I had a two night stay at this hotel and was impressed with its location (a minute walk from Times Square) and its interior, which was mainly a black marble effect. The staff were helpful with a couple of queries I had and the check in/check out process was quick and easy. The room I was in was a decent size to say it was just for me. I don't know what the room prices are like because I booked a multi-center holiday, of which New York was stop one. Sadly the restaurant was closed but luckily there's no shortage of eating spots nearby. In the lobby there's also a little gift shop that had a good selection of snacks and cold drinks, at reasonable prices.

I’d you want to be close to where all the action is you cannot beat the location. Excellent service by the staff and the room was a good size and clean. Would have rated higher but the beds were just not comfortable for us. The mattresses were very hard and if you are the type who likes the comfort of a warm duvet or comforter in the middle of winter there aren’t any. Just sheets and a thin blanket so you’ll need to crank the heat up

Hotel muito bem localizado, desde que você tenha paciência de andar na Times Square sempre lotada, e tem um bom atendimento - quando precisei da front desk, fui rapidamente atendido (inclusive para troca de quarto pois o que me deram no check-in estava com muito cheiro de cigarro). Se você for fazer a Maratona de Nova Iorque, esse hotel é excelente pois fica próximo da saída dos ônibus.

Would not recommend staying here to anyway. The pictures posted by the hotel are deceiving and not an accurate representation of the actual rooms, Or at least the room we received. Upon arriving we were told our room Wasn’t ready and to come in an hour - mind you we arrived at 6:00pm. When we were finally able to check in after dinner we were less than thrilled with the accommodations. The mattresses were stiff as a board, the linens were paper thin, the pillows were thin, water damage and mold in the bathroom. Want to charge your devices? Don’t worry there’s an old outdated power strip for that. The furniture was broken and doors to the cabinet were missing. For over $450 a night the room was TERRIBLE! I immediately started looking for a new place to stay, checked out the next day and will never return. Location means a lot but if you don’t even feel like can relax and feel comfortable in a $450+ per night hotel room…location means nothing. How do I get a refund for the 13 hours I stayed is what I would like to know.

The location is absolutely convenient especially if you travel with kids but you need to digest the fact that you pay a price of 5 star hotel for a motel. If you are ok with that, you will enjoy. Don’t raise the bar, you will be disappointed! If you have a window in your room and you can see outside, that’s consider city view in booking. Don’t expect to see Times Square! Also what you book, does not mean that’s what you get! We booked two twin bed and we got one king and one rolled bed. They said they will change but next day they said they are 100% sold out. The iron board had nasty stained on it. The bathroom floor tiles were broken. Bath room light had missing lamps. Carpet was dirty. As I said its a motel, runs with minimum maintenance and maximum charge! I also don’t need you put the print out message and thanks me for my review.

Es un hotel clásico, hay que tenerlo en cuenta, no es que sea malo lo único que es clásico y hay que saber apreciarlo. El personal muy atento y simpático salvo una empleada que nos quería cobrar 30$/día por cambiarnos a una habitación más alta.

This is a great spot to stay in if you're exploring midtown Manhattan. A few blocks walk in any direction will get you food, entertainment, and subway access. Times Square and great shopping nearby. The rooms are a little dated, but adequate and nice. Secure, fast elevators were awesome. Didn't try the restaurant in the hotel. Hotel car service was great too and quick.

A la vuelta de una excursión al mediodía encontramos -sin previo aviso- un empleado del hotel (o alguien fingiendo serlo) dentro de la habitación diciendo que estaba comprobando una filtración de agua. La puerta no había sido forzada y el cuarto estaba en orden así que no sospechamos. Posteriormente descubrimos que nos habían robado dinero del equipaje. Esto dice poco en favor de la seguridad de este hotel. Poco más que decir de este sitio. No se alojen aquí

Impressed with everything. Check in and out were both smooth. Concierge, security and front desk all very friendly and helpful. Our room was great and with a view of Times Square that can't be beat. And this may be the first comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. The pillows were perfect too. If I ever return to NYC (and I hope I do) I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Also, right across the road is a wonderful deli with the best subs and breakfasts.

