enjoyable stays in a hotel we've had. You can see how much the employees enjoy their jobs. Keep up the great and thank you.

We're not from DC so it was not obvious to us that the only parking available was valet. We were told by the attendant that we could park on the street but that it wasn't recommended. We stayed for ONE night and I see an extra $120 charge on my card. That's a ridiculous amount to charge for valet. Plus, the rooms were $360-370 a night and they were not the greatest. I booked two rooms and in one room, the faucet leaked constantly and in the other room, the AC sounded like a super loud lawnmower where it was almost impossible to sleep. If this hotel wants to be charging that much for a night, it's not worth it to stay. On a positive note, the service was excellent and location is great. I just wouldn't pay that much again for what we got.

Just a pretty ok hotel. The AC units are all old and busted/loud. Gym was small but clean. Breakfast was… provided. Streets around the building are dirty and safety is questionable (I had no issues, but definitely got rough at night).Surprising that this place is priced as high as it is, given that there are far nicer places for the same cost nearby. Honestly if the Marriott Marquis down the road is only $50-100 more a night go there, hands down no question.

Hotel moderno e humilde em uma excelente localização com quartos limpos e ótimo buffet de café da manhã! Tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui por 2 noites explorando a cidade.A localização é perfeita e tudo é caminhável, o café da manhã gratuito era gostoso e com variedade mas estava lotado, servido em talheres de plástico e o suco era nojento. A equipe foi simpática, mas não muito prestativa com perguntas sobre a cidade ou restaurantes ao redor (posso recomendar o "Yard House" que fica muito próximo e eles têm ótima comida e cerveja) e o estacionamento com manobrista é a única opção de estacionamento e muito caro com 40/50$ por dia. Apreciei o café gratuito durante todo o dia no lobby. Os quartos eram modernos e limpos, com uma enorme TV - mas infelizmente não era uma SmartTV.

Boa localização com fácil acesso ao metrô amarelo, verde e vermelho, restaurantes, museus, arena e National Mall. Bloco imediato entre o trem e nosso hotel era um pouco corajoso, mas nada para se preocupar. Nice bairro de outra forma. Hotel era limpo e serviço amigável. Pequeno-almoço gratuito decente. Quarto estava limpo, mas a porta do banheiro tem problemas para fechar. Um dos 2 elevadores estava caído enquanto estávamos lá. Optamos por usar as escadas para o 7º andar porque não queríamos esperar pelo elevador. Não é um grande problema para nós, pois não nos importamos com o exercício, mas poderia ter sido um problema para os outros.

Modern and humble hotel in an excellent location with clean rooms and great breakfast buffet! We had a great stay here for 2 nights of city exploring. The location is just perfect and everything is walkable, the free breakfast was tasty and with variety but it was crowded, served in plastic cutlery and the juice was disgusting. The staff was friendly but not very helpful with questions about the city or restaurants around (I can recommend the "Yard House" which is very near and they have great food and beer) and the valet parking is the only parking option and very expensive with 40/50$ a day. I appreciated the all-day free coffee in the lobby. The rooms were modern and clean with a huge TV - but disappointingly it was not a SmartTV.

Good location with easy access to yellow, green and red Metro, restaurants, museums, arena and National Mall. Immediate block between train and our hotel was a little gritty, but nothing to worry about. Nice neighborhood otherwise. Hotel was clean, and service friendly. Decent free breakfast. Room was clean, but bathroom door has trouble closing. One of 2 elevators was down while we where there. We chose to use stairs to 7th floor because we did not want to wait for the one elevator. Not a huge deal for us, as we don't mind the exercise, but could have been issue for others.

Excelente localização no meio de Chinatown! Perto do excelente restaurante chinês wok and roll! O quarto era pequeno em comparação com outros locais Fairfield/Marriott, mas fica em uma cidade enorme, então acho que é normal para essa área. Estou acostumado a quartos e banheiros maiores. Great location in the middle of Chinatown! Close to the excellent wok and roll Chinese restaurant! The room was small compared to other Fairfield/Marriott locations, but it’s in a huge city so I guess that’s normal for that area. I’m just used to bigger rooms and bathrooms. But the hotel and rooms looked new and updated. The free breakfast was great except the juice was watery, could not drink it. Staff was friendly and informed us of great food and places to see nearby. Only downside is the parking is only valet. But the valet was so nice and were quick returning the vehicle without damages.

El sitio elegante. El trato de la persona en el front desk fue hostil , le explique que era turista y estaba buscando algo. Me indico que si no era huésped tenia que salir.Una pena para mi visita de junio no será mi mejor opción.

Estuvimos con mi señora desde el 2/9714 al 5/9/14. Hotel muy confortable. Con desayuno correcto, buena ubicaciòn para facilitar la visita a museos y otros paseos. Con entrada inmediata a la habitaciòn, cosa que no ocurriò en miami con otro hotel por estar la habitacion ocupada cuando fue reservada tres meses antes. Excelente atenciòn por parte del personal en todo momento. Volverìa sin lugar a dudas.
