“Limpe um hotel com localização central que oferece estacionamento gratuito. A equipe da recepção não tem habilidades básicas de atendimento ao cliente e eu achei isso durante o check-in e check-out. A equipe de arrumação foi incrível e muito educada. Eu ficaria novamente.”

“Gostei muito da minha estadia neste hotel. Os recepcionistas da recepção foram fenomenais em como eles eram simpáticos e acolhedores. O hotel é geralmente muito limpo e eles tinham uma academia muito boa no local. Eu amo a disponibilidade da chave digital e meu quarto era confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Minha única reclamação foi que não há isolamento acústico e você pode ouvir todas as pessoas falando no corredor e batendo portas e deixando cair coisas acima de você. Não consegui dormir bem, apenas devido aos outros hóspedes. Se você é sensível ao ruído (o que eu realmente não sou, mas se parece que o som foi amplificado), talvez considere levar tampões para os ouvidos. Caso contrário, a localização era ótima, pois há um restaurante/bar decente ao lado, um Target, Best Buy e shopping nas proximidades. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. PS - eles têm o seu cookie de chocolate exclusivo, mas você tem que pedir especificamente à recepcionista. Não será visualmente aparente quando você estiver na recepção.”
