Bom hotel, moderno, quartos espaçosos e empregados simpáticos! Recomendo!

Excellent value hotel on multiple bus routes making travelling around easy. The rooms were adequate and there was a lovely roof deck. Was missing a set of towels upon arrival but the front desk had them sent up immediately. You can't ask for more!

The room we got was nice but was not the cleanest. Stained floor and generally not the best taken care of. We first got our keys to a room and they didn't work. I went and got new keys to our room opened the door and the room was already occupied. We apparently had the right keys the first time but the wrong room number was given to us. Not the biggest deal but nothing was done to compensate or make up for the problem. The room had been cleaned but not extremely well and the carpet was very obviously stained and not well taken care of even though it was a newer room and hotel. Overall not the best experience but not the worst. Most likely will not return unfortunately.

Chegamos ao nosso quarto, apenas para descobrir que não havia água quente no quarto. Eles rapidamente nos mudaram para outro quarto e o supervisor de arrumação teve a gentileza de me ajudar com minha bagagem. Quando o supervisor e eu chegamos à nova sala, descobrimos que não havia eletricidade naquela sala. Eles rapidamente nos mudaram para um terceiro quarto que foi um upgrade do que recebemos originalmente, mas esse quarto não tinha água fria. O supervisor de limpeza foi capaz de reparar o problema de fora do quarto, mas apesar do incrível esforço da equipe para endireitar tudo, não posso em sã consciência recomendar este hotel a qualquer pessoa quando há três grandes problemas elétricos e hidráulicos consecutivos . O gerente do hotel se comprometeu verbalmente a nos reembolsar pela estadia, portanto, considerando os esforços de boa fé de todos os envolvidos para garantir que fomos tratados de maneira justa, darei a eles uma classificação de duas estrelas. Assim que o reembolso do reembolso chegar, atualizaremos a avaliação e a classificação.

This was a mixed experience, but there were some major issues that led to my rating. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff was great. We got to our room, only to discover there was no hot water in the room. They quickly changed us to another room and the housekeeping supervisor was kind enough to help me with my luggage. When the supervisor and I got to the new room, we discovered there was no electricity going to that room. They quickly got us switched to a third room which was an upgrade from what we got originally, but that room didn't have any cold water. The housekeeping supervisor was able to repair the issue from outside the room, but despite the amazing effort from the staff to straighten everything out I can't in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone when there are three major electrical and plumbing issues back to back. The hotel manager gave a verbal commitment to refund us for the stay though, so factoring in the good faith efforts from everyone involved to make sure we were treated fairly, I will give them a two star rating. Once the refund refund comes through we will update the review and rating.

Fiquei neste hotel há 5 anos para uma convenção. Gostei muito e decidi ficar lá para passar férias em DC. Quando cheguei me disseram que o restaurante não estaria aberto durante toda a minha estadia. O hotel poderia ter me ligado antes da estadia para me notificar sobre esse desenvolvimento e me dar a opção de não ficar lá. Uma razão pela qual escolhi o hotel foi porque, como viajante individual, eu poderia facilmente fazer uma refeição, especialmente à noite. Isso arruinou as férias porque eu tive que caminhar por toda DC para encontrar restaurantes abertos. A piscina também estava fechada, embora o site ainda o anuncia como uma comodidade. O quarto estava com móveis quebrados e uma enorme mancha no tapete. Eu comuniquei tudo isso a vários membros da equipe e você acha que eles ofereceriam algum tipo de compensação por isso, mas não.

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago for a convention. I really liked it and decided to stay there for a vacation to DC. When I arrived I was told there that the restaurant would not be open for my entire stay. The hotel could have called me ahead of the stay to notify me of this development and give me the option to not stay there. One reason I picked the hotel was because as a solo traveler, I could easily get a meal especially at night. This ruined the vacation because I had to trek all over DC to find open restaurants.The pool was also closed although the website still advertises it as an amenity.The room was run down with broken furniture and a huge stain on the rug. I communicated all of this to multiple staff members and you think they would offer some sort of compensation for this, but no.

Our room was spotless and everything was in order when we got there. The location is very close to the museums so it was very nice to be able to get back and forth. They have a small dining area thats open for diner and a bar. The only thing an issue is the customer service there is pretty cold. We spoke to one gentleman who was very helpful, but the ladies at the front were cut and dry. We called down to ask about checkout the morning of and she answered our question but then hung up in the middle of my husband thanking her. It’s not the end of the world but it just struck us as odd. I also witnessed only 1 waitress doing bar and waiting in the dining area. She was running herself all over trying to help everyone while 3 people stood behind the front desk. Is this normal? Perhaps they could help out with drinks and small things?

Primeira vez que ao invés de ganhar um upgrade, ganho um downgrade. Fiquei em um quarto grande, espaçoso, bem gostoso mas o ar condicionado estava quebrado e nao desligava, passamos uma noite no frio e nos mudaram para um quarto menor. Nunca vi isso. Recomendo mas fiquem espertos.

El hotel esta bien pero el cobro por el parking es excesivamente caro. Para mi sorpresa me dijeron que en Washington no hay parkings gratis pero di caros. JAMAS VUELVO A IR DE PASEO A WASHINGTON!!! NO VALE LA PENA !!

VIP parking, see photos. Pull up to sidewalk and guy will assist you. Do not use the colonial garage right there. Anyway, hotel itself was quite nice and good location. I walked to the theatre and back at night just fine. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom has an interesting design, kind of over the top. As for front desk I had no problems with staff. Price was reasonable. I'd recommend this place.

Por favor NO vayan a este hotel sobre todo si son mujeres solas!!! Hay una red de tráfico s3xual funcionando en esta cadena de hoteles a través de todo EEUU, lo que explica muchas de las malas reseñas. Investiguen a fondo antes de alojarse en cualquier hotel.

Es muy bueno, buen trato recibido El valet parking los dos que interactuamos son muy buenas personas. Arriba tiene algo que no se su nombre que nos calienta y contrarresta un poco el frío.

Muy cómodas habitaciones y espaciosas, tienen parking en la parte baja, (pagando ).Las cómodas y enormes camas son excelente para parejas.El precio es bueno.Para pasar varias noches en WDC este hotel lo recomiendo para grupos, parejas, familia.Tiene piscina y gym, la vista es muy acogedora desde el techo puedes ver hasta el Capitolio.

Un hotel bussiness promedio, el precio es muy alto para lo que ofrece. Le hace falta mantenimiento, hab 406 tenía este detalle en el baño, y de los cajones de la cómoda el superior está bloqueado. Estuvimos 4 noches. La primera el ruido (gritos, risas, etc) de la habitacion 408 contigua no nos permitió descansar. No regresaremos
