We were given an upgrade to a superior room with king bed. That was great. But they provide ear plugs for a reason. Large spotless, spacious rooms. Friendly efficient staff at reasonable prices. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Quartos amplos e imaculados, espaçosos. Funcionários eficientes e simpáticos a preços razoáveis. Eu recomendo dar a este lugar uma chance.

Convenient location right in the middle of town in Tamworth. Close to local stores. The room was amazing considering the price and the room was extremely comfortable. The design is great and secure. Convenient location right in the middle of town in Tamworth. Close to local stores. The room was amazing considering the price and the room was extremely comfortable. The design is great and secure. Beautiful, comfortable quiet and warm hotel.Pleasant and friendly staff. Top location. Would have been 5 stars but a light was out in our room. I let them know and they offered to change it but it being 9pm I said not necessary. Bonito, confortável hotel tranquilo e acolhedor. Pessoal agradável e amigável. Localização superior. Teria sido 5 estrelas, mas uma luz estava no nosso quarto. Eu os avisei e eles se ofereceram para alterá-lo, mas sendo 21h, eu disse que não era necessário.

I’m sure this review is very much expected from the hotel however I would like to emphasise just how horrendous this stay was. After discovering the room was infested with mould, particularly under the bed and lounge, I had to ask staff several times to clean it before it was moderately cleaned. I was going to leave it and not go back to this hotel again moving forward but just after checkout the hotel emailed and accused me of damaging the lounge, which they had clearly not cleaned for likely months prior to my stay and charged me $1500 for damages. After questioning this with the hotel I have now been refunded the money, however, if I did not have images of the mould, I likely would have been scammed for $1500. Please make sure to take photos of everything, for your own safety or better yet, rethink your stay! Stayed here during a work trip to Tamworth. This hotel was located in a very central location. The room was modern, clean and tidy. This hotel also has a bar and restaurant but didn’t have time to try these out. hospedado aqui durante uma viagem de trabalho para Tamworth.
