Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência tão horrível. Fizemos o check-in e assim que entramos havia um vazamento no banheiro e o quarto tinha mofo preto. Assim que relatei isso, eles mencionaram que sabiam disso, mas não conseguiram consertar isso a tempo! Um vazamento e mofo preto não é algo que você queira esperar para resolvê-lo. Como estávamos subindo as escadas para o nosso quarto havia muita comida de noites anteriores e insetos no chão. Além disso, inicialmente, quando reservei este hotel pela primeira vez, reservei uma cama king size e acabei abrindo mão de 2 camas de casal. 🙃 2 noites depois, a comida ainda está lá.

Excelente hote, ótimas instalações e café da manhã

Unfortunately, we had such a horrible experience. We checked in and as soon as we entered there was a leak in the bathroom and the bedroom had black mold. As soon as I reported this they mentioned they knew about it but were not able to fix this on time! A leak and black mold is not something you want to wait on to address it. As we were walking up stairs to our room there was a lot of food from previous nights and bugs on the floor. Also, initially when I first booked this hotel I booked it for a king size bed and ended up giving up a 2 full beds. 🙃 2 nights later the food is still there.... never again will I be booking with this company ever again.

Os quartos precisam de uma reforma, assim como os corredores do hotel. O serviço é ok, mas o gerente repreendeu a garota na recepção na minha frente, foi estranho. Tem muitos jardins e isso lhe confere uma vista e formato únicos em Guadalajara. A umidade nos quartos é terrível, porém eles mudaram meu quarto e o café da manhã é ok. A academia é muito pequena, mas funcional.

Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación, al igual que el hotel en pasillos. El servicio ok, pero la gerente regaño a la chica de recepción enfrente de mi, fue un incómodo. Tiene muchos jardines y eso le da una vista y formato único en Guadalajara. La humedad en las habitaciones es terrible, no obstante me cambiaron mi habitación y el desayuno está ok. El gym es muy pequeño pero funcional.

Todo bien, habitaciones amplias y limpias, los jardines muy lindos. Necesita un poco de mantenimiento el hotel pero esta bien.

Excelente local, quartos muito agradáveis, excelentes jardins e zonas verdes. Todos os seus funcionários muito simpáticos, e o pequeno-almoço de cortesia é muito rico e variado. Eu recomendo.

Mala opción de hospedaje:1) La recepcionista con caras atendiendo 2) la luz se estuvo yendo en varias ocasiones y por periodos de 20 min aprox. Tanto en la noche como por la mañana. 3) Había moscos y un compañero encontró una cucaracha en su habitación 4) Ni qué decir de que las habitaciones tienen una decoración "vintage" de mal gusto. 5) La fruta del desayuno no se veía en buen estadoEn verdad deberían hacer algo al respecto con el lugar. Deja mucho que desear.Hasta aquí mi reporte.

El servicio del personal es excelente. El desayuno cumple su proposito. El area de oportunidad está en la limpieza de las habitaciones que necesitan un poco mas de esmero.

Deja mucho que desear, me avia ospedado en el de acueducto. Pensando que este seria igual de comodas las habitacionesY al entregarme mi habitacion quede con muy mal gusto. Tube que cancelar no me importo perder lo de una noche.

Excelente lugar, muy lindas las habitaciones, excelentes jardines y áreas verdes. Todo su personal muy amable, y el desayuno de cortesía está muy rico y variado. Lo recomiendo altamente.

Você pede serviço de quarto e eles trocam as carnes nos pratos que você pediu, você pede gelo e eles nunca trazem, eles "dizem" onde está a máquina para você se servir, mas você nunca a encontra. As localizações dos quartos não são bem sinalizadas e o café da manhã é um "restaurante" que se sobrepõe à área da recepção, estava uma delícia!

O hotel não é a melhor qualidade, mas também não é a pior.Prós: É tranquilo e inclui café da manhã. Inclui vários lugares para guardar suas roupas. Fica perto de um sete e um Oxxo.Contras: Ele não tem uma TV inteligente. no meu quarto a água dava descarga no vaso sanitário e eu denunciei mas eles não foram, faltaram várias coisas no quarto, eu não tinha telefone ou tomada para a banheira, tive que pedir essas coisas durante o fique.Se vai ficar muito tempo, lembre-se que terá de pedir em cada entrada, quase garantido, que formate o seu cartão para poder entrar no quarto.

El hotel no es de la mejor calidad, pero tampoco es de los peores.Pros: es silencioso y te incluye el desayuno. Incluye varios lugares para guardar tu ropa. Queda cerca de un seven y un Oxxo.Contras: No tiene tele inteligente. en mi habitación se tiraba el agua en el escusado y lo reportaba pero no iban, faltaban varias cosas en la habitación, no tenía teléfono ni tapón para la tina, tuve que ir pidiendo esas cosas en el transcurso de la estadía.Si vas a estadías largas mentaliza que tendrás que pedir en cada entrada casi asegurado que te formateen la tarjeta para poder entrar al cuarto.

