“The guest service was unknown (for 2 of our rooms) because we didn't request any services (like toilet paper, bath soap, empty trashes, clean bath towels, etc...) for our 3-night stay. We didn't see any staff inside hotel; maybe because they are under remodeling. (And the Front desk had no staffing everytime we walked in and out.) I only wanted to say that the parking lot is small for this size of the hotel, the TVs were not able to turn on, and most importantly that the bathroom locks are extremely old. The (bathroom locks) design were like from those 1*-2** motels; if you push/close the bathroom all the way to the end, you will lock yourself inside and you can NOT slide it open from the inside (so you have to ask someone from the outside to unlock with a coin for you).”

“I stay at a lot of hotels for work; often Hilton and double trees. This hotel is (by far) the worst I’ve stayed at. I will say one of the guys at the front desk was quite friendly. He gave me a good list of his favorite taco places in the area after hearing about the bad experience I had the night before. The water in the shower doesn’t shut all the way off. The air conditioner/heater makes a terrible noise after about two minutes of running. The curtains don’t close all the way. The light switch in the bathroom is caving in. The lamps provide very little light and there are no wall switches so you have to go to each one to turn them on/off. The door is hilariously loose and loud (see video). The couch (which I would never use anyway) is disgusting looking. The tv looks like it is from 2003. There was no do not disturb sign in my room; not that it mattered because I never saw any cleaning staff on my floor anyways. There are no snacks or drinks available to purchase at the front desk, nor is there a vending machine; even though the sign by the elevator directs you to the floor above or below for either drinks or snacks machine (guy at the front desk had no idea if there were any vending machines). I didn’t even bother with the restaurant, and I have no clue if there was breakfast available because the whole hotel just felt unsatisfactory, to say the least. It will be removed from my company’s list of available hotels to stay at. Apparently there is a parking fee??? I don’t think I paid one because of my Hilton member status but I would NEVER pay a hotel with this lack of quality extra money for parking. Also, to those talking about the building being old; some of the best hotels I’ve stayed at have been much older than this one. Proper maintenance, higher standards, and more frequent renovating goes a long way.”