This hotel is in a great location. It does the job if you get it for a reasonable price. It was clearly a very nice hotel many years ago and is now very outdated. If you are just coming back to the room to sleep and shower it's not a bad option if the price is right just don't expect a lot. They also offer to check your bags while you walk around which was nice, but after they ran out of room in the storage room they just placed luggage in the lobby with a security cable. That didn't seem very secure to me.

Llegamos el este jueves y nos vamos mañana Domingo sin embargo en el vuelo de las 11:00pm, por lo que acudí a la recepción para añadir una noche a donde la empleada TIFFANNY, quien estaba en turno. Hablo ambos idiomas, sin embargo mi idioma principal es el Español, por lo que le pregunte si hablaba español a lo que hizo muecas y me contesto “ HELL NO” así que le pregunte por si tenía a la empleada que me había atendido el jueves, que hablaba español y me dijo “ yesterday is not today, we do not speak Spanish here.” E hizo muecas nuevamente. Procedo a irme del counter por su actitud PÉSIMA Y ARROGANTE. Cuando me volteo, le comenta a la empleada de alado “ oh lord i cant with the white woman that speak spanish“ expresión con odio, discrimen y con burla. Voy en la tarde y le pregunto su nombre y me lo dice y me hace burla junto a la empleada de alado, pensando que no entiendo inglés. Procedemos a ir a donde la gerente, a lo que muy deficientemente nos contesto que nunca había tenido quejas de ella y ni le importó resolvernos la situación y hacernos sentir a gusto. El servicio al cliente es PÉSIMO!!!!! Estamos en el Siglo XXI y en este Hotel hay gente que aún no entiende que las personas hablan español e inglés, se conocen como BILINGÜES, cosa que deberían ser el personal de este Pésimo hotel. Y que la raza y el color de las personas no tienen nada que ver con si es alguien mejor o no, tampoco importa si es mujer o no.A su vez, es un hotel que discrimina, se burla y NO le importa resolver los problemas que tienen sus huéspedes. Es un hotel Que tiene un PESIMOS servicio al cliente, los cuartos NO son como proyectan en las fotos y tampoco tienen atracciones dentro del mismo. Es un hotel que no le importan sus huéspedes y lamentablemente, es un hotel NO INCLUSIVO Y QUE DISCRIMINA con la mujer blanca, con la mujer que sea bilingüe y con que sea una mujer quien acuda a la recepción. Pésimo servicio y experiencia. Tanto con la empleada TIFFANY y la gente de turno. Estoy en el Hotel aún y cuando me vaya, no tengo pensado regresar.

Our review will be honest on all fronts.First off…. The staff at this hotel is amazing, from the concierge, bellmen and house keeping.All of them are helpful, knowledgeable on the city and always willing to help you.They also make very good recommendations on restaurants and fun spots to go!Too notch employees!Now…. For the hotel experience.1.The rooms are much smaller in person, then in the pictures. 2.The amenities are not good.For paying over $200 a night, there is no refrigerator or microwave to heat up leftovers.New York is expensive and it is a shame you can’t take your food back to your room and heat up later. 3.There are not enough plugs around the beds to charge your phones.We had to plug them up across the room. 4.I tried to take a bath and the water was green/grey.Couldn’t tell which color but I could not take a bath after a long day of walking. 5.They provide robes that are wonderful.Soft, thick and cozy. 6.The shower is extremely small BUT the water pressure is fantastic and the water heats up quickly and stays hot for the whole shower. 7.The hotel is placed in a perfect location.Two minutes from Time Square and the restaurants around there are all great, including the street food.The overall stay was a good experience, they just need to update a bit.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. How this hotel had 4 stars is absolutely beyond me. Do NOT be mislead by the website pictures. The lobby looks swanky and gives you the impression you’re staying in a decent hotel, until you walk in your room. The entirety of the room has probably not been updated or touched since the hotels inception. The paint is literally peeling off the walls to start. It smells musty and weird. The bathroom. Oh the bathroom. Mold all over the tiles in the shower. The tub was GROSS. The stopper for the tub was broken off. The shower didn’t drain well so you had to bathe in 4-5 inches of filthy water in a dirty tub. The carpet was absolutely repulsive; covered in stains and extremely gritty and sticky. Probably why the room smelled so weird. And despite the A/C unit saying it was set on 65, nothing but warm air would blow out making a gross room even more unbearable. Broken, outdated furniture. Bed like a brick and pillows as thin as paper. Horrible, HORRIBLE experience that I do not recommend to anyone. Do not waste your money on this hotel. There are many more options just as close and in the same price range. To make it worse, when we received the “survey” from the hotel, we filled it out to submit and it conveniently stated that the website was no longer active to submit responses to as soon as we finished. So here I am, hoping someone will see this and avoid the same trip we had.