Pides servicio al cuarto y te cambian las carnes en los platillos que pediste, pides hielo y nunca lo llevan, te "dicen" donde esta la maquina para que tu te sirvas, pero nunca la encuentras.No están señalados bien las ubicaciones de los cuartos y el desayuno es un "restaurante" que medio sobreponen en el área recepción,estuvo rico!

Boa localização, barato, pequeno-almoço buffet muito bom. Hotel e os quartos são antigos, mas limpos, bom serviço. A academia é muito limitada, mas se você perguntar na recepção, eles permitem que você use o quarto do Holiday Inn, que fica ao lado.

Horrible customer service, don’t validate deals they say they will, RUDE staff, disgusting rooms. Horrible phone customer service as well. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. DONT WASTE your money at all.

WYNDHAM, NOT DISINFECTING OR CLEANING ROOM FOR WEEKS DURING A PANDEMIC, BUT THEY STILL PUT YOU IN THAT SPACE AND WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, IF YOU DO NOT COMPLAIN (see pictures). My worst time ever in a Wyndham. Very disappointed and it doesn't matter if you have been a member to the rewards for years. My stay was 1 night, December 21th. 2021, two rooms. One was a special PET room for me and my little dog, which they charge you extra, and that is understandable. But when I entered the room it was confirmed that they never disinfected. There was no door sticker claiming to be cleaned. This is during a pandemic. Then I noticed the bathroom, and it definitely looked like it hasn't been clean in weeks (see pictures). I couldn't believe they just put you in such a room and do not care. With covid time, one is used to travel and work from hotels, Not only to rest. And they did not have a proper chair to work. Instead they just put in that room a garden outdoors chair. I mean come on. The solution after my complaints was to move me to a different room at 10pm. And when I asked to cancel because of the conditions, they said they can, but will charge me everything anyway. What a joke. Then the manager at night said that I might talk to the manager in the morning and ask for a refund or discount. When I do this, the morning manager didn't even want to talk to me. She just said because they moved me, no refund or discount is valid. But when I ask for a cancelation, they tell you they will charge you anyway. So they kind if just corner you to stay or throw your money away and get a different hotel. Impressive and very disappointed as this was a family trip and also working remotely during these difficult times. What a great support Wyndham.... this is sarcasm. Español Pésima mi estancia en Wyndham Guaralajara Expo. Una decepción y sin importar ser miembro de Wyndham rewards. Mi estancia fue de del Diciembre 21, 2021 al 22. 1 noche 2 habitaciones. Una de ellas era para mi mascota, un perro pequeño. Por la cual te hacen un cargo extra. Eso se entiende. Al entrar al cuarto no solo se confirmó que no se trató de desinfectar durante época de pandemia. No tenía el sello en la puerta. Baños y muebles con semanas sin limpiar. Aquí hay fotografías. Además, uno no solo viene a descansar, también tenía que trabajar y no había silla adecuada. Era una silla de jardin. Es la única vez me ha pasado algo así en un Wyndham. La solución después de mis quejas fue moverme a un cuarto a las 10pm. El gerente de la noche sugirió hablar con el de la mañana para un reembolso o descuento. En la mañana, al intentar esto, por prácticamente ponerme en una habitación contaminada, me dicen que no, porque si me movieron a otra. La cuestión es que cuando uno trata de cancelar por que la habitación no está en condiciones sanitarias, aun y cuando ellos ya te metieron ahí. La respuesta es, si cancelas, se te cobra todo. Que gran apoyo... sarcasmo. FLM

Hotel is nice, could use some renovations. The room was very clean and the staff is very friendly. The problem is the internet. All across the hotel the average download speed was ~3mbps download and 1.8 mbps upload. In the room the signal was spotty at best and would constantly disconnect. I would not stay there again for a work trip. For a vacation? Maybe

Building is not new but it's got all you really need! There is a gym, american buffet breakfast for most part of the morning (delicious by the way), pool and very complete rooms. I personally have been very comfortable and feel fulfilled with the service here. Good location in the city to head out on different sets of excursions.

This is one of the best dog friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms are perfectly set up for traveling with a dog. With the beautiful and spacious courtyard we spent more time than expected sitting on the porch or playing outside. The pool area is beautiful and heated to a reasonable temperature and we can’t speak highly enough about the daily breakfast. It was a difficult decision of which delicious thing you wanted, but luckily you could get as much of what ever you wanted. 😍 we will definitely return here for our annual trip to Guadalajara.

Although the building is a bit tired and could do with refurbishing, it is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are efficient and friendly, the sanitation measures are excellent and the parking is safe. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast (which is served in the adjoining Holiday Inn building). I think that we will be back but hopefully some improvements will be made to the rooms by then. The gardens are beautiful, well kept and a tranquil space which can be enjoyed from each balcony or verandah.
