Se for 3 estrelas, então eu quero ter uma vida de 3 estrelas. A localização é absolutamente perfeita, através de 6 visitas eu só conheci funcionários simpáticos. Ambos os hotéis e apartamentos são incríveis, piscinas ... O buffet é quase perfeito e está disponível o dia todo. E isso num local onde você deve deixar o hotel o mais rápido possível e aproveitar a vida lá fora. Espero que reabra em breve.

Muito boa estadia, pessoal acolhedor, bom entretenimento ... nada do que reclamar! (Eu especifico que minha estadia ocorreu no ano passado, abril de 2019)

Grande hotel, a massa de pessoas de quem você gosta. A equipe é muito agradável e amigável. Hotel está ficando um pouco velho e está prestes a ser completamente renovado. Mas é muito bem localizado nas dunas. Interessante que você tenha uma licença de construção lá. No meio da reserva natural

We have had 4 holidays here and has been spot on. Last holiday was from March 4th till 18th unfortunately covid shutdown spoilt last 4 days but staff did a fantastic job. We will be booking again when travel possible again. Sent

O hotel está idealmente localizado em uma das melhores praias da ilha. Bom serviço, comida e álcool muito bons, longos intervalos para refeições individuais. Quartos grandes, limpos todos os dias, mas você pode ver que os antigos (aparentemente, algum problema com a reforma devido ao parque nacional estabelecido aqui). Restaurantes temáticos temáticos, especialmente mandarim. 2 piscinas grandes e piscinas infantis pequenas para crianças pequenas. Zona tranquila, sem multidões e barulhos. Ao mesmo tempo, muito perto de Corralejo. Eu recomendo alugar um carro, por exemplo, em Cicar, eles fornecem para o hotel, preços muito baixos, estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes do complexo. Eu recomendo a todos que valorizam uma boa localização, praias brilhantes, serviço amigável e não exigem condições ideais nos quartos. Junho de 2018, junho de 2019 - bangalô.

We had a fabulous week here at this large complex right next to the beach. We thought we would have a small closet room for the price we paid but we had an apartment right next to a second swimming pool. The apartments are separate from the main hotel, like a small village, awesome. You can use the hotels facilties as well, we were all inclusive, identified by a red wristband. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The food, we thought was awesome, such variety, mainly buffet style which I love, you can eat whatever you fancy. There are also two separate restaurants, one Asian and other canary style food. There was entertainment every night and sun every day, what more could you want. The hotel is approximately 30 minutes away from the airport. The town is a short bus ride away, you can walk there in about 30 minutes depending on fitness. Lots to do and see in town with a lovely harbour. At the hotel complex we were lucky to see three camels and a family of goats. I will finish by saying, we wish we were still there for all of February.

This place is a dump. The brochure is lying. I am here at the moment and had to change room twice. I cant fault the staff. They have tried their best. They admitted the hotel was "old" and never refurbished. But told me to take or up with TUI as they always thought this place was miss-sold. Avoid like the plague. Try somewhere else.

Really enjoyed a cheeky week away in November 19. All the staff at this hotel are wonderful. friendly and always have a smile. The food is good, plenty of choice for everyones taste. The cleaning staff keep all the areas of the hotel spotlessly clean, including all the pool ares. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with great views over the beach. I cant believe this hotel is only rated 3 stars. The only thing I can think of which isnt really a negative is the hotel corridors outside the bedrooms could do with an update..Great holiday at this hotel and will definately return.

We have had an 11 night stay at this hotel and have really enjoyed our time here. The staff work really hard to keep guest happy, the grounds and rooms clean. Stayed in an Annex Room which was spacious and had a beautiful terrace area overlooking the Sand Dunes. Food is what you would expect for an All Inclusive, but each meal we all managed to find something we liked. The pool side area was relaxing and no need to get up early to get a sunbed as always plenty available. Pools are nice and the beach front location gets 5* from me. Yes the hotel is dated and you can see the areas that need attention, but dont let this put you off as the rest of the facilities and activities far out weigh this. The Entertainment Team work hard, during the day there are multiple activities for all guest to try. The evening entertainment was nothing special in all honesty, but no worse than any other All Inclusive I have stayed in. Would recommend this hotel to families.

OK it may be in need of a little TLC in places but that aside this hotel is perfect for couples and families alike. Food was good and freshly prepared with plenty of variety each day. Highly recommend the snails and rabbit if you are lucky enough to get offered them. The catering and room service staff are excellent and work exceptionally hard. The evening entertainment was not our thing but seemed to be popular with many of the guests. Would definitely consider returning next year.