Habitacion anticuada con vistas a la zona de maquinaria y ventilacion con un ruido constante. Además de pagar la habitación luego te repercuten 34 euros diarios por facility,.básicamente por tener una cafetera en la habitación. Lo único bueno del hotel es que está junto a Times square.

Cuando consigo reclamar nos dicen desde la agencia que estamos hospedados en otro hotel que el nuestro es Millenium Premier y que sí tiene desayuno. Increíble que te recepcionen en un hotel y te digan que has perdido tu desayuno que reclames a tu agencia cuando habíamos contratado el hotel de al lado y en mucho mejor estado y más nuevo.Habitaciones con limpieza pésima.. nada más subir a la habitación había un tenedor en la mesa y uñas en el lavavo pero lo peor de todo que la última noche nos bloquean la tarjeta de la habitación y nos dicen en recepción que no la tenemos contratada cuando en el bono de la agencia si aparecía que la fecha de salida era al dia siguiente.Llaman al jefe de recepción, nos hacen pasar una vergüenza que no deseo a nadie y me hacen pagar la habitación aún hablando con mi agencia alegando que es un problema del proveedor. Ha costado dos semanas que me devuelvan el dinero que pague de esa noche. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie, prestar una buena atención y empatia hacia unos clientes que vienen de turismo es algo primordial.

The location was amazing. So central to Times Square and everything around it. The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated, and the bed was a bit hard for my tastes, but I've been sleeping on a purple hybrid mattress for over a year, so that could just be me. Also, the bathroom did not have a vent fan. So the bathroom steamed up quite a bit. Overall I would still stay at this hotel again. Very convenient!

Pros: the staffat this hotel is very accommodating and very welcoming. Location is niceCons: the view would have been nicer if the windows were clean. No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. Rooms are very dated. I had to switch rooms between reservations- my first room was missing a lamp and one of the remaining two didn’t work. My second room had broken/worn drawers in the bureau. Bathrooms have peeling paint.The elevator situation is ridiculous. First few days it seemed only two worked, leaving huge lines all the time. The last few days one of them started working again, but it could take 15 minutes just to get on one. Coming down a nightmare- stopping at every floor from 40-16 because so few available.I also booked the Macy’s special and didn’t get the actual Macy’s gift card.Like I said before, the staff is great, but conditions would keep me from staying here ever again.

Me parece un hotel indigno, el Millennium Broadway Hotel 145 West 44th Street New York, NY 10036, reservamos una estancia de varios días, y con más de 10 días de antelación, cancelamos la reserva por no poder viajar, por ello nos enviaron una carta agradeciendo nuestra comunicación y asignándonos incluso un numero de cancelación,pero sin embargo nos cargaron 110 euros en la tarjeta de crédito, a pesar de que en su página web anuncian que no habrácargo alguno si se realiza la cancelación al menos con dos días anterior al de la reserva. A pesar de todos los correos que he mantenido con ellos durante meses, enviándoles justificante del cargo e incluso yendo al hotel personalmente, me aseguran que no encuentran el cargo. He presentado en el banco una denuncia como fraude para que me devuelvan ese dinero, veremos si lo conseguimos.

