Al principio tenía miedo debido a que leí algunas de las otras críticas, pero me alegro de que mi esposo y yo nos quedáramos aquí. Nos registramos después de la medianoche sin problemas. Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y no vi nada fuera de lo común. Incluso trajimos productos de limpieza con nosotros para estar preparados, pero nuestras toallitas no recogieron nada. Dormimos genial después de ese gran detalle. La única desventaja fue que mi tarjeta digital nunca funcionó, pero el personal nocturno me dio tarjetas como aviso en el check-in. Volveremos cuando volvamos a Georgia. Ah, y las toallas son suaves, lo cual fue la primera vez para mí en un hotel.

Room clean and fresh. Quiet floor. Great breakfast..turkey sausage, bacon, eggs and tater tots. Dry cereals, great coffee!! Muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, etc. Highly recommend.

I was scared at first due to reading some of the other reviews, but I’m glad my husband and I stayed here. We checked in after Midnight with no problems. Our room was very clean and I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. We even brought cleaning products with us to be prepared, but our wipes picked up nothing. We slept great after that great detail. The only con was my digital card never worked, but I was given cards as a heads up at check in by the night staff. Will be coming back when we return to Georgia. Oh and the towels are soft which was a first for me at a hotel.

Cuando solicitamos que alguien solucionara el problema o que nos trasladaran a otra habitación, dijeron que tenían exceso de reservas y que simplemente podían ofrecernos más mantas. Les pedimos que se pusieran en contacto con el mantenimiento para solucionar el problema o que llamaran a un gerente. Dijeron que no podían porque se habían ido por el día. Era antes de las 8 p.m., les pedimos que nos encontraran otra habitación en sus instalaciones u otra cercana, pero dijeron que no podían. Nuestra hija tuvo que llamar varias veces y fue ignorada, puesta en espera y colgada. Tuvimos que bajar y discutir con ellos hasta que finalmente accedieron a llamar al gerente del hotel, por supuesto, después de que amenazamos con demandar y ellos amenazaron con llamar a la policía. definitely not up to the usual Hampton standards. reduced breakfast bar with improper temperature of food, very old appearance ( low ceilings, minimal bath size or fixtures)very firm bed, window air and heat that could not keep room comfortable. It is in a convienent location with fair access to major highways but surrounded by many options for dining, the staff was pleasant and not responsible for management decisions on maintenence. We visited the amazing Georgia Aquarium from here and it was relatively simple despite Atlanta's infamous traffic snafus. the price reflects the quality of this hotel placing more on a par with motel 6

If I could give them negative stars, I would! We booked a room weeks ago and when we checked in, we were given a room with no heat. When we requested to have someone fix the issue or be moved to another room they said they were overbooked and could just offer us more blankets. We asked that they contact maintenance to fix the problem or get a manager they said that they could not because they were gone for the day. It was before 8pm, we asked to have them either find us another room at their facility or another nearby but they said they could not. Our daughter had to call multiple times and was ignored, put on hold and hung up on. We had to go downstairs and argue with them until they finally agreed to call the hotel manager, of course, after we threatened to sue and they threatened to call the cops. When manager got involved they were then finally able to find another room for us. They have horrible customer service and do not deserve your business. Stay away from this hotel. When I travel I always look for Hampton Inns, this experience will definitely make me think twice before I stay at another Hampton. All of this due to one location who is unable to treat their guests with respect and provide appropriate customer service.

You know it was ok. Staff was nice, but the the room didn't feel really clean. The sheets were old and wrinkled.The bathroom was not the cleanest with red and blue stains on the ceiling. All the common areas like doors, walls and entry ways were dark with usage. We only stayed one night and it was a 4 day trip.

We enjoyed how easy it was to check in. The beds were extremely soft, a bit too much for our personal taste. But overall, the room was comfortable, clean, and nice. The breakfast could certainly have been better, but certainly not a deal breaker for future visits.

Our room was clean and comfortable with all working amenities. What set this hotel apart was the incredible breakfast! Even towards closing everything tasted great. Of course, it's a hotel so don't expect gourmet quality but it was a pleasant surprise! On top of that, the staff was very attentive and caring. Definitely recommend