Me ha gustado mucho el hotel voy a describir mi experiencia, lo mejor sin duda son las vistas, no se pueden explicar sólo se puedo decir que las veas por ti mismo, el paraje es espectacular un sitio muy recomendable y tranquilo, ahora hablo del hotel, el personal es de 10 no hay una sola queja de ninguno de ellos, son amables y simpátic@s de lo mejor que he conocido, luego la limpieza otro 10 junto a la comida mi experiencia es de 4 noches y la comida no se repitió ningún día, hay bastante variedad y tienen cocina al momento de carne y pescado. Luego está la animación del hotel, actividades todo el día no tienes tiempo de aburrirte si te quedas en el hotel. Esto ha sido lo mejor, lo peor desde mi punto de vista y experiencia es lo antiguo que se ha quedado el hotel es un hotel que en los años 80/90 tuvo que ser de lujo, pero a día de hoy no lo es por eso un 3 estrellas, para empezar las moquetas por todo el pasillo y habitación... Muy viejas y dañadas por el tiempo la TV es de 22" cómo mucho parece un monitor de pc de hecho creo que era el mismo que el mío XD, luego hay enchufes en mal estado y el wc estaba despegado que cuándo te sientas en él parecías estar en una atracción (no exagero aunque sea andaluz), la decoración atrás en el tiempo al igual que el hotel las camas están bien pero recomiendo encarecidamente almohadas nuevas o que os llevéis unas vosotr@s mism@s ya que para mí el descanso es primordial. Otro punto negativo es el wi-fi sólo en sitios comunes cómo bares/restaurantes/piscina y salas en habitaciones no hay wi-fi sólo datos y poca cobertura al menos con mi compañía, mi puntuación es un 4/5 tiene muchas cosas buenas pero también alguna mala desde mi punto de vista. Espero que os ayude con ésta experiencia.

Pessoal atencioso, comida muito boa, condições do resort muito boas, bares para bebidas e snaks sempre a bombar. Muito bom.

Me gusta en primer lugar por su ubicación en un paraje precioso. La proximidad a la playa. Las comidas. Pero, sin lugar a dudas, lo mejor su personal. Todos encantadores, cercanos, amables, educados, colaboradores, atentos a resolver tus dudas y necesidades....me reitero: lo mejor. Vinimos seis personas de una misma familia que llevamos muchos años pasando esta semana en otra zona de Fuerteventura. Todos estamos de acuerdo en que mientras los precios y lo sigan poniendo a nuestro alcance, será nuestro destino para nuestras vacaciones majoreras. Pero ya no sólo para nuestra semana de junio: ya estamos haciendo planes para volver en octubre, me reitero, si las condiciones económicas siguen siendo las que han sido para esta ocasión! Gracias a todos y cada uno de los que nos habéis hecho esta semana tan agradable. GRACIAS! HASTA PRONTO, ESPERO!!!

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que hemos (utilizo el plural porque mi mujer y yo tenemos la misma opinión con respecto a este sitio) estado y, aunque marca 3 estrellas, está muy por encima. Íbamos en régimen de Todo Incluido, muy habitual en el hotel, con pulserita para mayores y otra distinta para menores. Al día siguiente de llegar nos dejaron en la habitación una botella pequeña de cava y dos bombones. Sorpresa agradable. Habitación doble, amplia, con mantas (¡!) en el armario, TV grande, nevera, un pequeño balcón con vista al mar, buen baño y agua caliente a tutiplén. El hotel dispone de un edificio con unas 420 habitaciones y una zona con apartamentos/pisitos en una zona ajardinada con parque infantil. Tiene 2 piscinas, una en cada zona. 2 restaurantes generalistas, uno para cada zona, aparte de un restaurante oriental en la ajardinada y otro de tipo canario en el edificio. La comida muy buena, comparable a cualquier hotel de 4 estrellas sin problema, con bebidas variadas, zumos, postres a repertorio, etc. Aparte hay 4 snack-bar repartidos sabiamente, 3 en la zona de la piscina grande, que, aparte de bebidas tienen comidas "normalitas": pasta, hamburguesas, patatas, fiambre, y varias cosas para preparar ensaladas. En la zona de edificio hay una piscina grande muy bien cuidada, con otra piscina complementaria para niños y un Jacuzzi en un lateral. Multitud de tumbonas y sombrillas y te dan toallas para la piscina. La playa a unos 150 metros, arena genial, playa genial, sin masificar, tumbonas y sombrillas de alquiler (no tienen relación con el hotel) a unos 6 euros diarios todo. El agua de mar buenísima, casi todo el años entre 20-21 grados, con oleaje. Hay actividades recreativas en el hotel, por la mañana (casi todas relacionadas con la piscina y la playa), por la tarde (más variadas) y por la noche (música, canciones, teatro, baile). Wi-Fi. Dispone de médico y enfermería, peluquería, gimnasio (a actualizar), 3 tiendas (1 es un pequeño supermercado), aseos por todas partes y pequeños entretenimientos para los niños. Genial nuestra estancia de 12 días en él. Repetiríamos, si estuviera más cerca Fuerteventura, sin ninguna duda. Pegas por si a alguien le afecta ésto: Fuerteventura es una isla de bastante viento, todo el día, todos los días; el hotel está un poco anticuado y, de hecho, lo van a reformar por fases; el hotel está aislado, en el Parque Regional de las Dunas de Corralejo (preciosoy original entorno), pero para ir a Corralejo (como a unos 10 minutos), la localidad más cercana, hay que coger un autobús o un taxi (por unos 6 euros). El Check-In es a las 15 horas (obviamente variable) y el Check-Out a las 11. Nos venían a recoger a las 16 y nos permitieron hacer vida normal hasta las 14 horas sin problema. Muy buena gente y muy buen servicio. Lo recomiendo sin reserva ninguna.

Great hotel for a family! Family condos, many places to eat at any time of the day. Food and drinks are included in the prices, so you don't need to hassle with money. Nice pool area and you can take a dip on the Atlantic also! The main hotel has smaller rooms for a more adult taste. Our kid turned 7 during our stay and we sure were surprised!