El hotel es antiguo y caro. Ruidoso porque estas en pleno Times Square aún estando en planta alta. Cama incómoda. La habitación amplia pero algo sucia y antigua. Certainly some cosmetic issues present in the room. No room based tea and coffee facility is a first in any hotel I've stayed in and something you just kind of expect so I'd say its absence is pretty poor. That said for the price and location it's a great hotel, I slept well most nights and I'm a light sleeper.The room was spacious and tidy and we had no major issues. I would recommend to anyone wanting to explore New York without paying a fortune for accommodation.

Teníamos reservada habitación para Enero, tuvimos que aplazar el viaje, avisamos con 15 días de antelación y aun así, nos hicieron un cargo de110 €,a pesar de decir en la reserva que si avisábamos antes de 2 días no había gastos de cancelación. Hablamos con ellos, nos dan la razón pero no conseguimos que nos devuelvan el dinero. The hotel needs major renovation. The furniture in the room is old and broken or just completely worn, and the bathrooms look grimy on the walls, including leaking faucets. That said, the bed was comfortable and things were left clean, but it would be nice if some level of money was spent to revamp the elevator and hotel furniture. It shows you care. You have the best workers in the world! Your team is amazing. Let the furniture reflect that. Redo the panels of the elevator and put in new furniture in each room.Hotel amenities and guest room were issues. My key did not work for part of my stay and it took 4 visits to the front desk to finally have the issue resolved.However, hotels should reflect a home away from home. Broken furniture which I took pictures of because I have never seen furniture so worn and unusable in any hotel I have stayed in before. It seems like making money from guests is more a priority than ensuring our stay is nice and the furniture is decent. We want to see clean, newer, or well-maintained furniture. My dresser drawer was leaning over, completely broken. That is shameful and should be fixed immediately.Management needs to visit every single room in that hotel, document what furniture is broken, scratched, or just overly worn, and replace it. Management should also visit each bathroom and look at the walls, especially at the bottom near the baseboards and repaint or wash the walls to eliminate the grime. Filth is unacceptable and it seems whoever owns the hotel is truly just in it for the money. At this point, I would stay at one of the bigger name-brand hotels and pay extra just to know I will have a comfortable clean room, not having to avoid touching everything due to the filth. I had no paperwork in my room so I have no clue if there was room service, spa service or what was offered in the hotel. There was nothing about New York, not even a Bible.This is only a money-maker for the owner, no one really cares about the rooms themselves. Our furniture was broken and this is ridiculous in 2022.

The location was great, however, the condition of the hotel was not great. There is no up keep to the hotel rooms. The room was in terrible conditions. Felt old and run down. We cleaned it down with bleach wipes and Lysol. The cost was just as much as most of the other hotels in Time Square, yet the condition was not worth the pretty penny spent. My daughter and I couldn't wait to leave. I was considering booking another location for my second night but I realized there would be a charge for it. All-in-all, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are other properties that are more clean, well kept, and cost less.

rooms are extremely outdated and dirty. The walls are stained and the room and windows is full of dust. The furniture look like its falling apart and the rug is absolutely disgusting. When we checked in they put us in a room where the window view was to a dirty cleaning area, we went back down to the lobby to ask for a better room so we paid 100 dollars for a room with a better view. Once we entered that room, the bathroom was dreadful. There was hair on the floor as well as small tissue papers, the bed sheets were wrinkled as if someone slept on them,not to mention the horrible stains on the wall and on the furniture. Curtains looks like the haven’t been washed in ages. The hotel honestly needs to reform the room. The front desk was understanding tho so that was nice. however don't recommend

