“The WORST hotel experience thus far! Stayed for 2 nights. Check-in staff was not very friendly, no courtesy whatsoever. They definitely need more training. Embarrassing for a Hilton Brand, really.
Rooms are SUPER small. You can't open toilet door and shower door at the same time. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything that is going on in the halls. Guarantee you'll be woken up once or twice during the night.
Elevators?!? HA! Do yourself a favor and stay on the lower floor, because you'll be walking up and down, especially during peak hours. Or, like many people mentioned, you'll be waiting for 10-15mins just to find out that the elevator is full, and then you have to wait another round. Just terrible.
Had to wait close to an hour to have some extra towels delivered. That's how much they care for a guest.
Had breakfast at hotel restaurant. Decent Eggs Benedict. But the atmosphere was kinda sad. As a Gold Member I received a food voucher worth $30 for 2 people. You charge it to the room and the hotel adjusts your bill, but the front desk managed to mess that up, too.
All in all, really disappointing experience. The only good thing about this hotel is location. But luckily, there are many other hotels in the area. Never staying there again.”

“La ubicación y seguridad del hotel es muy buena. En general es un buen hotel 3 estrellas. Contamos con secador, plancha, mini fridge y caja de seguridad. Cuando solicitamos la limpieza de la habitación o algún apoyo en la misma lo hicieron a tiempo. Cuenta con cafetera y bolsas de café, té y azúcar. El rembolso del depósito ocurrió en los plazos acordados. Se puede mejorar un poco la limpieza de las áreas comunes.”