For a hotel with a 4-star rating, the room screams 2 stars at best. The only modern things in the room are the key scanner to open the door and central heating. Upon entering the room, it smelled heavily of weed. The carpet by the closet door looked to be blood stained. The lighting fixture in the bathroom was a very outdated plastic grid that was dusty and yellow. The stopper in the tub was broken, so it had to be manually pulled up in order for the water to drain. The walls in the bedroom were dusty, along with the curtains that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The sheets on the bed are a very off white. They look old and dingy. The pillows aren't something I wanted to lay my head on, and the mattress was rock hard. The room could use a serious remodeling. There was no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in the room either. For a hotel with this rating so close to Times Square, I expected something much better.All of the staff we interacted with were very kind, welcoming and helpful. We were allowed to store our bags with the bellman after check out and before our flight which was very helpful and kind. We didn't have to drag it with us around the city.The hotel needs an update. At least have fridge and microwave in the room. I don't know if other floors are updated, and it just hasn't reached the 26th floor yet, but I was not pleased. The hotel is in a very nice location, and I refuse to believe that it can't do better.

I gave them 5 stars because my experience was wonderful. Don't get me wrong this place has some dings and dents and is in need of some TLC. But the location is extremely convenient and if your goal is to spend a ton of time in your room then you're doing NYC all wrong. My fridge worked great. The bed was fine and and the room was actually a bit bigger than I imagined water pressure was off the charts and hot hot water! For the price in that area what more do you need!!

La habitación no tenía refrigerador tuvimos que llamar por uno. La cerradura del baño tiene un tornillo de fuera. Al tubo le da ducha le falta un tornillo. Initially my boyfriend and I were excited about the view we had with our room. We were celebrating a special occasion. After the initial excitement died down we noticed a few things that were odd. There was no mini fridge, no microwave, a horrible cigarette smell, and leaking/clogging of the sink. We could look past the microwave and fridge. But brought the other issues to multiple employees that did not address all of the issues nor our concerns. We came back to a cleaned up room after a morning out, but when it came time to get ready for our evening showing the shower water was freezing cold and would not heat up. We called the front desk and told them, we were told that it was a building issue. This inconvenience left us to wait an extra hour to get ready and caused us to miss the beginning of our scheduled showing. When we returned later that evening we wanted to wash up and go to sleep. Again the sink flooded and began to leak profusely. I called the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. The manager Rachel was rude and questioned why we waited to report the issue. I explained that this was an issue we already addressed multiple times. The manager was not willing to be empathetic nor show concern that our experience was turning into a nightmare. My boyfriend took over the conversation as I began to get noticeably upset. I was ready to just be done with the trip early. Rachel had the audacity to ask my boyfriend “umm who is she?” and tell him she didn’t understand why I was upset.. We checked out right after, a night early. It is unfortunate that this was our experience. We live in New York and expected better. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a hotel in my life. I would never stay at a Millennium Hotel again even if it was free.

Mi estancia fue del 9 al 15 de octubre de 2021. Excelente ubicación. La atención muy buena, la habitación muy cómoda y con excelente vista hacia la calle de acceso y a Times Square. La limpieza en general muy buena. Baño limpio. Cama cómoda. WiFi funcionando bien. Ambiente agradable. Solo dos inconvenientes, uno es que hay que hacer el checkout con tiempo ya que los elevadores son insuficientes para lograr bajar tanta gente a la vez. El segundo, fue que le robaron plantillas de los Skechers a mi esposa y desafortunadamente se dio cuenta al día siguiente de haber dejado el hotel.

Overall a descent hotel. Guest bathrooms a bit dated, room was comfortable and good size, but a little dirty. Location is central in Manhattan with many subway lines in walking distance, but you need to deal with going through Times Square often. Price wasn't bad and room size was above above average for a Manhattan hotel. If it's your first time in NY it could be a good fit. If you're a repeat visitor I'd recommend elsewhere.

Velho e caro como todos em NY no setor turístico (perto de TSQ). Quarto espaçoso e staff profissional. Café da manhã se não estiver incluso, fica caro, não pague e ande alguns metros para um bom breakfast mais barato. Serviço de recepção de entregas (amazon, ebay, etc...) no hotel muito bom. Limpeza do quarto é mediana a fraca e a internet inconstante. Se puder gastar, vale.

Bare bones wrapped with a bow! Decent size rooms but NO AMENITIES AT ALL!! No fridge (unless requested and not always available), and NO COFFEE MAKER you can't even get a cup anywhere in the hotel!Restaurant closed no bar I understand that Covid19 has taken a toll but come on! You get what you pay for I guess that is why this place is a bargain. Location is spectacular but place is dated once must have been a palace.

It’s dark and dusty and outdated and dingy. The prices are INSANE. You’d be better off sleeping outside in the middle of Times Square - it’s probably cleaner out there. Take a look at the pictures that I posted. The hotel was disgusting. I booked a “Ball Drop View Room” for $440 for ONE NIGHT. I expected decent night views….. I’ll show you where the ball was. This place was a JOKE.Absolutely misleading in their ads. Do not stay here!!!! Even if you think you’re getting a good deal; you’re not!

honestly.. nothing bad to say. Booked a standard room it was clean and on the 46th FLOOR which was so cool. Great price especially for what you get. There is a gift shop downstairs and everyone was really nice. I’m from LI but like to go to the city sometimes and will definitely be back here.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at (in terms of cleanliness). The lobby looks nice and modern, but the rooms were outdated and dirty. I booked two rooms for two nights and was charged $1400+ total (excluding deposits). Just because it is on Times Square, the rate is incredibly high for what you get. Both of the rooms I booked were king studios. One of the rooms had a loose shower rod (a potential hazard), and both rooms had stains on the carpet. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet. Additionally, the sheets were different between the two rooms, which made me feel like they just threw in whatever they had in stock for each room. There are no bedside charging ports as well (very inconvenient). Even the ceilings were dirty. One of the rooms did not have a hairdryer, and both rooms did not have a water kettle (which is standard for hotels). When we requested a kettle, they gave us the kettle WITHOUT the electric bottom. So, we couldn’t even use the kettle, since we didn’t want to ask again. Customer service wasn’t bad, as the receptionists all seem to be fairly polite (and I never really complained about anything, so who knows if they would’ve reacted differently if I did?). Overall, I would not book a room at this hotel again, simply because the cleanliness standards are very low. Even superb customer service wouldn’t make me want to come back. Just for context, I was too uncomfortable to even get in the sheets on the bed because it felt like the bed might have bedbugs from how dirty the hotel was. I even stayed out as much as I could just to avoid being in my hotel room. So, just be mindful. If you don’t care about how clean a hotel is and you like Time Square, go for it. However, if you have some standards, I would suggest you to find somewhere else with cleaner rooms.

A minha avaliação tem a ver com o valor despendido e com o serviço prestado. Ficámos 4 noites neste hotel em New York e considerámos o quarto asseado e limpo. Em termos de contactos com o pessoal do hotel, estes são profissionais, não espalham simpatia, mas também não são indelicados. Ficámos num quarto com duas camas de casal, com espaço muito agradável para quatro pessoas (nós mais os nossos dois filhos de 14 e 16 anos). Fiquei agradado com um pormenor interessante, ao fazer o check out devia pagar uma garrafa de água, mas disseram-me que não era nada (no preço estava marcado 5$). Este hotel está a 50 metros da Time Square, boa insonorização, quentinho porque lá fora estavam -8/-9º Cº. Agradável à vista. Thanks to the time

Excelente ubicacion. La tina muy sucia y huele todo a mucha humedad. Compramos en linea y algunos dias despues nos llego un cobro que no sabemos de que fue nunca recibimos factura. Como era ck out muy temprano dejamos la llave en el drop box y ahora tenemos cargos sorpresas.

Nice hotel. A little outdated in the rooms but it’s a good deal for the location. Our room had a nice city view. And could see where the ball drops. Couple minor things in the room were broken but not a big deal. Lobby is nice. Has a nice little snack/gift shop.Would stay again.

Staff was nice. Rooms were horrible.Broken drawers. Couldn't adjust the AC. Room got so cold there was water accumulating on the vents. Carpet was old and dirty. Burn marks on the dressers. The hotel needs a major update. Good location.

The location is amazing! Inexpensive for being in Times Square. Fair warning, this is an older building and a lot of the rooms are outdated. The beds are hard and linens are poor quality. The lighting throughout the hotel is dim and almost eerie… I would say for a quick stay and if you are not going to be in your room, this is a decent place to stay but if you have the means I would stay somewhere.

Pros:- The location- The friendly staff- The comfy bedCons: - Cleanliness (Generally good, but needs more attention to detail.) - No charging (USB) ports - Iron, but no ironing board - No coffee maker, mini-fridge, or microwave - No food and beverage facilities -- They say they are coming.I'm thinking this is Covid-related.I was disappointed with the condition of the room, for such an esteemed brand, however, I find that New York hotels, generally, are weak with room maintenance.There wasa small amount of visible mildew in the grout on the bathtub tiles.I don't think I have ever encountered this, even at a Motel 6 or Days Inn, anywhere in the country. It was disturbing to find this, at a Millenium property.My wife refused to use the tub.There was visible dust in the corners and between the beds and the center night stand.The power strip that was the only available spot, near the bed, to plug in our chargers was dirty. The carpet just outside the restroom was stained, and the toilet was slow to drain.I was shocked that a modern hotel had ZERO usb ports for phone charging, in 2021.The room decor was pleasant, but the furniture was dated.The beds and pillows, however, were quite clean and comfortable.Since we spent very little time in our room and got the greatest rate imaginable, in NYC,This was still a STELLAR value, for one night.Two nights would have required a shower, and my wife wasn't about to use that one, so we were lucky.The rest of the property was very, very nice, and the staff was friendly.The location, just a half-block from Times Square, was absolutely perfect!

I was initially concerned after reading the some of the reviews here but after my stay I’m convinced that quite possibly the reviewers have never stayed in midtown Manhattan or maybe are under the impression that all hotels are The Plaza. Well I’m not paying for The Plaza and the hotel is a fine value not just for the money but in the quality of the experience. I’ll say that I paid more for a high floor, so perhaps the rooms are significantly different, but I can’t imagine they’re that different! The hotel was centrally located of course, a map can tell you that, the staff was warm and welcoming, the lobby was well appointed. Did the room have some odd dents and dings here and there? Yes, but it didn’t effect the overall aesthetics or functionality of anything. And one of the larger rooms I’ve stayed in in Manhattan for a very fair price. The view: I lived in Manhattan for many years and needed to see the skyline again and was not disappointed for a few dollars extra! It was a perfect oasis in the middle of the City at an affordable price, will absolutely stay again and have already recommended to others wanting to stay in midtown.

I was very disappointed in our room.There was mold in the bathroom, and hair on the shower wall.I also feel as there was no evidence that the hotel cared about our safety from a sanitation perspective as a result.I am not a freak when it comes to Covid, but there are signs posted saying we must prove vaccination, and were never asked to show proof.That leaves me to wonder where is the consistency and what other measures are not being followed in general.After seeing our room in the state it was when we checked in, and noticing the bathroom later in the evening it was disappointing.I have stayed in many hotels over the last 2 years and each has shown that they have gone above to make sure we knew the room was clean and safe and I saw none of that here. It left me with a bad taste and I do not believe I would choose to stay here again.

Dates of stay were April 22, 2021 - April 25, 2021. This was my first time in NYC so I wanted to stay in the Time Square area which is why I choose this hotel and location being the reason I gave it 2 stars. We were on the 40th floor which provided amazing views. However, the room itself was horrible. 3 out of 4 lamps in the room didn't work, the a/c couldn't keep the room cool(temp stayed in the upper 80's until sun down, no matter what the thermostat was set on) and the biggest problem being a huge plumbing issue for 2 days. We didn't even spend a lot of time in the room because we were out doing tourist things so it was very unpleasant to not have hot water and to have to fill the toilet with water from the sink using the ice bucket just so we could use the bathroom. This really put a damper on the whole trip.The staff was helpful and pleasant. The beds were decent. I was also surprised that the standard rooms do not come with mini fridges and microwaves. However, I am told that most NYC hotels don't have that. Not sure if it is true or not since this was the only time I have stayed in NYC.

Such a wonderful hotel! The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. Jacob from hotel security and the manager Lori Ann were excellent. I was worried when my elderly father didn’t meet us back at the hotel when he was supposed to and Jacob and Lori Ann immediately assisted me. They were very thorough and my dad returned safely. They also assisted my father with his many questions throughout his stay. The hotel is in a great location right in Times Square. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lo bueno: El punto fuerte de este hotel es la ubicación, es más que excelente, todo te queda cerca! El lobby y el gimnasio tienen muy buena presentación. El personal en todo momento fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. También me encantó la seguridad que tienen. Lo malo: Las habitaciones necesitan tener más enchufes 🔌, los muebles estaban quebrados y las sabanas rotas ,el baño necesita remodelacion ya que en el shower entre los azulejos se miraba negro al parecer con moho y el toilet se movía. La limpieza aunque se "hizo" todos los días esta no se hizo de la manera adecuada ya que nunca aspiraron, en el baño no limpiaban el espejo y en varias ocasiones no dejaron bolsas en las papeleras. Extras: Si piensas en alojarte en este hotel lleva dinero extra ya que cobran un depósito por noche y ese cobro te lo hacen a la hora de hacer el check-in ,por el momento no están sirviendo desayunos ni nada de comida porque tienen cerrado el restaurante, lavadoras no vi pero se supone que tienen servicio de lavandería (creodejas la ropa en unabolsa que ya tienen preparada desconozco si por este servicio cobren) .En las habitaciones no tienes cafetera ni microondas, solo un pequeño refrigerador.

Sin duda el hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta. Pero como puntos negativos se puede decir que no guardan valijas, porque te cobran el early check in por $50, el desayuno es aparte (no hay en epoca de covid), la oficina de paquetería funciona en horario limitado, y la habitacion no esta en las mejores condiciones, ademas que solicitamos limpieza en la habitación y nunca la hicieron.

Great Location 1/2 block from times square. Elevators are fast, but you have to have your door key card out and ready to use when you get on. Otherwise you could be shot up to the upper floors and have to wait to come back down. Try not to check out when a lot of others are. We stood there for a half an hour waiting for one we could get on. Rooms are good and clean. The shower is to die for. Great pressure!! Parking is a block and a half away.

Pésimo servicio. No pudimos ver la televisión en ningún momento, el aire acondicionado siempre estuvo en “heat” así que sufrimos del calor todas las noches al dormir. Llamamos en varias oportunidades a los encargados del hotel pero nunca nadie nos dio una respuesta. El desayuno súper escaso para lo que pagamos por el hotel. Y por último, desapareció una remera entre nuestras cosas.

Very happy with my stay here. It was quite a small room, but we didn’t spend much of our time there, so it wasn’t a problem. The staff were all helpful and kind! We got great recommendations for what to see on Broadway, and the staff even helped us book tickets. The location is great for exploring all over manhattan!

My daughter (10 yr old) and I visited New York and stayed here 3 nights. The location was great. It’s been two weeks since we left New York and this hotel still haven’t given me my deposit back. Nobody I’ve talked to has been able to help me. When I booked I paid the daily resort fee which I understood was non refundable. But when I checked in I was told I had to pay another day fee but that it would be refunded to me upon check out. STILL haven’t received anything. Very disappointed!

Ótima localização. Somente isso. Tratamento impessoal, descaso com a necessidade do hóspede. Precisavamos resfriar um medicamento durante os 7 dias de estadia.
